Small Rats were roaming inside the cafe, 🤬😡, really horrible maintenance.

2 fresh Juices ordered and tasted just like water, severely watered down - if you are charging customers international prices atleast have the decency to give pure fresh juice! How much it cost to make 8oz juice? Come on people! Ordered 2x Samosas - both of the somasas were off. Potatoes started smelling bad after the first bite breaking the pastry and we couldn't even eat 😩 a bit. If this is in bus station , this might be different. As an humble advise if you are trading in an international hub, please please have the ethics to provide honest/good food. It is sad to see that travellers dont have many choices and they wont come back for repeat business anytime soon so no one cares about quality?? I cant fault the service , it was pleasant but maybe its thr management issue with settting proper standards and not rotating old stock etc. I didnt ask for a refund or exchange but paid in full. 640 Lift your game please.

Asked for a tea, was given colourless highly milky tea. I was told this is how tea is done in Kerala. Was surprised. The girl who served the tea was visibly annoyed when I requested to make it a bit coloured. Well, no second visit to Pinnacle.

Worst experience. Only 1 variety of food was available from the menu. Food was not hot. Not worth for that huge money. It is basically a bar. Ordered 3 dosai, worst taste. Sambar was served cold. No chutney. Not worth for 250 rupees.
