"Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff. The hotel is located near Padnabaswami Temple (5 minute’s walk). There are several supermarkets in this area as well as restaurants. Unfortunately I could not check in early, If I come to Kerala another time, I like to stay here again."

Important thing you can take a walk to sri padmanabha swami temple from here, the temple is very near to this property. Rooms are spacious, if you need extra mattress they will provide you that. You will get purified drinking water all the time. It is a big house, so you will feel like you are staying in home. While selecting room, go for spacious room which gives you more comfort. It's an average hotel with just a bed and bathroom. No airconditioner in any rooms. It's just 5mins walk to the Sri Ananthapadmanabha swamy temple. It's useful if you are in a transit to visit temple and just to stay for a night.

Only good thing is walkable distance from Temple. Can park only one car within premises AC rooms not available.
