Looking for vegetarian hotel which is budget friendly? Try this hotel, it serves all kinds of people. Much affordable for the quantity and quality of the food. They have their own unique spices and masalas in sambar or puli kulambu of the meals served here. It's good for meals, sambar sadham and tiffin items. They have introduced chats recently, haven't tried it because I prefer to try North Indian from other hotels who has that authentic experience. This is purely South Indian and Salem style hotel. Staffs could be more smiling and friendly to have better customer service experience, half of the time the staffs are sad (looks dhukki aatma).

Hi viewers, I went to Salem to ilampillai to purchase the sarries. While coming back to the house.I found a good restaurant at Sarathy Hotel. We all had foods but some foods are not good like mudroom biriyani..We waited more than 30 minutes to get rice. Good place and one time can eat food. Parking can be available in front of hotel. Pls have a visit and try to taste foods from sarathy. Thanks.

Over price and very low quantity of food even when you buy it u can't eat full with satisfaction baaga hotel change or get rid off

The quality of food is very poor. Vegetable dum biriyani tasted like tamarid rice and fried rice is too oily. Both the dishes are vey low in salt. There is no Curd in curd rice. Curd rice is full of water and green chilli. Very expencive.Overall I would rate 2 out of 10.

Food is ok, Hotel servant behaviour was very worst, all are Hindi walas. Not taking order properly

Only thing has to change is server will staring at you, if you didn't pay the tips. They will keep remember the person, staring continue for the next time meet.

Rats 🐀 are running in the delivery pickup area of the kitchen, they need to look into this. Food is good for the cost.

A good quality food with good taste. Prepared by experienced cooks and served with respect and style. The location is strategic and the restaurant is kept clean on the dinning side.

Their coffee is what I love from my childhood. They are one of the best hotels of Salem since so many years. The shop has now lost its old Glory a bit but can be revived and I wish they come back more glorious like the old sarathy we loved in our 90s and early 2000s.

The food was good.. after serving food the servers will vanish. Was looking for them to order few more things but no one came to vicinity.

Small restaurant. Serves typical South Indian food. Idli, Dosa, Paniyaram were good. Seating is basic. Service is ok. Place is clean Probably no washroom. They serve limited items in the evening.

Reasonable cost and food not so tasty and quality

I love the food they provide.. especially the curd rice...I give 5stars to that....Iam eating at this hotel for past 1 month... But the service they provide is not good, the cashier he refused to give parcel bill because of iam not having a change...it's my mistake I didn't carry the change... But I was in a hurry to give the food to my little sister who was hungry...other than the cashier trouble... It's a great hotel with a great 💯 food taste

Worst food taste . Full of salt in all dishes like - chatni , vada , dosa. Most days food is not satisfying/ irritating.

Currently all the food quality and tastes are second grade.Their signature dish of Vadacurry turned out as a Tomato gravy and the Onion Rava turned as Onion dosa.The side dishes like Chatnys,Sambar are ok Hope management and chefs are changed.

Busy area at lunch time. Service needs to improve. We ordered Min meals and Chapati is missing in that, after an enquiry with the supplier they have given back. Its looks like cheating Ur customer. Also ordered a fresh juice for a child and more than 15 minutes it's not delivered to us, so we cancelled the juice order.
