It's known for its convenient and fair price and the usual foods, but very well prepared. They have tried to arrange the eating place in a not so squeezed way, but when it's high flow hours, it gets crowded. The services are great, I think they pouch the best students from their school for that work because they know just how to take of customers. The conference Halls are also great, not so sure about the prices though. Parking is free, can accommodate quite a lot of vehicles. But if you are looking for a garden looking place to relax, not for you this.

Its a very nice and cozy place....and affordable. Their food is nice. But their service is slow. I ordered my meal but my soup was not delivered even after requesting twice.

The food gets worse with every visit. The chicken curry was definitely not chicken curry. The pilau was worse. I do not recommend

Honestly your pizza didn't amaze me. The cheese was supper hard, the dough was burnt. Wueh I had to just struggle with it!

I really enjoyed the good food with a variety from the menu. Very quick and friendly service. Very spacious and ideal for meeting venues. While sitting along the walls there are sockets that have USB charging ports.

I ordered Sautē potatoes to be delivered at our office, they brought plain potatoes without a single onion😭, the portion was also very small and the packaging was bad, the khaki paper was torn on the side and you could see potatoes from the torn space. I wouldn't recommend!!!

This porridge will not screw you up ! It’s the best thing cascade have in my opinion ! I love it .

Good ambience, prompt and professional service. There is enough parking but ask the slots meant for the hotel, else you pay for County parking. There is always a security guard st the parking so no worry about vehicle break-ins.

Good quality food and drinks. The food is quite affordable and a good amount. Service is okay but when the place is busy, it can get a bit slow. Also has ample parking space.

Great place to have lunch or dinner. African cuisine,pizza, kienyeji greens, brown ugali, fish, liver and so much more.

Tasty deep fried chicken. Chicken curry not so good. Slow service. I would go back to try more of the food not the service.

It wasn't worth it. I took one bite of their chicken and it had a bad taste as if going bad...yuck. Then it was very small. I would go for the fruit option only but the grapes had some rancid taste. Minus the grapes it was ok. The chips were just there... nothing to report. My friend said the chapati was good. Looked ok. But their cabbages were very greasy and so was the pilau... Not setting foot there again.

I had double of some of very tasty pizzas. I liked the current offer for double pizza for the price of one, without minimizing the chunks of chicken or peperoni on it.

I feel that the management or supervisory should improve on the usher responsibility to stranded guests or customers entering the hotel.

Compared to the other two outlets in Thika Town, Cascade Premier provides more ambience. The place is mostly frequented by the working class. Their food is tasty and the menu provides quite a number of options.

The Oxtail soup was great according to my collegues. Porridge has nuts so take care if you are allergic but great however! Prices are great too. Max on the meal was about 400 - 500 ksh

We went for lunch and got great service but the food was a flop, the milkshake was more of yoghurt and banana, the chicken and meat dishes lacked salt or flavour. I would not eat here again, though their other branches in Thika (close to Naivas & Maguna's) have great dishes.

Cascade has the very best atmosphere for either breakfast, brunch ,lunch or dinner , friendly waiters , range variety of meals, ample parking and friendly prices . 😋 its a a place to recommend
