I sure was not impressed with Prime Dental. Everyone in the office genuinely looks that they want to help you but you feel that they are after your money. I ask them to email my x-rays that I paid for they came up with fifty different excuses why they won’t. The equipment in their office looks new but the waiting room is full of cobwebs and badly in need of fresh paint and office floor was dirty and unkempt and badly in need of a good scrub. A dirty place like that makes one wonder if their surgical instruments gets sterilized on a regular bases. After all they are a health care company and cleanness should be their top priority.

Everyone was excellent! So kind and helpful, the Dentist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Kat, the dental hygienist was also very pleasant, explained everything and did a great job of cleaning my teeth. I was impressed.

They were very thorough and helpful concerning my needs. Very professional and up to date with latest equipment. I found them to be compassionate and understood my dental predicament. Unfortunately my credit score is no longer high enough to get financing because my husband has been diagnosed with ALS causing lack of income. I need to have the work done but until my finances improve it is impossible to go forward. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Office mgr extremely helpful when we were looking for insurance. My company dropped all retiree insurance and I never had to worry. She explained my choices and helped us make a decision. Appointment today was efficient, personable and dentist knowledgeable. Fantastic experience.

I had my teeth cleaned by their hygienist, Kat. She was very thorough and also gave me some very good advice and keeping my teeth healthy. I will definitely keep going back to this business. Each of my appointments were on time and by friendly and efficient staff.

I am a new patient. I went for a routine maintenance and found out I need an extraction on one of my upper teeth. It was cracked due to silver fillings. I was experiencing sensitivity in my upper cheek bone for about a month and ignored it. Infection set in. Immediately I was put on anti biotic and surgery will be performed now. I love the dentist and the office staff. They are very patient with my questions and billing methods.

Just had my first visit and it was all very positive. Everything is modern and up to date…the dentist was very nice but thorough and absolutely never tried to push anything extra on me. The hygienist, Vickie, gave me a wonderful cleaning plus some good tips!!

Great experience and I am not a fan of the dentist. The staff was great! Kristal the office manager was thorough and so helpful. Jasmine was kind and gentle with the xray process. The doc was easy to talk to and put me at ease. The wait time was short, greeted promptly, ease of scheduling. Kathy the hygienist was beyond words!!! She was informative, gentle, and so kind. She was concerned with ensuring I was comfortable. I just can't say enough. Thank you!!

It was a great initial experience. They were all very professional. The entire visit moved very quickly. The dentist went above and beyond when trying to determine the best treatment plan for my complicated dental needs. I will be back!

I was genuinely welcomed, and felt very comfortable throughout the entire visit. Ashley was my dental assistant, and she was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Agrawal fully explained the procedure I would be undergoing, and worked with me on a time schedule that was convenient. Kristal so extremely helpful with paperwork and medications, so I walked out knowing exactly what to expect. So glad I found Prime Dentistry!

I am not the current patient at Prime Dentistry, but I am in the area to spend the holidays with my parents. My crown came off on Friday before the holidays. I called several dentist offices in the Villages area, but no one was able to take me. My dad told me to call his dentist’s office and the staff was so wonderful and able to get me an appointment within a couple of hours of my call. Both staff and the doctor were so nice and are so understanding on the urgency. I truly appreciate the professionalism of everyone at the Prime Dentistry. In couple of years I will be retired and move to the area, and I am so happy to find my dentist in advance. Highly recommended the Prime Dentistry for all your dental needs.

My appointment was scheduled and was in within two minutes of my appointment time. The assistant , I believe her name was Ashley, took the x-rays and she was so friendly and professional. The doctor that came in was also professional and nice and didn’t tell me I needed a ton of work. That was the first going to a dentist. I think I’m going to love it here. My cleaning is for next week and my insured covers it. So far, I’m thrilled

I did a lot of research before I made the decision to have Prime Dentistry remake my smile. I made the right decision. I had extensive work done and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone. I rate them better than 5 stars. Thank you for my beautiful smile and for taking such good care of me during all of my visits.
