The OTE Tower was designed by the architect Alexandros Anastasiadis in 1966 that stands 76 metres tall and features four floors. Today, other than its status as a modern monument of the city, opens up for events and exhibitions during the Thessaloniki International Fair On the top floor of the Tower is located Skyline Bar from where you can enjoy the main sightseening of Thessaloniki during a gradual rotation which lasts 60 minutes. In a uniquely designed environment with a particularly elegant decoration and an amazing panoramic view of the main attractions of Thessaloniki, you can enjoy excellent coffee and various delicious snacks! Combine your drinks with food and let the music and view to blow you away! The Music, the view, the atmosphere, and the service defy all expectations of any expectations.

Really cool bar with a beautiful view. The bar also rotates, so that in an hour you can see the entire skyline of Thessaloniki. The prices are expensive, but that's understandable. There is a balcony where you can smoke. There are no vegan options unfortunately

The view from the tower is very nice. It rotates slowly so you get to see the whole city in about 1 hour. We had lemon pie and cheese cake with our coffee and it was pretty good. It's a bit expensive but you get a nice experience. It's not a restaurant to go eat a lunch because there aren't many food options. It's more a place for a dessert and coffee or a quick bite, but mostly you come for the view.

Surprisingly awesome. I’ve been coming to Thessaloniki for years and never been to this panorama bar, as I’d assumed it was too touristy - but we decided to try it and it was so cool! They don’t do food, but drinks are reasonably priced and they provided free bar snacks to accompany the drinks. The bar rotates slowly and gives you a fabulous view no matter where you sit.

Very beautiful place to go. They are mostly focused on drinks but there are also options of food there. The view of the city is amazing and the ambient perfect. Bonus points to the live piano.

We booked it online and got the tickets with the cheese platter. It was incredible small, but tasty. I honestly suggest the17 euro ticket with sandwiches, you can pick 3 different ones and you get fries too.

This place in Thessaloniki is awesome. In the heart of the town, near the White tower, in area of Thessaloniki's fair. There is free parking zone in front of the entrance. Strong recommended.

The Latte coffee was cold even I asked about hot one. A desert was very average but expensive. The view is great! P.S. The reply on my review is absolutely irrelevant. I just described my experience and, don't need your point of view as an employee.

A must I go stop especially if you are visiting the town for first time The atmosphere and the view are absolutely amazing. We ordered a club sandwich and a pancake and they were very tasty too. The quantity was also enough The dishes and drinks are a bit expensive. However if you consider the great view, atmosphere, the elegance of the store and the FREE underground parking slot with the receipt I think it is a great deal. We also liked the fact that it is slightly rotating completing a full 360 degree turn in 1hour. In that way you can see all the city’s sightseeing

The view from this tower is amazing although there some parts of the city that do not look great. The staff is friendly and helpful.I had a great homemade lemon juice, served with a tasty slice of cake. The icecream and drinks are also very good. The tables are placed on a circle, that makes a rotation of 360 degrees in about an hour. Every table has a good view, but the tables by the window are the best. If you are planning to visit the place late it would be better to make a reservation as many people visit it. There is also a piano there and it is played for some time. Prices are a bit high, but it worths the experience. I would visit the place again.

Great view of the city, but the food was by far the worst the city have to offer. A club sandwich served with dry overcooked chicken and poor ingredients was the low point of our trip to Thessaloniki

A place that can not be missed when visiting the city. Located at the edge of the Thessaloniki Exhibition Center, it was originally used as a television tower (the first images were broadcast in 1966), then as a telecommunication tower by OTE, is now used by Cosmote. It is 76 meters tall and is divided into several registers. The penultimate registry (the last being the communications antenna) houses an odd and special bar-restaurant that rotating, making a complete rotation within an hour. The effect is exceptional, the images are dreamy, especially in the evenings (by night is closed). Prices are affordable, under the conditions offered, and the service proportionally to the height of the tower. Access is free of charge and acces is made by elevator. Photos can be taken from the restaurant.

I just loved the experience. We waited for only 10 minutes forthe table. It's a bit pricey (coffee is around 6e) but it's worth it. Waiters are friendly and the service is good. The view is spectacular! It's not really suitable for the disabled people. There isn't a ramp.

