One of the best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. There is a huge double height lobby and a waiting area close by along with a small cafe/pastry shop in order for a quick refreshments. High quality rooms, amenities,and high quality service. The building may not look too appealing from the outside but the interior are very good, and we can’t judge this hotel by it’s exterior. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They are eager to help us and are helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel. There are several spaces for small gathering sessions and the the space was allocated in the second floor. It was well spacious and more than enough for almost a hundred people but the ceiling needs some maintenance as it is showing some age. At each floor there is a notable mural or a painting which adds to the warm interiors. The toilets are clean and well maintained and the layout of the toilet is also pretty neat. The mirrors are well cleaned unlike a few specific others which aren’t clean. The lift is one of the fastest I have experienced and the pattern inside the lift is quite interesting. The level markers are well visible and can be ready easily by a senior citizen. The stairs are also spacious and as the main flooring is of a matte texture, it ensures better mobility without being slippery. The rooftop bar is a special highlight as it portrays beautiful cityscape and both day time and night time views offer different scenery. The rooftop bar has a tensile roof which is modern but doesn’t get highlighted. The lighting during the evening is great, providing an overall warm ambience. The food provided is also good nothing too picky or to complaint about. The prices are subjective but the rooftop view and ambience is worth it. The service is excellent with great hospitality mentality as everyone is polite and gentle The parking is a bit of an issue as it may not be able to accommodate every car in a busy day, and they also have valet parking. The private entry for bar is something that is worth mentioning.

Went there for a buffet dinner. The Soup was very nice and hot. There were two starters, ok quality. Both Vegetarian as well as the Non-veg main course were tasty but not hot. We asked them to warm it up. The taste was overall good. There were around 5 items in dessert. The Gulab Jamun was at its best. It was not overly crowded and for that the speed of delivery of naan etc was not that great. Probably a senior/manager's presence would have made a difference. Parking was nice. Ambience was also good. 3 Stars only (probably 3.5) because there is a lot of scope for improvement. Such a small buffet would have costed 500 in Bangalore but here it was 750+Tax.

Great customer service and sufficient seating. Valet and street parking available. I visited the roof top where you get a great view of the whole city. Good array of drinks and starters to enjoy company with friends. Sampled the buffet for dinner. There is a nice spread but the quality can be improved on some dishes. The live kitchen is great for all types of breads and Appam . There is sufficient seating for a big group.

Had seen better days as I had stayed earlier too. But comfy and in a great location. Dinning hall staff have to be better instructed and trained. Cos' everything is there but " the somthing is lacking feel"

Here is my experience from 3 days of stay. Location : 5/5 Food and drinks : 4/5 Rooms and facility : 4/5 Service : 4/5 Rooftop restaurant is the highlight in this place. Lighting during night needs to be improved. The table we sat didn't have proper illumination under it and had to turn on flash in my mob to see the menu! This hotel is located at the prime location in Trivandrum, close to Thampanoor and railway/bus stations are nearby. They have a pool which needs to be maintained as we observed few plastic wastes there in water. Rooms are clean and well maintained by housekeeping staffs. Services offered are also good and receptionists are doing well. They have good set of banquet halls for covering all capacity ranges. They have a decent gym facility covering main equipments. We chose the Grand Utsav Hall of SP Grand Days for our son's birthday party. The hall was spacious and well kempt. The staff especially manager Binu was very well mannered and courteous. The dishes were simply delicious. All the staff were on the toes to help us with the needs. Highly recommending SP Grand Days for all occasions

Attended a party on 03Dec2022. The 4th floor roof top is awesome. Good space and nice ambience. Also the security people are so supportive. They will park the vehicles and it's managed well.

Best place for those who are looking to conduct functions. The staffs were polite and made arrangements which were asked for. The food was served with quality and quantity. Made our day memorable with great ambience. 👍🏻

I was in a farewell function of a colleague in this hotel. Good parking space available. Nice food. Room for the function was made available. Buffet also i saw, was available for others. Reg cost of the food i will update later

Great Great experience. I hosted a small dinner event at the aqua grande and it couldn't have been better. The banquet manager- Mr. Binu ensured that everything was taken care of seamlessly- from the decor to the AV and the food. The service was prompt and the food was very very good.

