The customer service worker Brandy was horribly rude. She didn’t want to do her job. We had to have her get the manager Gary to get another cashier to help us. Sharon was awesome and got us in and out quickly. Solved our issue Brandy refused to help with in minutes. Brandy should NOT be in customer service or dealing with people at all.

This Winn-Dixie is very clean it's also updated and has it's own liquor store attached. I was in there last time shopping & at checkout pulled some cash out with my debit purchase in the self-checkout lane. The cashier or attendant who was working saw that I'd left the cash in the register and sent someone out to give it to me. I was SOOOOOO impressed with their honesty that I actually gave them the cash as thanks. Attached are some videos from inside the store and some food I purchased and prepared from there as well.

Friendly and helpful employees! Great selection and clean store. I went here every day on vacation for this and that and was able to pick up a tip at each visit about things to do, shopping, or food. That is actually helpful and appreciated!!

Bought a three pack of Ribeye steaks. Cooked one medium rare and it turned out tough. I should have known there wasn't much fat on it. $27 Dollars down the drain. I guess I'll cut it up for the dogs

I stood at empty register waiting for multiple minutes after told to wait through the window I work in customer service that isn't how you treat people have a great night

I went to pick up my prescription pharmaceutical. The newbie assistant had it priced at $900. Then after inquiring what happened, I was directed to talk to a pharmacist. In three seconds if was found that it was run through my GoodRx account. Then, it only was only costing me like $19. HUGE difference! So, be sure if you are in doubt there!

All Winn-Dixie stores going down hill since acquisition by German company whom is discriminating against senior workers. Boycott them! And do not shop there.