The newly renovated SKYLINE Cafe Bar is located at the southern entrance of Thessaloniki International Fair, on the top floor of the OTE Tower with a great view of all the main attractions of Thessaloniki. The top floor where the cafeteria is located rotates in a gradual circular rotation that lasts 60 minutes. During this impressively unusual journey you can observe every corner of Thessaloniki. The space was recently renovated and equipped with all the elements necessary to justify the prices of its products: a black piano, new wine cellar and new furniture. Indicatively, the cheapest coffee at Skyline costs six euros, the most expensive eight. In the evening hours, it is worth experiencing the magic of the most beautiful sunset in the city. Once night falls, the journey is accompanied by melodies from the piano.

One of Must visit in Thessaloniki. You may have coffee there without reservation in weekdays. It takes an hour for a cycle to see stunning 360' view with reasonable price. 20% discount for children.

A very nice place, from where you can see all the city center around. The tower is turning 360 degree in around 70minutes. It's really interesting that this building was established in 1966 and firstly was used as TV tower. I highly recommend this place for a coffee or any drink. The entrance is free, you need to just peak an elevator and order anything to drink. Really romantic place.

From outside it doesn't look took too attractive, but inside it is amazing! Beautiful view (especially sunset time), the food and the cocktails are really really good!

  • 5/5 Phivos M. 11 months ago on Google
Perfect vibe and experience!! Very good for drinks and desserts, not too expensive and with the best 360 view of Thessaloniki. Live piano music in the background elevates the area and gives a gentle atmosphere.

The SKYLINE - OTE Tower in Thessaloniki, Greece is a must-visit attraction for anyone who loves a good view. As soon as you step inside the tower, you're immediately greeted with a breathtaking panoramic view of the city that stretches out for miles. One of the standout features of the tower is the fact that it rotates, allowing you to experience a 360-degree view of Thessaloniki. This makes it an incredibly unique and memorable experience, as you get to see the city from every angle while also taking in the stunning surrounding scenery. The tower itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, making it a pleasant environment to spend time in. The observation deck is spacious and there are plenty of viewing areas to choose from, so you never feel cramped or crowded. Additionally, there are informative displays throughout the tower that provide interesting information about the history and culture of Thessaloniki. One of the only downsides to visiting the SKYLINE - OTE Tower is that it can be quite expensive. While the view is definitely worth the cost, it may not be feasible for budget-conscious travelers or those who are traveling with a large group. However, for those who are able to splurge on the cost of admission, it's an experience that is sure to be remembered for a lifetime. Overall, I would highly recommend a visit to the SKYLINE - OTE Tower to anyone who is planning a trip to Thessaloniki. The views are truly unparalleled, and the experience of watching the city slowly rotate around you is something that can't be found anywhere else. While it may be a bit pricey, it's worth it for the unique and unforgettable experience that you'll have. Whether you're a first-time visitor to Thessaloniki or a seasoned traveler, the SKYLINE - OTE Tower is a must-see attraction that is sure to leave you in awe. In addition to the stunning view, the tower offers a number of other amenities that make it a great destination. There are a number of dining options available, including a restaurant that offers delicious food and drink options. The tower also hosts a number of events throughout the year, including live music performances and art exhibitions. Another great feature of the SKYLINE - OTE Tower is the fact that it's easily accessible from the city center. There are a number of public transportation options available, including buses and trains, making it easy to get to and from the tower no matter where you're staying in Thessaloniki. Overall, I would definitely give the SKYLINE - OTE Tower a four-star rating. While the cost of admission may be a bit steep, the view and overall experience are worth it for anyone who is looking for a unique and unforgettable experience while in Thessaloniki.

The place was absolutely fantastic, boasting a delightful atmosphere that immediately captured our attention. Although we intended to stop by for just one drink, we couldn't help but admire the surroundings and soak up the wonderful ambiance. However, when we kindly requested a better table since we knew our stay would be brief, we were unfortunately turned away, which left us feeling somewhat disheartened. It seemed rather discourteous, especially considering there was an available table at the time. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the prices were a bit on the higher side, but the overall experience certainly justified the cost.

Great Thessaloniki view! The cafe is round and a special line moves slowly and thus turn people -and view points- all around. The average price for a coffee is around 9euros. Generally good coffees and drinks but expensive too. Service was very good. Deserved one time experience. Busy during afternoons in weekends. Good to be visited in days with clear sky, the view is fantastic.

