This is a hidden gem! You get to see how people made flour with a mill back in the day of the "seigneurie", and you can even buy freshly-made bread and sandwiches with the very flour they produce! You can also visit the manor of the Lord who owned the land back in the 1850's. The people are friendly and are very knowledgeable in the history of the place and in the methods used back in the day. They are also well-organized in how to keep with social-distancing during the pandemic.

A great stop, with a lot of historical value. The Mill is impressive, i saw it a few years back when the water wheel was operating. They are waiting on the government of Canada for their subvention to execute the repairs, still the mill flour and its great On the property, there is a mansion where they explain how our ancestor bridges socially when the British took over North America from the King of France, who let's admit it, like most french politician from France, had no clue about whatsoever :-)
