Our room looked generally abandoned and poorly maintained. A lot of dust in the interior. We called the administrator because of some moisture that we saw on the ceiling of the bathroom and he was totally outrageous against us. The breakfast had a bad smell. Staff didn’t even have a typical friendly behavior. Awful experience in total. Would under NO circumstances recommend it.

The hotel is in a central road in Thessaloniki. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room unbelievably roomy. Anything you require is around you. The only thing i can say that is negative is the lift is small, yet again you can use the stairs :-)

The rooms are incredibly small, the walls are so thin that I woke ap at 3:30 in the morning because neighbours we.re having an affair. The bathrom is the size of a phone booth. It feels like you are in Hotel Transilvania or in Adam.s family. The smell.... oh that was as bad as well. When we asked for a bigger room the guy said they are all standard, even though on booking they all seemed big enough. Ohh... the breakfast: it was a 4/10. Cheap sodoa, the coffe tasted like nothing, and there was no variety. You get what you paid for. So... if you are as poor as me, then get this hotel. But if you got just a little more money, get a real place to stay

Well run hotel on the busy main street through the centre. Room was comfortable and everything was fine, reception very chatty and friendly. Good value for money and close to pretty much everything, and not as noisy as I expected due to the road.

This hotel is OK, or would be OK if you rent it by the hour... If you catch my drift... Not by night! We could not get some decent shut eye! The fridge is super loud droning noise, after 2 or 3 o clock at night we could hear clubbing noise, at some time in the night the workshop over our room opened neon light which pierced the night... Horrible experience! Breakfast is okish, coffee better get some from the corner. Room is clean though, but some of the room you can't clean thoughroughly enough! Sorry but we won't return!

This is not a hotel, it is a motel! The room smelled of dampness and mold and it was too hot in the room even the AC worked. The bathroom is so small and shower was dirty. You can't sleep at night because of outside noise and when you close the window there is no air in the room. Also, there are no basic things like toilet paper and soap holders. On the booking it says that the room has a safe and a hair dryer but there is none. The fridge was so loud and it is also one of the reasons why you cant sleep at night. For the breakfast there was the cheapest food that gives you cramps. All in all, a DISASTER!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent customer service experience. The behaviour of the employee who answered the phone was unacceptable. It conveyed a lack of care for the client and a lapse in professionalism. I hope this feedback helps in improving their services.

Our room was very clean and the housekeeping was doing an amazing job during our stay. The room itself was very comfortable, with a magnificent top-floor view over Thessaloniki. The hotel has a perfect location - just 10 minute walk from the waterfront. There are a lot of different shops and restaurants nearby, so you will have always somewhere great to go. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. they will happily answer any questions you might have about the city. Breakfasts were very tasty as well, and although there wasn't much choice they have all the necessary basics covered. Be sure to try the yoghurt they serve, it is really something!

This is old and funky but I love the room because it is authentic and cozy and located right on a busy street in the heart of Thessaloniki. Great for a few nights in the city. Staff is kind and helpful and they really try hard with the breakfast thing.

There is night bars at the back which play music up to very late. We had to listen how a drunk man is singing and of course couldn't sleep at all. The center is 18 min of walking. There is No parking space for your vehicle.

Average rooms at low prices. Good breakfast (not a lot of options though). Great location. Get a room away from the road if you want quiet.

Shared motel rooms would ve been better. You can’t sleep due to the noise from the main boulevard. The hotel trembles when a bus comes next to it. In case of an earthquake this swhole is the first to go down.

Great cheap hotel in the center, pretty clean, the stuff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also pretty decent. Cons: rooms are not soundproof, so if you're unlucky you'll hear other noisy guests. Don't forget your things in the room, they'll just dissappear, like my tracking shoes did. Also wifi was barely there on the third floor.

I would give 0 stars if possible. AVOID!!! Room and halls smell like cheap perfume... Paper thin walls and floors - you hear EVERYTHING. I heard the guy next door shouting at midnight and then yawning in the morning when he woke up. I could not sleep at all at night from LOUD music at neighboring bar/club - music finally stopped: at 8 AM!! Just in time for doors to open and close all around. Pipes are loud, I hear neighbors flush and wash. Claustrophobic awkward bathroom. Old blankets with holes. Breakfast of stale bread and boiled eggs. Cherry on top: no refund when the threat of another sleepless night forced us to leave. Staff said if she refunds us, the cost is taken from her salary. ABANDON HOPE ALL YE WHO ENTER.

Pros: Very convenient B&B hotel near city centre, cozy place, friendly hotel staff Cons: although there was a variety of food for breakfast, unfortunately there were no vegetables or fruits

It's a cheap hotel ,It could do with updating and decorating as it's a bit tired ,the room was clean ,the beds comfortable enough, although old fashioned blankets we didn't use as it was to hot anyway ,the Aircon worked as did the TV ,in short it was a place to sleep and shower .The desk staff were very friendly and polite ,however dont bother getting up for breakfast as its volt cheap ham ,cheese slices and cereal not that I have a problem with this ,the Problem was the three witches of eastwick in the kitchen they were rude, standoffish and smoked on the balcony so the smoke came in ,the one morning we climbed to the 5th floor was the last ,there is cafe next door but one that is cheap and friendly. The location is on a busy main road with all the hassle and bustle of a major city with 24 hr traffic ,there is also a night club behind with VERY loud music Wednesday through Sunday, not the hotels fault but be aware. Lastly I did not notice wheel chair access so if this is an issue for you check before booking .

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. It is a great location (right in the centre). The rooms were spacious but the bathroom is very small. Also the noise outside wow.. There were a lot of cars passing by 24/7, screaming people etc. If you don't mind the loud noises then this hotel is ok. The breakfast is ok.

Value for money is the least I can say for this hotel. Renovated, clean, great mattresses, nice breakfast and this morning as we were leaving we witnessed the cleaning and disinfection procedure in the room next to ours. and were really happy that these people maintain a high standards against covid cleaning. We use to visit Thessaloniki regularly and used to stay in a hotel downtown but as soon as we discovered Ilisia my husband said "ok, we have a new place". And we definetely do.

The small hotel is in a prime location on Egnatia Street in Thessaloniki. Clean and tidy rooms. Each room has a small balcony. Small, tidy and clean bathroom. The breakfast restaurant is on the 5th floor. Breakfast is buffet (not too varied, but quite fair). The food is fresh, delicious. The hotel has an elevator. Very decent price. Parking is close by. Great hotel for an enjoyable stay in Thessaloniki. My hearty recommendation!

Location is absolutely great, and you get there pretty easy from the airport, direct bus (the X1) Lovely view from the rooms! But that's about it. Bathroom was absolutely unpleasant, couldn't fit a bigger person in there, and the shower head was black with grime and old plastic coming off. The sink was so small, and the mirror support holder so big, you'd hit your head every time you want to wash your face, or soak the floor to avoid the head bump. The water itself looked dirty, seemed oily. There was no room cleaning in between days. We had to go ask for TP after a few days. Bed was actually comfy, good size pillows. Pillow cases were too small for them though, so the pillows were sticking out of them.

Hotel in the center of Thessaloniki. Offering solid accommodation for affordable prices...

Parking was expensive and far away (two blocks away and we had to carry our luggage; they said on the phone that the hotel had parking, but it was a seperate parking lot, we had to leave the key cause they moved the cars - looked sketchy) The shower was gross, dirty shower curtain and rust on the shower head. The AC was moldy. The breakfast had extremely few things - some juice in a dirty container, some eggs and stale bread, we should have just bought something from the supermarket, it would have been cheaper and more fresh. The view form the balcony was horrible and scary.
