The guy who sneezed then handled my food was not as bothered as I was. He was just laughing and having a jolly good time with the lady charging us. She was not very professional and was more bothered by us asking questions than helpful. It was our first and last time there. No gloves while handling tables, paper, food and other unclean objects. My piece fell off the dish and he just scooped it up and tossed it back in the container.

The food was a miss on appetizers, but hit on entrees. The bread was dry, the dumplings were very small and didn't taste very good. My daughter loved the calamari though. My chicken sandwich was very appetizing, nice portion of chicken, nice portion of bacon and vegetables on it....side salad was a decent size, saturated in dressing. My husband also enjoyed his chicken fettuccine, just wished there was more chicken. The waitress was very friendly and helpful.

This was my first time here… 13 year anniversary and instead of Taste of Texas, my wife proposed TCF. It was a solid meal with a very beautiful dining room. I was in awe of the decor!!! Good was a 8 of 10 but I did order the chicken tacos so I probably should have went with a chicken dish instead. My wife went for the Chicken Bellagio and it was amazing! Our starter was the Avocado Tacos and they were spot on solid. I’ll be back but probably not until we have a special occasion, I have so many other places I enjoy that are a lot closer to me.

Our server, Travis, was polite, professional, and made our dinner delightful. The ambient atmosphere made dining there a great experience. We got the Chicken Chipotle Pasta and the Pasta Di Vinci with a slice of Salted Caramel Cheesecake to go! Everything was delicious and this Cheesecake Factory was consistent with The Cheesecake Factory brand everyone knows and loves. It is nice to have the same delightful experience at every Cheesecake Factory restaurant no matter where we go!

Special thanks to Amy (manager) for saving my evening. You noticed that our waitress wasn't taking care of us and stepped in. You really saved my night. Thank you! I really wanted to give you 5 stars for service but we shouldn't have to ask for bread and water. My wife felt that our waitress was taking better care of other customers because they were having alcohol. Again, I can't thank you enough! The owners are blessed to have you! This is the 4th Cheesecake factory I have been to and my favorite so far. The music wasn't too loud and the temperature was perfect. 11-11-2023 Table 219 17:23 pm.

Stopped in the Cheesecake Factory to treat myself during a work trip. Staff was friendly and attentive. Had spring roll sampler, steak with mashed and of course the cheesecake. All top notch! Would recommend.

We had a family gathering as everyone was in town. Arrived early got lunch and had 18 in our party. Staff were very helpful to get the tables prepared and everyone started quickly. Eric was great attending to all the drinks straight away while we searched the menus for the best picks. Orders went in and we all had a great time of conversation while waiting for the food as we hadn't seen each other in recent time. For the size of the order we were brought out food very quickly and Eric was very attentive to keep the drinks topped up the entire meal. We are picky with lots of dietary requirements and the staff were great about getting everything made as needed. Over all highly recommended, the staff are great, the food was great. We really appreciated the attention and opportunity to have a place receive our large group.

Environment: Located in the busy area of Woodlands shopping mall, this offers you more things to do before or after enjoying great meal. Restaurant interior: Great atmosphere and beautiful ambiance, it doesn’t get better than this beautiful scenery compared to other locations I’ve been to. Drinks and Food tasted good for my choices for the day. The service was good although I visited on a Sunday afternoon , I can’t tell if it was a good reflection of the waiting times here, I enjoyed eating at the bar. Parking: A bit hectic, but after driving around multiple times in the parking lot, I found one.
