This hospital doesn't even deserve 1 star. It charges double the amount comparing other good hospitals in Salem. Initially we went to this hospital since it is nearby. The lady doctor Sujatha, she is not even behaving like a doctor - a pure money minded person who gives a repeated test of no use. If you got any disease with minor symptoms she will convey the cause like "it should be operated by next 2 day's if something happens in-between don't blame me". She'll create fear and keep patients hectic to admit soon in her hospital. Luckily I got some friends in MBBS background. I sent the pic of results and they told it's the starting stage and can operate at anytime within next 2 months. This isn't a lie anymore, if you believe please look some good hospital (Google it /or / better go and consult in particular hospital), else the choice is absolutely yours.

Worst emergency care. No proper care for patients in wee hours. They took care of the patient without detailed diagnosis and asked us to go home. If we hadn't gone to another hospital it would have been critical for us.

According to treatments is good but very worst for insurance departments. It's very delay process I am not satisfied with insurance departments and also once concern about casuality if person go with fever even day 1 they told to take blood test I I don't why always taking blood test for day 1 also. It's little disappointed

The behavior of the duty doctor and nurses in the outpatient is unethical. Duty doctor suggested some prescription, nurse changed that prescription as to collect more money. To buy injections, to buy tablets, to pay consulting fees again, visit cash counters and medical stores three times unnecessarily. But all this can be done in one visit. Management should understand that the growth of a company depends on the quality of its employees.

Doctors were ok, even though they could slow down a bit instead of always in a hurry. Nurses were okay except for a few who you need to call multiple times to get something done on time. Facilities were okay but bathrooms could be better maintained. But, management was bad and coordination between departments was worse and they run you around in circles and be a little rude. Overall, they could smile a little more and be a little nice. You might spend little more than other hospitals in terms of doctor fees and other treatments. If they don't read these reviews and take corrective action they are going to lose repeat customers.

Worst experience with the staff nurse my dad was admited for nephro issues. The staff nurses doesn't know to put proper venflon which lead to septicaemia in the right hand. Just imagine an old man of 71 age keeping his hand for one month because of the careless staff nurses. Then next issue is like when we went to remove the septicaemia the nurses doesn't know properly to do dressing. And if we want to meet Dr Arulmani we need to fix appointment the day before if we book also we need to go and wait for him for 3 hours and then do the dressing. Think about the patient's condition how he is suffering. Seriously if this continues definitely within one or two years I am damn sure your hospital will be closed. This is my tears I feel for my dad like this many village ppl suffer but they doesn't know that review or suggestion box is there to fill up and report on this hospital

Simply running the hospital for money. Even few Government hospitals and its doctors, nurses and staffs are greater than these private hospital. There is no minimum ethic. These people are not responsible at all. They are not all caring about patients. Just they are admitting serious communicable disease patient in General ward not giving precautions to other patients and their attendants.

I underwent treatment here for tooth pain and decay problems. The dentist Dr. Thanigavel thoroughly examined my teeth with advanced dental equipment, explained the issues and procedures clearly. I am thankful for his guidance and proper treatment.

My 80 year old grandmother who went for blood transfusion fell down from the bed while sleeping because the hospital staff forgot to secure the side rail. She has a broken arm, nose and teeth. The consultants was not informed until we went to the op and told him what happened. This is the only hospital where the consultant saves lives and the staffs take them

Worst hospital... Every time you need to stand in queue for medicine and payment , only one counter will be operational. and Some doctors are money minded. The refer their patients to other hospital in the city ( kavery , dharan). Though the facility was in their hospital.. Parking and Canteen were Pathetic.. For this cost you can afford some good hospitals

Worst hospital.... If you want to buy a medicine it took 30 mins.. First you need to get a bill from pharmacy that took 10 mins then you have to go bill section there you need be in queue for 15mins again you have come pharmacy to get those medicines. Laboratory tests were costly... If you wanna discharge that too take 4 hours of useless formalities....

Worst service. Especially Dr. Chandrashekar murugesan is not even ready to hear patients problem. Dr. Is calling people by singular terms. Well learned people like Dr. Chandrasekaran Should know basic manners to speak to people.

Been here to take Doppler scan. They don't have the equipments proper...once the scan is taken they give lame reasons like the scan reports aren't ready and the images of the scan cannot be given as the printer isn't working.... Very annoying and the people incharge are irresponsible and very lathargic.

Went in as an accident case, knee bone was visible. The emergency doc who attended the case cleaned up the wound and asked me to come after two days for dressing. When asked if suture was required they said it isn’t needed. Thank god we took a second opinion, else my knee would have been infected. The same issue was informed at the reception through call and the response was lethargic and given a carefree attitude too… this hospital is highly not recommended.

This is the hospital where I lost my dad in 2022. He had been admitted there for cough and cold. Under Dr. Vishnu Prabhu's treatment plan my father's blood sugar was going down to concerning levels. When my mother expressed her concern he told her "Not to disturb him" and that his staff will take care. Despite this he continued the treatment with just minor variation instead of looking for alternatives. My dad passed away and nobody from his staff even checked for hours. Since then Dr. Vishnu Prabhu has not even talked to us despite reaching out to him multiple times. This is a poor quality hospital and extremely poor quality doctor. Such doctors are a threat to society. Please stay away from this hospital and especially this doctor.
