    Today I ordered the ultimate porker for delivery online. I received the sandwich and it has no meat. I called the store and they told me I had to exchange the sandwich and they will deliver the new one. I did it and got the correct sandwich. Shortly after receiving the right sandwich, I got a call from the manager. The manager said that I originally complained about having no bacon and they need to charge me for the ham. I responded no, I said there was no meat. Then the manager, Alysia (I believe was her name),said that since I refuse to pay for the extra ham, I can no longer order from Jimmy Johns. I was accused of stealing ham. This is ridiculous. They originally messed my order up, I am not paying for food I didn’t receive and I am happy to say that I am not ordering Jimmy Johns again.

    This will be the last time I ever order from this location. I placed an online pickup order here 23 minutes ago and it isn't ready yet. People are being turned away at the door, and also being told to order online instead of at the register. Employee said "didn't know you were picking up". How? Because she won't use the register. Because she's the ONLY ONE HERE. poor management. Oh and no lettuce. In a sandwich shop?

    They never have bread or they are closed when it says they are open. And the service there... kids who don't bother telling you we have no bread until after you try and order

    Out of all the sandwich shops this place has to be the worst..there's no meat in there sandwiches, it's all bread and vegetables..I literally just had to get 3 sandwiches and take out the meat to make 1 full sandwich..even when it's free it's just ok. Go to subway or quiznos.

    The last 3 times I have ordered I have had a problem. The food is always amazing, however the service lacks. Their website offers 10:30 as a delivery option, however their driver comes in at 11:00. This morning I called to verify my delivery as I saw the website has 11:00 as their open time. That was my delivery time. The woman that answered informed me that my food would get to me some time around 11. Absolutely no customer service skills. I work in hospitality, I definitely understand the need for customer service skills.

    I order here all the time and often excuse their mess ups. Today is the LAST time I will order here. I ordered a TURKEY sandwich and received a bacon one?! I guess that's what I get when I don't tip the ONE time I don't tip.
