Unexpectedly good restaurant, with an old recipe specialty for "soutzoukakia" and gyros, but the menu does not stop there any more... Apart from the nicely served food, there is a satisfactory wine selection and the view is ...wow! I would visit again.

We were there last Saturday night with our two children, 4 and 6 years old. We ordered a salad, a starter, a main course and a bottle of water. The manager refused to proceed with our order because it would cost less than 50 euros and we were forced to leave. We will not be going back for sure.

Ate there a few weeks ago. I've travelled to more than 34 countries and I've been to countless restaurants. This one is easily one of the worst I've been. Their appeal is to people who think that expensive is good. The food was simply bad, the service was average. The staff was OK, I can't complain. I hope they take reviews into account and try to get better. Overally, there much much better options in this beautiful city.

Seems that all good reviews are paid and untruthful. Sep 14, evening - we were the only family who was at the restaurant, still before asking us about the drinks we were notified that the minimum order was 50 euro, so, if your order less than 50 then you can go and look for another place to eat. By the time our plates became empty no one approached to remove them from the table, instead 2 waiters were sitting at the table and playing with phones. Is this a service of your restaurant? Well, it is awful and you wont get any customers with this kind of attitude. I give you 2* only for food (it was great!).

The food was above average, nothing really extraordinary though. We ordered 2 salads, 2 starters and 3 main courses, however, the starters came 20 minutes after we were done eating and we actually had to ask twice about them. I liked the setting outside, but other than that I wasn't particularly impressed.

Great meat restaurant. Good quality food, quick service, kind staff. Also, the restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere and views to the sea.

Appetisers/starters were amazing. Potatoe and cheese balls was fantastic. Fresh potatoes chips(crisps) again were fantastic. Mains let the meal down slightly, chicken dish was a bit too salty. Same with the red meat dish. Cannot give a 5 star this time, however would definitely recommend this place to others. Waiter was very friendly and understanding.

I have been in Thessaloniki for 3 days on business, and our host saved the best for last! Very generous portions, and the meat was to die for! Buffalo meatballs were fantastic, and the whole experience was first class. I wholly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting the coast.

The glutenfree food was amazing! They even had gf pita bread! Absolutely I place you have to try!

Another disappointement this week... Went to this totally over rated restaurant. Food OK, but nothing to die for. Outrageously expensive. Very small portions being served. (One tiny little bread, a small glass of wine for 7 euros, and not too much to eat in my dish.).. I won't be back, sorry !

Here in Nea Diagonios had an excellent dinner. Gyros and soutzoukakia are signature dishes and must tried before live the city of Thessaloniki. Great romantic atmosphere near the sea and very friendly service. Tip: Need reservation

Very expensive .not good value for money. If everything was tasty I wouldn't mind giving 80 Euro just for 4dishes ,and 2 glasses of wine. We left the restaurant with a semi fulfilled belly! it was just an average restaurant. Wouldn't go there again.

We spend a lovely dinner during a business trip in October 2022. The restaurant is on the sea with a beautiful view. Both the starters and the main dishes were delicious. And the service was really excellent. Definitely a place to go!

Must meat restaurant if you are in Greece!!!! Top quality of hand made gyros and Tbone steak. The profiterole in the end top too. Romantic atmosphere.

It is the best place to have a lunch or dinner in Thessaloniki! My both kids and mom love it too! Tasty, sophisticated, but not pretentious, with polite service. After pandemic, they moved to a new location with a great sea view and newly designed space. And, the desserts are unspeakable!

One of the best restaurants in Thessaloniki and in Greece in general. You should try the traditional “soutzoukakia” and “handmade gyros”.

Excellent food and service. Gyros and soutzoukakia are the must dishes hear. Fillet beef souvlaki with sweet potatoes was amazing too!!!!The restaurant is near the sea with top city view.

Very very small portion of gyros with very strong male pork smell, with just some onions and no other garnish. All the portions are for children , very small. It is like tapas. Regarding the international awards they have, they are not top level.

Nice place - went there for dinner. I think the place would be approeciated more during day time ! Ordered a number of dishes. Sountzoukakia were amazing as well as the porkchop The service though was average - chips arrived on our table at the same time as the porkchop. We thought that they were included in the porkchop dish. Later we found out that they were accidentally brought to us and we were charded for them. We had to explicitly point it to the waitress - which he immediately removed them from the bill. Recommended!

Nice place, small portions, fair prices for the (expensive) area. Quality is good! Cannot keep up with the old classic restaurant downtown Thessaloniki.
