I stayed here for a while and I am sharing my experience for those who are searching for stay nearby. First and foremost the location is very good. You can easily reach railway station, tampanoor bus station (both at the same place) and has access to almost all other famous places by bus and other road transport options. Moreover the place is good for studies too. You can have 2, 3 or 4 sharing rooms. Inmates were the best. And this was the only reason for me to stay here. Food : Initially it was very bad as you can see from previous reviews. Authority didn't care much about it. But with repeated concerns it improved a lot for a while but now it is on it's back path as the experience with the management worsened. Cleanliness: Average. Depends upon the workers as not many workers stay here for a while. Current worker is good but he too is quitting the job after a while. Behavior of the management. This is basically managed by a lady and her husband (who even given 5 stars in the review themselves). You can understand their approach from the previous two comments. I have to add more on their behavior towards their own workers as many quit their job due to various reasons including fake promises about salary before coming here to intense work nature. I suppose you never come across such a management. They don't like suggestions and complaints even when shared with much respect, especially the lady. The husband at least listen to the concerns. Other: No charging ports in individual rooms, but a common one at dining/study room (both same as no separate dining room available). No bed and pillow provided. Anyway the facilities can only be improved by the management as I understand. Reply for the comment from management: They will tell monstrous lies to misguide people in every way. My father went to this place seeking accommodation for my sister who is preparing for her Judicial exam, she want to fully focus of the exam, which she was able to do in the time she spent there, the ambience, food and also the behavior of the people and management was pleasant and more satisfactory

We don't have any plug points inside the room, they only have a common charging point with out any security, that also down stares, we can't close the door because it is the main entrance.

Food quality is very bad.. The behavior of the management is so arrogant. Sometimes you may not get food but you will never get any concession in fees... From my 3 months experience. The only positive thing is that the place is equally accessible from key places like Secretariat and kerala university...

The best ... I was very much comfortable with this place even though it was a short stay for just 2 months. Thanks for the host ...good staffs and management who really cares about guest and inmates. Easy access to public transportation to go anywhere in the city. Will recommend Miracle to my friends and family for sure ! Thanks chetta for good food ...

I had a stint at this PG for a while. I left there by the mid of December. I had actually thought of not giving any feedback/review, as a part of it would turn out to be negative on the management. However, I came across the review by Ameenul Haq, whom I knew when I was there at the pg (and I assure he was more than a gentle man and there is no chance that the claims by the owner are true), and the subsequent response of the 'owner', which eventually prompted me to write this review. Every word of what Ameen wrote are true and precise and every word the owner has written are false. Ameen has also pointed out the positives of the PG, while he has stated its negatives. To cover up your faults through blatant lies and false accusations on individuals is not how one should respond to reviews or feedbacks. Whether it be the complaints by inmates, or from the cooks, it is easy to individually tarnish them by cooking up false stories on them. Now I wouldn't be surprised if they cook up stories on me as well, for this review. Well, for the others to know, me, Ameen or any others who have left the place have much better things in life to do, than writing on some mediocre hostel . And if we have found our time to do, then it has reason. Unless people like us give honest reviews there is no point someone should go on to check the 'Google ratings' of something that they are gonna pay for. So, please have some integrity.

Can't say it's bad. It's ok. No maintenance. Water is bad. Lunch is the only meal you can look forward to. Food is bad compared to the other places that provide better food for cheaper rates.

Very worst experience in my life, even they're not eligible to get one star. Very disgusting food and rooms.I stayed only one month and spend 7000 for a month. Now I am staying one another Pg only for 5000 and getting good food and very cleaned room and the premises. My suggestion is everybody should stay at least one week with this Pg and we can study how a pG should not be.....

Good Management. No time constraints for water & electricity. Very hygienic and peaceful environment . Seperate study rooms in both floors. overall a very secured place especially for ladies.

To the best of my knowledge Miracle is one of the best hostels in Trivandrum city. One of my cousin is staying here and she is very comfortable there.the rooms are very spacious and clean and food is also excellent

I am staying here for the last 7 months. It's a very comfortable place for those who really concentrate on studies. Furnished single rooms available for boys preparing for competitive exams. 24 hrs water and electricity, very hygenic rooms.
