hunger
knocks
the
door;
we
stop
by
a
Boustan.
It
has
been
a
while
I
went
to
Boustan.
It
is
a
very
clean,
a
wonderfully
decorated
restaurant,
which
surprises
me
for
a
fast
food
franchise
spot.
I
was
amazed
by
the
extensive
menu.
As
I
said
I
have
not
been
to
a
Boustan
for
a
very
long
time,
so
it
is
a
huge
improvement.
This
restaurant
is
magnificent
by
its
look
and
by
its
service.
We
were
glad
to
meet
one
of
the
owner
tonight,
he
was
friendly,
helpful
and
gracious.
As
a
vegetarian
person,
I
ordered
a
vegan
kabab
plate
and
my
boyfriend
ordered
a
power
bowl
with
chicken
shawarma.
At
6:30
pm,
you
would
think
the
food
will
be
little
old,
but
I
was
proven
wrong;
everything
tasted
fresh.
I
was
skeptical
about
vegan
kabab,
but
it
was
an
absolute
delight.
My
boyfriend
devoured
his
bowl,
he
thought
he
won’t
be
able
to
finish
because
the
portion
was
humongous,
but
in
the
end
it
was
an
empty
bowl
left.
When
the
restaurant
was
little
slow,
the
owner
would
come
out
of
the
counter,
and
go
by
table
and
table
ask
customers
how
is
everything
which
you
don’t
see
ever
at
a
fast
food
branch.
It
was
refreshing
and
marvelous.
So
if
you
are
in
Terrebonne,
want
something
quickly,
come
here
to
enjoy
a
delicious
pita
or
a
plate
or
a
power/energy
bowl.
