Rooms are quite clean but they need some renewal and some better conservation. my room window way not even closing properly and you could hear everything from the street level, even being in the 4th floor. Hotel staff is friendly, breakfast is ok, a lot of variety of food. Stay away from the pancakes they are not ok.

We stayed here as part of a tour. Rooms were nice, and breakfast was great. The dinners were good, but I'd rather find a local restaurant.

Great people at the reception 😃 Despite the busy hours they are eager to help with requests. Luxurious hotel

We had a great stay in the capris hotel, but the rooms are a bit old and it is not very close to the city centre. Also the rooftop could get a renovation. But the breakfast buffet was good!

Wi-Fi not working almost everywhere except for the hall. Room changed after 2 days for programmes works. Room quality can not be compared to other 4 stars hotels. Unasked check out. Missing items from the room. Receptionist polite and nice but not enough for a negative experience. Positive : cleaning, breakfast, receptionists (except for one) Negative : organisation, problem solving, room quality

I was expecting more based on the pictures online. Room are too small and bad smiles everywhere! No coffee or tea available. Hot water comes and goes for the shower! Disaster view (Room No 206). Two single beds made it as a double bed! Keep moving all the time and uncomfortable. Charged €8 per day for the parking. The swimming pool only good and tasty food. My opinion this hotel not worth what I've paid for a night. €85!! I've chosen it because it's 13 minutes walk to the bars and night life in the city so no need to drink and drive.

The room in itself was clean, no noise as well, but the decor of the room was definitely not 4 stars, but rather very outdated. The breakfast was also disappointing and after going once, we decided it's best to eat out. The cleaning ladies kept on coming into our room although having the DND sign on the door and after asking them to leave they stayed asking questions as to when to come for the cleaning.

I was there for the pool; it was a nice and clean environment. Theo toilets were clean outside and I apriciated this a lot because in Greece there is a very little opportunity to find clean bathrooms. It was a hot summer day and what I didn't like was that the parasol fall out and fel on the people at the pool area. This was a bit dangerous and it happened about three times this day. I would apriciate if there would take care about it. Anyway, beyond this it was a nice experience.

For external guest there is a nice roof top pool with a bar. Great to stay between activitys. Staff could be more nice, as always in Greece

A cool hotel with great breakfasts. Awesome pool and roof area with a bar. On the other hand, seems like the cleaning ladies clean all day long, so no calm even on Sunday. Moreover they often make noise during the day, seems like they drop the brooms or something all the time, making the noise even more unnecessary. It happened to me also that a phone rang which was not for me (late hours) or that a hotel guy came regarding something and knocked for an issue which was not for me, I guess a bit of Greek disorganisation. Better to always put the red card for not being disturbed by anyone if you wish. I still recommend definitely, even though some rooms almost don't have daylight. Also nice gym. But WiFi sucks.

The hotel is great and very clean. The staff is super helpful and kind. One of the best parts of our stay was definitely the breakfast. There are plenty of options for everyone. All recommendations!

Ideal place to start exploring Thessaloniki. It can be the starting point to the Walls, to the beautiful coast road or to the centre of the city. Very kind and helpful personnel, very clean rooms & sheets and of course a wonderful roof top with a swimming pool, a bar and a great view to the city.

The hotel is very old, and large, so you feel packed in like sardines. The pool is okay, but the service was slow. They make someone come with you to unlock the gym and when I asked, they forgot and left me waiting for a while. There are some unpleasant smells in the hallway and the food is okay.

Came for the pool. Service was great. Nice and clean and not crowded. Recommend if you want to beat the heat and the crowds in Thessaloniki.

Before booking our stay at Capsis, I've spent some time reading the previous guest reviews and to be honest I was expecting to experience some of the issues mentioned (e.g. dirty bathroom, old facilities, staff not welcoming guests, apartment window that was dangerous for kids, tiny parking, etc.) but luckily we didn't have any issues or complaints during our stay, and on the contrary, everything was great! The hotel was super clean, breakfast was great, the staff was amazing, rooms were adequate for the price paid, parking was excellent especially considering how difficult it is to find a proper parking spot in Thessaloniki, etc. Staff also immediately informed me upon our arrival that the pool and terrace are closed due to the poor weather (it was raining when we checked in), so no surprises there. I am happy that I decided to book our stay at Capsis, and I am looking forward to visiting again. Also, I would like to say big THANKS to the phenomenal Capsis staff who allowed me to leave my car in the underground garage for few additional hours after the checkout was complete. You guys rock!

It is close to the bus station, friendly staff. The rooms are good,if you are going with a car make sure to pre book the parking place. There is a swimming pool in the roof,so I would recommend going for a swim. Sea is 10 minutes walking, so you can plan what to do during your vacation.

I was during 4-5 weeks during the lockdown (February - March) and the attention was great, also the room was good, but this last time the clients assiduous we are not important. I booked the exactly room like the last time, but they gave me a inferior room, with separate beds (I think are 80 cm) and I order double. I didn’t have time to discuss with the reception and I stayed in the room, trying all the night to don’t fall of the bed. This hotel was in my top 3 favourites in all Greece but after this experience i will don’t repeat.

