I changed my Verizon account to a personal one at this store. The manager, Lisa, was very helpful and efficient. She did a great job of setting my account up so I can keep my old number and phone.

Lisa is beyond wonderful! She provided me with excellent service and delightful conversations. She took care of all my needs and answered every question I had. Got my new phone set up and ready to go efficiently and in a timely manner. Always a pleasant experience in this store!

I greatly appreciate the kindness of the staff. The Lisa, the young lady with light red hair and the young gentleman were very helpful and sweet. They both helped me until another customer came in and the gentleman went to help them. Great teamwork and atmosphere.

Best new phone experience. All staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable, cut monthly bill in half and knew about promos that got us two new phones for basically free! Will only ever go back to this store.