We visited SP Grand Days only for the buffet lunch at their restaurant on the second floor: we did not stay there. Therefore, my comments are only related to the restaurant, the food available there, their services and general ambience of the dining area / reception. We got there around 2:30pm. We had called in advance to check the restaurant closing time and were told that the buffet lunch would be available till 3pm. They had a good selection of main course items like Chicken Biryani, veg pulao, different veg and non vegetarian curries. For dessert, they had vermicelli payasam, gulab jamun and strawberry ice cream. The usual made to order items like naan are also available. Service was also good. The staff were friendly and approachable. They were happy to answer any of our queries. In addition to the few parking spaces in front of the hotel, the business also has a separate guarded parking lot (bays are not specifically marked) a few metres away. When approaching from the Panavila Junction direction, this parking lot comes first and it's just a few seconds' walk to the hotel. I liked the location of this hotel as it is centrally placed, not far from Thampanoor junction. The reception is nicely maintained and quite impressive. There is a nice seating area and a cake shop selling many varieties of cakes. Overall, a good experience and we're hoping to visit again, maybe even for a stay and not just lunch / dinner.

Excellent Hotel for conducting Official meetings and gatherings. Their service is top notch. Conducted a official meeting there with my clients. The service, the hospitality, the food, everything was excellent. Especially the F&B Service. They served the food on time, taken care of all the people even after their work shift time. 100 % recommended.

I had my sons first birthday party in the hotel. Mr Binu was extremely proficient in his job and played his part extraordinarily well throughout the event. I was a bit skeptical at first about the buffet but everything was done perfectly as told. You will not get such a big hall at an economical price anywhere else in trivandrum. Kudos to the whole team for leaving no loose ends and taking care of every guest who took part. The valet parking staff also need special mention as none complained about any difficulty in parking as well.

They provided the best cuisine. The staff's conduct in this restaurant most impressed me. Furthermore excellent was the help they offered at the parking lot. Without compromising on cleanliness, they have kept the entire building maintained.

We had a get together, food quality poor, chair covers all stained. Most the staff are migrants and they are mechanical. They may be helpless to our complaints. Coin parota, stuffed kulcha were worst eaten so far. Used to be good some years back, now it seems there is no quality control or consistency. Bad experience now though I have visited there atleast 5-6 times before this visit.😔😔🤔

The hotel is placed at the heart of Trivandrum city and this is one of the best class hotel experience I’ve ever had!! The staffs are very friendly and polite. Even during the rush hours they do understand the priorities of the guests. The best part is liked is there’s no pressure on the check out timing, the do ask us for any concerns well in advance and which helps us as well as the concierge to manage the bookings very efficiently.!! Thanks to all the staffs and the hospitality! Looking forward for another great vacation stay with this place ahead.

An excellent star hotel with a good restaurant and banquet halls. Very nice and friendly staff. Management allowed me to stay for two hours more than the check out time. The only problem is that there's no fan in the centrally air-conditioned room (it takes some time to have the room cooled). The thermostat is not working properly and very slow to respond.

Throughout my visit, the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident. The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful, providing valuable local insights and assisting with reservations. The housekeeping staff maintained the room with precision, and the attention to cleanliness was commendable.

Dining food is of very bad quality . We have ordered beef fry and it taste awkward with a foul smell and taste . The waiting period was 45 minutes . I don’t recommend for dine in . For Bar drinking it is okay .

We have conducted our annual day function at Aqua Grand- AB hall, Perfect for all kinds of official meets. Their service is top notch. The service, the hospitality, the food, everything was excellent. Especially the facilities inside the hall and Food Service. They served the hot food on time, taken care of all the people, overall supervision by Mr Binu Mathias, Banquet Manager, was outstanding. 100 % recommended.

They are at the heart of trivandrum city. The buffet is very good. The rooms and services are also hood. I wont recommend valet parking, they are very careless and bumbed my car into another one.

Yesterday, we dined at the rooftop restaurant here. Food was good and somehow we are not able to complete one full Mutton biriyani and a fried rice. So we informed them to give parcel. Today when we saw parcel found a big amount of biriyani rice mutton was taken out by them. So I've called them and informed today. So kindly be sure to check your parcel on that moment and a star hotel should not behave such things to anyone because we are paying a high amount to get decent quality service and food.

This is one of the luxury hotel in Thiruvananthapuram. It is very near to Railway station and with good road connectivity to the Airport. It has good parking facility and it is maintained very well. The room service and the complimentary breakfast provided is very good.

The buffet lunch is good, tasty. Chicken biryani, beef, Kappa and puliserri are a must try. The restaurant needs to have a sign board. The lift opens into a banquet hall. Some private function was on and we thought we were on the wrong floor.

Good place for wedding reception.. Food is ok..Open air terrace has limited space- can accomodate upto 150 ppl at a time without much congestion..

