Worst ever hotel it is. We have booked a property of same owner in main road, then they have told it is already sold out but due to online error it was booked and another guys created another story and told that the building is having plumbing issues and given this hotel instead of that. Breakfast was mentioned in booking but not given in hotel, the staff was very rude, they don't deserve to run a hotel, they are creating no of stories to every customer, AC remote was not given, waste and worst hotel expirence ever in my whole life. As there is no option to give negative for that reason only i am giving one. Never ever choose this hotel by any chance.

It was great stay at The new view hotel inn with affordable money. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The room service is very poor. They don't give you soap, toiletries or even a bottle of drinking water. The charge shown in OYO might not be accurate and I suggest calling the hotel to know the right fare. The rooms are not well cleaned and the towel provided was dirty. The toilet was also unclean. The only good thing is the location of the property.

I definitely recommend you this place. I reached late at night. But even at that time they gave me food from the chairman's house itself. They helped me travel and made my stay an easy one.Thanks a lot THE NEW VIEW INN. Now I got a second home in Trivandrum. Thanks and wish you all the best.

Nice rooms, bathrooms are well cleaned, Beds are well cleaned and hygiene.. Rooms price is affordable Receptionist behaviour is well polite Overall excellent....

Not good room. Worst maintained. No ac or wifi. Photos vs real is extreme.

Rooms and passages are very congested, no parking, tariff is affordable

Plz don't book this oyo hotel before check-in they committed us provide hot water morning they say they don't have hot water facilities so plz don't book this hotel
