    Excellent service! Definitely will go back for the next service. People are so kind and very helpful, from the Service department to the Part team to the shop technicians, they are all bilingual!! Thank you for the porte-clés, it goes well with my WRX key.

    Extremely bad experience especially with the maintenance department. Keep your car away at all costs. When I test drove the car I was buying I told them it had bad breaks, and the front camera was blurry. They said the camera was dirty and the breaks would be fixed. When I picked up the car they charged me an extra 4000 dollars that they "forgot" to refund me. The breaks were still bad, the camera turned out to be broken and on top it had a new issue of the rear wiper not working. This was after I payed 2700 dollars for a detailed inspection and extended warranty (I am pretty confident they just took my money and did not do anything). I took the car back two weeks later when they could fit me in but was told they are having parts issues as well that they are very busy because of tire season. Clearly was not a priority for them to fic there mistakes now that they had my money. After being told multiple different times my car would be ready and delay after delay it took them 2 weeks to fix 3 issues. Since then I have found missing bolts where they were working and random relays laying under my hood. Please stay away from here.

    Very positive experience. These are nice folks and very professional. I had a couple of concerns that were handled immediately and to my satisfaction. I will be contacting them for my next purchase.

    Unprofessional when resolving serious problem like selling you an accidented car which had $5,600 of damages which their carfax didn't show . Didn't even acknoledge a mistake. Found out about the car that was rearended when I got my carfax because I was going to sell it.

    Terrible post-sales service. Sold me a car with defective (bubbled) tire and Pamela Chagnon felt comfortable forcing me to drive an hour to the dealership with a tire that risked exploding - risking mine and the car's safety.

From my first conversation with Marlene, to a support call from the service manager Mathew, I knew this was the place to bring my vehicle to. The mechanics Mike and Antoine were very polite and competent. They diagnosed the problem collaboratively and got me back on the road. I highly recommend this dealership.
