I took a phone appointment with them today, the appointment was at 2pm, they pushed it to 2h40pm first which was okay. I waited for around 35mins without receiving any calls. I called again to ask about my appointment, they said i should receive a call in the next couple of minutes. 2 hours later still didn't receive any calls, i called them to ask and found out that they are close for the day ! they do not care about the patient's time, which is unfortunate.

The doctors will call you one hour late (at least) for your telehealth appointments, and like normal people, you'll probably be working or something by that point, since it's AN HOUR later than the appointment was scheduled for... but then they will tell you that you have to pay 30$ each time because YOU didn't answer. Yes, it's YOUR responsibility the doctor was an hour late TWICE. And then, when you're in serious need of medical attention, they will refuse treatment until you pay them for their missed appointment. Extortion, that's the word for this. This entire office is filled with clowns, avoid at all cost. (OR IT'LL COST YOU!)

Best clinic ever with doctors that care, which is very rare and important,best nurses and in general best staff, polite,positive,and most of all you never find their phone on a busy signal simply because they care about their patient. If they are busy and cannot answer the phone you leave a message and they always call you back within an hour.

You should never use it but in the time of need to see a doctor it’s literally the best place in Montreal! You don’t have to wait hours, the doctors are highly professional, and the staff is just amazing! Keep up your good work:)

Not having a family Dr., I had high hopes for this clinic because it's close to where I live. However, after three visits (one was by phone), unfortunately I can't recommend anyone go here with a very high degree of confidence. On two occasions, I was prescribed medication that was not the most appropriate for the problem that I was having (according to 2 other health professionals I consulted separately). On top of that, I was charged an admin. fee of $30 to get blood work done (which I was only informed of after I was already in the nurse's chair ready to be tested); then, one of the samples I gave actually ended up mislabled and it took weeks for them to sort this out and finally admit what happened after I'd called them at least 3 times about the issue while they'd been reassuring me everything was fine the whole time. It is not legal in Quebec to charge for blood work so it seems they get around this by calling it an 'admin' fee to transport samples. Meanwhile, I went somewhere else, had everything redone -for free- and received the results in a week. The Dr.s here do not like to be questioned and they will absolutely patronize you for doing so, which, I suppose, is not surprising given the team of Dr.s here is bascially all white and male. The only person I encountered here who actually understands how to communicate with patients is the nurse practitioner --also not surprising! Overall, pretty disappointing and I will never go back here.

Happy with my experience here. My GP takes the time to listen to my concerns and he addresses them with thoughtful consideration. I'm always able to see an urgent care doctor if I need. The nurses are kind and well trained as well.

When I first call them they gave me an appointment and said call ramq and you can get this appointment for free.
