I don't know about the location but we had a very bad experience travelling to the mall. Tiny streets and crazy drivers! Anyway the mall was okay. It is not a big one but has a big and free parking. The shops are mostly luxury brands and the prices may seem high for most - like it is not really an "outlet".

Nice shopping center with lots of indoor and outdoor parking spaces. Shops and prices for all tastes and wallets. The cinematography is very good. Lots of food options. A large supermarket of a well-known chain for shopping. The areas are spotlessly clean and the presence of private security is obvious.