A fantastic hotel located Centrally in Thessaloniki. The staff/service was great, anytime I needed something, there'd be no hesitation. The Breakfast buffet was out of this world as well, so many delicious options. And the rooftop Pool, on a completely different level. You get a viewpoint of the entire city and it's simply phenomenal. I'd 100% stay here if I travel back to this beautiful city.

People in lobby without face mask are not told off, 1(!) sanitary bag in the bathroom, 1 vanity kit (already broken), no slippers, no nothing. Pool & bar closed. Lobby looks pretty but upper floors look dark and shady. Bad view. Two disposable cups. Ok-rooms, business surcharge not worth it. Parking 6 € per day. We felt more welcome at our little and cheap apartment in Metamorfosi. Wouldn't recommend.

Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Delicious club sandwich at the bar and great breakfast buffet, included fried eggs Sunnyside up. Wifi sucks. Kept cutting out in my room, so I went to the lobby. There, I was able to get done what I had to, and some important research for the remainder of my trip. Went to the bar area for a sandwich and it got really slow and cut out again.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I stayed there with a group of friends and at the time half of us were underage. AWFUL SERVICE. We called once the reception to ask for a couple of glasses because we had none and our convo went like -reception -Hello I’m calling from *number of the room* could you bring us a couple of water glasses because there aren’t any here -no *turns of the phone* Nice service I guess? Also we got an argument with two employees there one of them called names one of my friends for no reason. Plus unfair prices. We payed the same for a room with view big window nice bathroom and for another one pretty old wo view such a small window and dirty. I also found out that they don’t change the towels or the bedsheets they just put them back in their place so you think they new. Also it’s such a bad neighborhood there if you are a tourist please don’t leave the hotel at night.

the hotel is really nice and the breakfast it's very diverse and tasty as they use local ingredients. the furniture is old (I didn't mind that because it wasn't in a bad state), but everything is clean. the distance to the tower is about 25-30 min walk but the area is safe. we returned to the hotel at about 11pm and we saw a lot of nice places to eat, with lights and tavernas with live music (between the tower and the hotel). there's a parking space underground and we paid 8€/night. If you are in transit and you have luggage, that money is well spent. the staff is really nice, friendly and happy to help.

The hotel has a lot of old rooms, not modern but ok. The handles on the cupboards were all loose. The shower head wasn't very clean, the breakfast wasn't spectacular. My orange juice glass was fully cracked, the coffee wasn't great unfortunately. There were a few members of staff which were good, the rest looked like they were bored

Good location for visiting the city, walking distance to "Ladadika" where you can find plenty of restaurants and bars. Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms and lovely staff. The hotel is old so don't expect real 4* rooms (photos in the hotel's website are accurate) . Price is fine and fair.

Biggest hotel in Thessaloniki has an amazing entrance and looks amazing at the beginning but rooms do not live up to these standards. Rooms are poorly decorated. However sleep was comfortable and breakfast was great with a lot of choices.

A pleasant stay, apart from waiting in reception for my lift after checkout: imagine a uniformed employy with nothing to do pacing the floor. I ask: "Is it possible to get a bottle of water while I wait?". "Yes, you can go to the sixth floor pool-bar". Me, looking at my two suitcases, a carry-on bag, a briefcase and an overcoat: "Really?" Obviously someone unsuited to the hospitality industry. This absolutely spoiled my stay in both the hotel and the city. Little things mean a lot, and the fool is still wandering aimlessly around the lobby.

Great location. Amazing view! We had a 4am check in, being tired and wanting to go straight to sleep they were on it and ready for us!! Quick check in so we can get to sleep. When we woke up we had a little issue with the shower, these things happen. We reported it and without hesitation the person we spoke to was on it, kind and understanding. By the time we came back from breakfast, it was fixed. That’s amazing service for you. All staff were helpful and kind. I will stay here again when I visit Thessaloniki, thank you.

It is a good mid-level hotel in a good location. Not quite downtown but just a 10 minute walk. The lobby is quite lovely, and we enjoyed the breakfast and the room.

A little bit far away from the main street - 10 min walk. The hotel as a temporary station between flights is great and cheap. Rooms are OK (old) but with AC

It is a very nice hotel for its price. I would definitely recommend the breakfast. Hotel facilities are also not bad. There is only one problem, they have to put two kids in a big single bed.

The good: The hotel is close to the railway station and basically close enough to easily explore the city on foot. The staff is friendly, doing the extra mile way beyond my expectation even after check-out. The pool on the top is super. Pet-friendly, but couldn't test it as my initial plans were changed. The bad: There is no sign in the rooms that toilet paper should be not thrown to the toilet as it can block the water pipes. Also the flushing button on the toilet often jams. The pool should be open a little bit more on the afternoon.

Unfortunately I can't give 0. reservation was done on booking, for 3 adults and 2 kids with breakfast included for 4 nights 630€. To reception said wasn't booked breakfast. They even didn't check if it's mistake or not. Rooms are very small and without balcony. I booked room with double beds, and they just put 2 single beds. Very disappointed, for this money I am sure we could find something much better.

Located at the heart of Thessaloniki. The hotel was recently renovated and the place looks fabulous. Pay attention to the green marble that decorates the walls. Definitely worth a visit 💞💞

Older hotel with good bones. The staff at all levels were polite and hospitable. We had a junior suite that was very large and well appointed. It is well situated to the downtown shopping core with about a ten minute walk. We would certainly go back.
