I ordered a Kolhapuri Dosa from here, and it arrived in about 15-20 minutes. The dosa was really tasty but quite spicy. The chutney that came with it was good, but the sambar wasn't as good as expected.

My experience is very similar to all recent reviews. Food is good and since preferred option for South Indian Veg, this is usually very crowded. But overall management is really poor. Last Saturday, it was literally a mess and they totally lost managing the orders. There are many people who asked for refund after waiting for so much time. Its high time Lulu management intervenes to this.

Mysore Masala dosa and Paneer franky dosas were really good. Others were bit cold.

Got two small hair strands in the masala dosa served

Had some onion pakkoda it was good and veg cutlet was okay. But the onion pakkoda serving is so less, 6 small pcs for 40inr. And it was cold also.

Two days ago we went there and ordered Batura with Channa. Battura was ok but quantity of channa was much less. Service at the counter is not good. Still people come there since there are very few pure veg options. Unless they improve the service quality as well as food quality, business will suffer

I've ordered Mini sadya which was not at all mini but rather 1.5 people can eat. It was of good quality too. Ordered from swiggy considering 4+ rating not sure why it's 2.6 here.

I ordered ghee dosa and got masala dosa. If ghee dosa cannot be made they have to tell and instead giving something of their choice. Masala dosa was average. Sambar and chutney was also average. Price is high. Lunch meals 200 but not worth of what was kept in plate. Not recommended.

We ordered meal , food served was stale.. beetroot sabji was old, aviyal was not tasty and also was stale.. rice was about to get bad was sticky.. please don't serve such bad food to people who come to eat something when hungry.. even after taking so.much rate .. don't serve good stuff.

Poor service and mediocre food. Lacks even the basics of a restaurant - no menu, no bills.. Staff is exceptionally rude for a place that adds such high markup.

The wait is too high and they are not at all organised while taking and delivering the order. While billing they said the wait would be just 10 mins and we had to wait 35-40mins to get 2 dosas. They do not even follow the token number order. Food was okay not that great. Every customer had to wait long to get their orders.

The food is tasty but the customer relations is poor. The price of food itself is high and they increase it without increase in food. I observed that customers mostly prefer this spot for healthy veg food but the staff of this food court do not respect the customer and keep increasing cost of food and reucing volume of food served which is cheating and malpractice from their side.

One dosa took solid 25 minutes to be delivered and was soaked in oil. Service is pathetic. If anyone has hours together to waste this is an ideal place. Quite pricey also.

Ordered curdrise today in the morning around 10 am and the staff told me it will be ready at 11.30 am. They told me to wait if I wish until the fresh curdrise will be ready. They called me at 11.00am as if the curdrise was ready, so I took parcel from them and left the Lulu Mall. I ask all people who would eat in this place to be careful with this cheater eatery because they gave me curdrise from other place which was sour and with a little bit bitter taste when I tried it at home. The staff of Ootupura simply bought the 70Rs curdrise from some street vendors and sold to me for 130 Rs. The food was not from usually made curdrise in Ootupura. I am a regular customer of this eatery and today they cheated me to my shocking surprise. I hope some vigilant customers will catch them red-handed when they try to replace their original food when you order with the cheap and tasteless food from the street stalls. Shame on you...May God punish you with your dirty deeds. Amen
