I have had the worst service from this store. I paid them to professionally pack, ship and insure some fragile items. They arrived smashed, and now they have denied my claim. They don't call back, they don't care. I am not sure it is worth going to court, but it is a possibiltiy. But I don't want anyone else to be treated to the worst customer service ever. Do not use this UPS store.

5⭐️ service!! I ship out large packages and Anil always works hard on finding the best price and fastest way to get my pieces delivered safely and efficiently. I always get a courtesy call from Anil once my package is delivered safely. No other shipping company has done that for me. Friendly, courteous and very helpful staff. They treat you and your shipment with respect and diligence.

Unprofessionally run. It’s beyond me why you charge to print a UPS label to ship a UPS package at a UPS store. Can you imagine you went to Canada Post and they said it’s $20 for the shipping and $2 for printing the label to put on the box? I doubt this is UPS policy and these branch owners are just being greedy.

Have a Amazon drop off. The employee refused to let me put the box there and said that I have to come back on Monday due to the size of the box. I have shipped bigger one before. And I requested if they can show me their policy about it. They refused again and threatened me to call the police if I didn’t leave immediately. I only asked to see their policy! Moreover, they said that they don’t have printer to printout the policy, but they have a printer there. A big professional printer! They just treated their client as fool!

I've been to many shipping places before. They usually make me feel out of place and they're rude and rushing me. This time I deal with someone SO HELPFUL AND NICE!! His name was Ben. He helped me with everything I needed to ship out my package. Superrr patient and superr understanding! Thank you so much Ben for being such a great help and asset!

I had a awesome customer experience! I had an unusual printing request. The item that I wanted printed I couldn't print on a special paper as the paper was not designed for that purpose and lost color density. All this to say Ben spent a huge amount of time and was able to get a close replication on cardstock. Thank you Ben for your courtesy, diligence and patience!!!!!

I just came back from The U.P.S. Store, the one located on Sources Blvd. I was very impressed by the two gentlemen, who manage the store. Their friendliness, efficiency, and knowledgability facilitated my visit in sending my package. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. All I can say is keep up the good work!!!!

I recently had occasion to send a parcel to the US. Decided to visit the UPS store 343 In Dollard-Des-Ormeaux again, which I used on another occasion where I had a great service experience. Mr. Anil, the manager, assisted in the packaging, as well as filling out the paperwork. I have used FEDX on numerous occasions over time, however, after this visit to this UPS store, this will be the only place to go to. Professional services, efficient and very knowledgeable. I dropped a return envelope to amazon and requested a proof of dropping the parcel the young man who served me was very rude he refuse to give me the slip until i insisted it took him 2 second to pull it out from the machine he goes you don't need it yes i do need it in case of an error or lost item during the delivery with the slip in my hand i am covered as a customer I Demand that ups incorporation take action against the ups outlet and apply the policy of proof of dropping the parcel when ever the customer requeste it and keep in mind we the customers who keeps your business going.
