    Sandy is one of the best trainers I have come across, and he’s been training my son for some time now. My son has not only gained strength and improved his fitness significantly, he has also got a mentor in Sandy. Sandy is very adept and skilled in his craft, he is a true professional and is passionate about his work and is always result oriented. He has a unique style of being warm and friendly at the same time enforcing discipline among his students, which works well with today’s generation - keep going Sandy and all the best 👍👍

    I have known Sandy for last 12 years. He has been an excellent Fitness enthusiast. My wife went through his training recently and has improved her fitness immensely. Highly recommended. Sandy has expert level acumen in Fitness Training techniques.

    I have been under Sandys training for last few months. Wanted to regain strength, fitness and stability and he knows what is best and good for your body. Also the yoga sessions. Even during lock down, his videos did exactly the same. If you are looking for a professional trainer,then he is the top one.

    I would recommend this place. The assessment Sandy does before setting the fitness routine is amazing. I train under his assistant but he keeps on checking the updates weekly. I am going there for strengthening and Its been only 2 months and i could feel my back and leg ache almost gone. And the training is one on one. Parking car is the only drawback I could feel.

    The thing which really stood out for me was that he took a detailed assessment before starting my training. He makes the training plan as per the individual’s ability and further enhance the existing ones and develop new ones. I really appreciate the efforts he put in with his clients. And he is super friendly too !

    Sandy Sir has been a wonderful trainer in helping my niece reach good physical strengths for her national and international sporting performances. His one on one approach definitely shows results. Even his YouTube videos on fitness are easy to follow and practice. My family enjoys doing his routines to keep healthy. Thank you Sandy Sir!!

    Fantastic experience..... Mr. Sandy is exceptionally good..... What to say is that he is really talented with his approach to this fitness area. He understands our problems and personalises the training program according to our goals and needs. He has all the knowledge and was able to answer all my questions on the spot. With his guidance i was able to make my body fit and in shape. And even during this COVID pandemic. He guided with his workout videos, which was wonderful and helpful.. I would whole-heartedly recommend him to everyone who is looking for a better fitness routine... Thanks buddy.... 👍👍

    Sandy is one of the best trainer and my daughter has been training with him for 3years. With the systematic training she has improved her strength, power and stability both physically and mentally. Now she is confident as a cricketer and is playing for U 19 Kerala Women this year. Thanks to Sandy for providing her the best.

    My husband I have had a great experience with Dr.Sandy!!! His workouts are fun and do-able while giving us the best results! Once you start your fitness journey under his guidance...you will definitely be motivated to stay with it. He not only motivates you to workout but inspires a change in mindset and lifestyle which is life changing!

    Sandy & me go far back to school days. He was always ahead of the pack when it comes to sports and destined to be one amazing trainer! His youtube videos are timeless and meant for any age group. Little to no equipments are required to perform the workouts. Keep up the Great work! Kudos.
