Today,
I
felt
harassed.
Such
a
negative
experience
had
occurred
today
at
the
Cotes
Des
Neiges
location
on
September
28th
2020
between
1-2pm.
I
had
spoken
to
a
man
who
claims
to
be
the
floor
manager
and
he
said
he
apologizes
on
behalf
of
his
staff
and
that
he
had
spoken
to
his
staff
and
said
that
the
situation
had
been
addressed
appropriately,
based
on
that
he
spoke
to
his
staff,
and
that
his
staff
said
that
she
'apologized'.
And
that
he
himself
apologized
to
me
in
person
on
their
behalf.
For
one,
the
manager
was
not
there
when
she
'apologized'
it
was
barely
an
apology
as
from
her
demeanor
one
can
tell
that
it
was
not
a
sincere
honest
apology.
The
staff
member
seemed
fully
aware
of
what
she
did.
The
moment
my
mother
and
I
came
upstairs
(to
her
section)
I
felt
like
we
were
silently
being
harassed.
Staff
person
was
sitting
down,
while
chatting
with
another
customer.
My
mother
and
I
were
holding
2
pillows
from
a
basket
thinking
if
we
should
buy
the
product.
We
placed
the
pillows
back
into
the
basket.
The
staff
person
then
put
down
her
mask
and
said
"Excuse
me.
Excuse
me.
That's
not
how
you
put
them."
To
my
confusion,
at
first
I
wasn't
sure
what
she
was
talking
about.
Then
noticed
she
was
looking
towards
the
pillows.
I
thought
uhh..
okay.
Thought
it
was
odd
for
her
to
respond
like
that
but
anyway
I
will
try
to
put
the
pillow
how
they
were
so
I
thought.
So
I
place
the
pillows
parallel
into
the
basket
(instead
of
just
placing
them
in
the
basket
but
either
way
seemed
appropriate.)
Then
she
said
"No
thats
not
how
it
was".
So
I
then
flipped
one
of
the
pillows
over
so
that
both
patterns
of
the
pillows
were
facing
the
same
direction.then
she
said
"Thank
you
very
much."
And
continued
chatting
to
a
customer
while
sitting
down.
A
few
minutes
later,
my
mother
and
I
noticed
she
would
still
be
watching
us
from
afar.
We
did
not
think
much
of
it.
We
thought
it
was
still
odd
for
her
to
address
us
in
such
a
way
earlier,
considering
we
had
just
arrived
and
did
not
seem
to
be
causing
trouble
at
all.
Still
in
her
section,
we
went
to
look
at
the
other
pillow
on
the
couch.
I
was
checking
one
of
the
pillows
with
the
pillow
in
my
hand,
simultaneously
my
mother
was
putting
another
pillow
back
where
it
was
(even
if
she
was
still
interested
to
see
the
pillow)
because
she
said
she
was
afraid
because
the
woman
(said
staff)
was
looking
at
us
again.
Barely
a
minute
after,
the
woman
(said
staff)
came
up
to
me
and
without
saying
a
thing,
abruptly
grabbed
the
pillow
from
my
hand.
The
price
tag
fell
either
when
she
took
the
pillow
or
while
I
was
holding
It,
I
don't
know.
However,
when
I
looked
up
after
she
grabbed
the
pillow
from
my
hands
she
said
"Well
you
know
I
still
need
customers
knowing
the
price
so
I
have
to
just
put
the
price
back
on."
She
said
something
else
after
but
I
can't
remember
anymore.
I
was
just
so
in
shock
that
she
just
grabbed
the
pillow
from
my
hands
and
I
wasn't
doing
anything
wrong
or
out
of
the
ordinary.
Check
the
cameras.
I
politely
explained
to
her
that
first,
it
is
not
nice
to
pull
away
merchandise
from
a
customers
hand
without
talking
to
them
first.
Especially
when
a
customer
was
being
completely
appropriate
with
the
item.
I
told
her
that
as
staff,
it
was
quite
unprofessional
what
she
did.
Then
she
just
looked
at
me
motionless
and
started
walking
away
while
saying
"okay
ill
take
your
advice."
I
did
not
see
at
all
that
she
was
apologetic.
I
think
her
actions
deem
more
than
just
a
simple
apology
from
her
manager.
As
I
have
also
told
the
manager,
what
if
the
customer
she
had
done
that
to
was
more
on
the
aggressive
end
and
had
a
short
fuse?
At
least
I
took
the
time
to
talk
to
her
calmly
and
politely
at
that.
I
think
most
people
for
that
matter
would
not
have
taken
what
she
did
lightly.
I
would
like
to
be
compensated
appropriately
for
her
lack
of
unprofessionalism
and
for
the
manager
not
being
more
proactive
about
this
situation.
Had
she
grabbed
the
pillow
out
of
my
mother's
hand,
I
know
I
wouldn't
have
been
so
damn
calm
about
it.