An excellent hotel located in the heart of Trivandrum this establishment has a remarkable ambience. The food matches the said ambience. Rooms are great. Swimming pools on the roof top bordered by a garden adds to the charm. There is space for parking inside the campus but mostly the crowd is too great to accommodate all the vehicles. As always, especially if your program is at night, the road serves as secondary parking.

Clean spacious rooms. Decently maintained though signs of wear and age are visible. However had a good stay. The complimentary breakfast was great with a decent spread. The dinner buffet was also good but was very pricey for the spread offered.

Stayed for one day with family of 15 members. Enjoyed the stay. But hotel needs some improvement, like swimming pool maintanance, and room service to be improved. Their is smoking smell in rooms and corridor. The best part is nice rooms clean bathrooms. They provide with bathtubs.sales manager helped and reception staff was very helpful.consider my review for improvement. Because family stay can be better if smoking in rooms avoided by hotel.management. breakfast was nice and sufficient but limited to South India style food. Overall stay was good but little discomfort with smoke smell. Over all rating 4. Hotel needs some improvements.

We dined at the rooftop restaurant here. The setup and ambience is really great. The food was good, but the beverages especially the cocktails were average ( felt it was a bit diluted, as compared to other places). But really recommend the place for its view and ambience.

Room was clean and well maintained. But my room was in top most floor and above my room was cooling tower with motor and everything. Through out night there was loud noise , like sleeping on top of a lorry engine. It was a major design flaw. They should not rent this room even for FREE. Toilet is tiny with health faucet placed in left hand position. But toilet was clean. Parking is good, and location is also good.

I recently booked a stay at the SP Grand Days hotel on MakeMyTrip and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is huge and super clean, which is always a plus. The rooms were also very tidy and the housekeeping staff were super helpful. We had originally booked a room with a single king bed, but when we arrived, we were given two separate beds. However, the staff quickly fixed the mix-up and joined the beds together for us upon request. One thing we didn't try during our stay was the hotel's restaurants, but from what I heard from the locals, they are apparently quite good. People come from all around just to dine at this hotel, which is a pretty good endorsement if you ask me. One of the best things about this hotel is its location - it's super close to the railway station and the Padmanabhan Swamy temple, which made it super convenient for us. All in all, I'd say this was a pretty solid choice for our stay.

Nice big hotel apartments located in center of Trivandrum city. Being in center of city the rooms are pretty expensive. Located in main road itself with good parking facilities in ground floor. The rooms were pretty big and worth for what is paid. Room service was not up to mark. Guest parking they are nit providing and we have to park car on opposite side of hotel in road

This review is about the rooftop restaurant. It was severely understaffed and the staff was clueless about the service we expected. The ambience was ok, but the food was strictly average. Cocktails were rubbish and mocktails were even worse. Everything about the restaurant called for a two star rating except the price which was five star. Will I go there again? No.

Convenient location. Near Railway station and Bus station. Located on a busy road, near Panavila junction. Parking is a problem. That is the only drawback. Otherwise it is a good place to stay. Good ambience. Nice restaurant. Good breakfast. Daily cleaning of the room and washroom. Staff were helpful. They have a swimming pool and gym.

Used to be a great place for conducting functions even the small ones with limited crowd. The prices were very good for such functions at the beginning of the year. But now, the prices have been raised (there might be reasons for this including rising prices) and sadly the food is also not as good as before. Hope you people can make things as good as before. Or was it just the effort to make through the pandemic?

We went there to have Buffet as a family. They should definitely include more options in the buffet. The food was good but they could've done better with the starters. The whole experience was just okay, they should concentrate on keeping the washrooms cleaner.

This is a review about the hotel in Trivandrum - SP Grand Days, Panavila junction. Stayed there from 29th Dec 22 to 30 Dec 22. Rooms 1001 and 1005. Very pleasant experience altogether. Starting from the security staff (who are normally very rude everywhere else) , to the valet parking staff and the hotel staff, all were very pleasant and cordial and made our stay memorable. After our booking Ms Reena kept me informed at all times and confirmed my reservation promptly. Ms Anju at the reception was extremely cordial at all times. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. Rooms are well kept and bathrooms are also clean.

We had a roof top buffet function to attend and it offered a good view (pool side). The decor and lighting were good. Welcome drink was refreshing and so were the live appam that was offered. The honey tossed cottage cheese salad felt a bit raw,though the main course spread made up for it. We had nutty pulav, coin porotta, paneer butter masala, kappa and some souffle and trifle to top it. Could have had some music. Valet parking was offered.
