Best stop along the garden route. The beauty of the shop is equally matched to the great tasting pie! Was amazing with the ease to get in the shop, select item and make a purchase despite the busy parking lot and tables full with people. Was a lovely Sunday afternoon and was well worth the stop. Parking was easy and bathrooms were clean was an overall good experience with once again a reminder about the excellent pies!

Wow! What an experience. From the staff, to the lollipops, to the mouth watering apples. I am still shocked at how unbelievably good the cripp apples were. Good experience since it is in a nice area with a bookstore and freshly pressed juices outside of their entrance. Big playground for the kiddies to play in while you do your shopping. Toilets are clean, well maintained. The broccoli and feta quiche was like butter melting in my mouth! Also a nice market called Elgin Railway Market about 2 minutes away. We will always be supporting Peregrine from the freshness of their ingredients to the staff.

It was very nice to stop there for lunch because they had vegan options. I had a very filling plant-based bootie pie, an excellent brownies and a freshly squeezed juice. You can either sit inside at the café or if you prefer to sit outside they have a patio that covers from the sun. The shop offers a wide selection of nice and fresh products.

Stunning shop and a welcome stop. Lots for the kids to see and do. Whilst parents are able to shop through a range of fresh produce as well as homemade jams. Biltong etc. I highly recommend their homemade pies and breads .

I spent so much money here! The products on offer and so unique and tasty as heck!! The only downside is that our pets are only allowed outside the establishment, but otherwise, a place you absolutely must visit especially for the yummy pies and Milk tart

Love this place, everything you would imagine from a Farm stall. Great for a pit-stop, stocking up on "padkos" or sit down at the cafe. Really enjoyed the coffee and food at the cafe. Wonderful atmosphere with a great variety of fresh produce, bread, cheese & wine selection that you can either take home or enjoy at the picnic spots with the kids.

Great farm stall deli to stop along your travels and is super kid friendly. Amazing selection of foods and wines in the deli, pies are a must grab and the coffee shop is good for those wanting a sit down breakfast or lunch. Service is ok and could be friendly, they were very busy and has a convey belt feel to it, sit eat and go. If you wish to do rather do a take away and go or sit on outside benches it’s provided for. Parking is great and sufficient but can get chaotic at times when they’re busy. Big kids play area and lots to see but keep little once close as I mentioned it’s busy.

Simply incredible! (Extremely packed, but incredible). Restaurants, a juice bar, freshly baked bread, pies and pastries, jewelry, plants, biltong, and children's play areas are all available here. It's all there. Such a good energy. Only negative is that it's a bit expensive and extremely crowded. The curry mince and chicken and mushroom pies were amazing

Fantastic place to stop on your journey! They cater for every like and want. The food is tasty, staff are friendly and toilets are clean. There are also numerous outdoor stalls, coffee spots and little shops, as well as second hand books sold from a retired fire truck.

A very popular and large farmstall on the N2. Can get very busy on weekends as Capetonians take a drive to the country. Has excellent eatery, shop, farmstalls and ciffee counters. Lotsnof little stalls to do some shopping and a play area for the kids. Worth stopping here.

Always the stop to make when passing! Best baked breads ever at reasonable prices vs a bakery. From Sourdough to seeded breads & even mosbolletjies. Cafés meals are good, top service & always bustling. Outside seating area, play area, book bus, & a few other on site vendors including a mini nursery.

Lovely place to stop for food, snacks, and a drink during a road trip. Grabbed a plant-based babotie, brittle pretzel cookie, custard pastry, iced latte, and some fresh apple juice. The juice was definitely the winner. The food wasn’t memorable or something I would grab again. Really adored the bookstore here and Cleo the cat.

Such a lovely experience. Really good yum yum food. Both in the restaurant and shop. The pies are exceptional. However the staff are smashing and complete the visit.

I’ve just discovered Peregrine’s latest range of plant-based pies, and they are out of this world delicious! Purchase freshly baked ones or frozen packs of 4 so you can continue experiencing the delights of Peregrine right at home. I’m drooling just thinking about them now..

This makes great pitstop before ur destination. Luvly area to keep kids busy while you chilling with a gud cup of coffee. The farm stall had a luvly variety of guds unfortunately they had a very small Halaal section comprising of shop biscuits bt nothing wholesome to eat.

There is no better place to stop for food when on a road trip than Peregrine Farm Stall, you will discover simple but delicious food and fresh pressed apple juice for the mind body and soul! There is plenty of parking, an in door sit down restaurant, an out door space for eating food bought from the takeaway section. There is a wonderful selection of freshly baked pies that are on another level and really are a must have eating experience while the apple juice too is the tastiest I’ve ever had personally. There is the an old fire truck converted into a second had book shop called Burning Books, a very interesting little shop to visit. So all in all well worth the visit, but please note when leaving and turning Right, be careful of traffic from the left as there is a fast bend and traffic can be busy.

On the break we ended up riding out to Peregrine. Food was great. Service wasn't too bad but can be better. Options and portions weren't too bad for the price. Staff and manager were very friendly.

Lots of interesting foods and creative stalls - bookstore in a fire truck, leather goods in a double-decker bus! Bought a loaf of 'mosbolletjies' (moss-bollukees), unique South African bread that breaks into buns, or rusks when dried! Also nice meat pies, local fruits and vegetables. Well worth the visit!
