Had a MRI on Tuesday called for results on Friday was told they are in but was no doctor working that day. Was scheduled for a phone appointment to go over my results at 9am on Monday which is today. No one ever called I called office verified I have an appointment at 9am and I did. They said they have to put in a call to the office that is supposed to call me but got no answer and had to leave a message. I think it's very unprofessional to not keep a phone appointment for someone who most likely still lacks transportation and is awaiting results of that MRI. It's now 1030 AM and I am still waiting on that call. I can see there are injuries in the MRI report but have no idea how to proceed because I am not a doctor that is why that appointment is so important . My initial appointment was good so very disappointed to deal with this now.

Definitely recommend! My husband was in an accident and we heard complete care offered auto accident related services. We set an appointment and unfortunately due to sharing one vehicle and work schedules, we kept rescheduling. Then they told me they offer Lyft transportation which has helped tremendously! The staff including Tristan, Harrison, and doc even stayed late to make sure we got the care needed. Amazing, informative and helpful staff in the Lady Lake office!

The Staff is excellent! They go above and beyond their duties to make me and my family feel comfortable with no pressure. They are very organized with the therapy exercises and always boost my confidence in coming to a speedy recovery.

The staff is absolutely phenomenal. Everyone is very professional and yet so personal, you can feel they really care about your recovery. I can't say thank you enough. Recommend them 1000%

The ladies and gentlemen here are so sweet and genuine and they actually make it their duty to get you better. Super patient and very skilled with each exercise. I leave better each visit! Super organized too!

When I went to complete care, my body hurt everybody at complete care was wonderful from the administration chiropractors to the wonderful people that help you do your exercises these people go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. You’re doing everything right they even doing the exercise with you . I cannot say enough for the whole company they are wonderful..

I've been trying to find the words to say just how awesome everyone is this office, but I think the only word that describes then is outstanding. From Sabrina and Tristan at the front desk to Angelica, Brittany, Kourtney, Kimberly, Taylor, Dr. Taylor.... Everyone is nice, respectful and very helpful. They each took the time to explain anything I had questions about. Dr. Taylor was exceptionally understanding and broke all of my results down to the point where I could fully understand them. I am greatly appreciative of all of them.

Staff is on point, they continuously help me through my recovery. Great service.