A unique way to enjoy your coffee with spectacular 360° view of the city. While watching the view you realize that the ground of cafeteria is moving slowly and in about an hour you have made a full round. The service is kind, fast and always willing to help and at the bottom of the Tower in front of the lift there is a man who is in contact with the people of cafeteria in order to control lift traffic. I paid for a coffee 7 Euro but the experience I had justifies the price. They also organise special events for Christmas and New year's Eve. In any case it would be better to make a reservation in advance. You find all the information in Internet.

Very very nice service. For now they ask for a vaccination certificate to visit the place. So it's not crowded and is really pleasant. Good choice of cocktails and drinks, small choice of food but everything we had (cheese platter, fruit platter, cheesecake, wine) was good.

Beautiful Caffè. You option for coffee, tea and alcoholic beverages. You can also eat there,i remember that they have sandwiches there. The view is amazing. You can see all the city from there. It's a moving Caffè. They have live music. A pianist starts playing during the evening, making a chill environment

Excellent place. We were afraid the bar will be too posh and full of tourists. But the ambience was nice, staff are friendly and helpful, a humble bar with live piano. Perfect spot to watch sunset and have a look above the city.

High prices, but everyone was okay with it since the drinks and the view were amazing, the tower constantly spins so you get to see everything. Got complimentary biscuits and water

Is an amazing place! And we had a very lovely and attentive waiter named Bill (short for Basilous? I didn't catch the spelling). Loved seeing everything from so very high up, and especially the lights at night. Not to mention the sunset over the horizon!! And the live music was awesome. The drinks were so good and the food was delicious! If I ever come to Greece again, I'll be sure to revisit!

It's a cool place, but definitely for drinks and not an actual meal (or a small brunch). They don't have an actual food menu so make sure you know it before coming. We took their club sandwich which came with fries and it was good, the sauce was great. The real deal is the view - absolutely stunning 360 view of Thessaloniki. From the mountains to the sea to the main city. It's truly a beautiful experience.

  • 5/5 Hannah M. 1 year ago on Google
Went for a midday coffee, really cool experience and great way to get uninterrupted panaromic views of the city. The hostess (I wish I got her name) was so lovely, polite and attentive. Prices are a little evelated but do keep in mind there's no entry fee and you're also paying for the experience so it's worth it. I'd like to go back in the evening sometime when it transforms into a piano bar or to watch the sunset ❤️

  • 5/5 Constantinos H. 6 years ago on Google
A bit expensive and not recommended if you are on a tight budget. But if you can spare 10-20 euros for a drink it's A MUST. Seeing the town from a rotating cafe bar with chilling music and a nice drink while the sun set it was an experience that worth the money IMO. Perfect for a couple or a small group of friends/family.

  • 4/5 Alkman G. 1 year ago on Google
It's pretty cool sitting up in the Skyline cafe as you watch Thessaloniki slowly rotate past the window: lovely view and you can see all of the city below. However, the cafe feels very 1970s and €10 for a milkshake seems a bit over the top.

  • 5/5 Giorgos B. 1 year ago on Google
Best spot in the city to enjoy a 360 degrees night view of Thessaloniki city while listening to wonderful live piano music. The staff is polite but the prices are a little high.

It's an experience and a must for anyone visiting Thessaloniki, you will have the best view of the City, i will recommended arrive close to 1h before sunset, the bar make a full turn in 1h 15m more or less, so dont worry where you sit you will see the entire city from all angles, the precise are moderate high , good variety of coffee and tea, they have piano live after 20:00, great service and fast! There are gift to buy as souvenirs, i woul suggest to make a reservation.

Definitely worth the trip for the view, but don’t come here hungry. The prices are very high. Coffe for 4-7€ and sandwiches and drinks for 10-12€. It does feel a bit justified, as the entrance for this very special place is free. Apparently there’s live music every day after 8, I went during the day, so I definitely have to go back at nighttime.

It's a great place to view the sunset over the sea. But here's a few things to know before going. 1) this place is built on top of the Jewish Cemetery. After 1500, Thess was 50% Sephardic Ladino Jewish & thriving. Post WWII, theres very little remaining of the Mother City of Isreal. 2) you can & should reserve online - you do not need to pay anything to reserve a table - and I wouldn't recommend it. 3) drinks are ok, but very expensive. You don't need to go here, though it's a fine date night warm up.
