Ordered dinner worth almost six hundred rupees this evening. For Manchow soup they gave tomato soup. Both Paneer Methi and Afghani Chicken were of very poor quality. If you don't have proper cook please close it.

Everything was fine, except they took a pretty long time to serve the dishes, we ordered chicken fried rice and eggnoodles. The fried rice was great, and eggnoodles was okayish.... great environment, calm staffs.... over experience was good. Would definitely visit again.

We went this restaurant with total 11 members. Half of us ordered Biriyani & rest other dishes. My wife got a fried cockroch from her plate while finishingvthe meal. We noticed the attender. He collected the plate & was asking for what else they can serve. All of us were disappointed & stopped their meal. Very disappointed.

Sad that there's no option for black stars! Unimaginably irresponsible folks! Kept us waiting in a dungeon for almost two hours of a precious Sunday afternoon before we were told ( that too, on asking the indifferent bearer...the only one) that the items we ordered were unavailable since the chef was on leave!!! Also, they never answered the phone when we tried to call to check the availability of seats. Horrible place! And it was well past lunchtime when we finally got to another restaurant.

Provides a nice soothing ambience. Staff are really nice. If you want to have kind of candle light dinner in middle of a summer day, this is the perfect spot to visit. Food here is slightly on the expensive side. Had veg kothu parotta and chicken hakka noodles, both of which where really spicy. The resto is placed in the heart of TVM city!

This restaurant was our go to place when they started. Happened to visit today for lunch after a long time and man I was disappointed. Starting with dirty menu card itself they have set the tone for what was supposed to come. Parotta was cold, butter chicken lacked consistency and biriyani tasted average. There was water leakage all around and waiter did not bother cleaning it Seats were torn and they are using Zomato stickers for the patchwork. I raised all these to the cashier and his approach lacked sincerity too. I'm assuming the management is done with this place and will soon be shutters for this once amazing place.

Ordered a Mexican alfaham last night and the chicken was uncooked and there were blood near the bones and i tried calling the restaurant immediately but the number on Google doesn't seem like a legitimate one. If you can't meet the normal standards of cooking what's the point. Worst experience.

Am very disappointed. I ordered puttu icecream for my kid and i got a hair from it. I complained it and there is no action from them. They take it as a silly matter. Very bad customer service and bad restaurant.bad experience.

Average food and ok service. Large portion sizes and reasonably priced. Alfaham chicken was good. Rice and chilly chicken was not that great. Parking available along the road side.

The dining place is in the basement. Food was OK. Dining area and wash area lacked overall cleanliness. Spotted cockraoches crawling on the wall in the dining area.

We visited Kings restaurant in Oct 2022 for dinner. The dining area is in the basement and gives a slightly claustrophobic feel. The food menu is quite limited but the service is quick. We tried Al-faham, beef pepper fry and parotta and the food was okay. The service was good, and the place was quiet so would be good to have dinner conversations.

It's a good restaurant in the heart of the city. Nice ambiance. Excellent service by the staff. They have two sections, one in the ground floor and other in the downstairs. Good seating arrangement as well. Food is good and very reasonably priced. Approximate cost for a couple comes around 400. Car parking is a small problem in that area.

Good food but service can be better most of the time staffs are not very attentive. Overall experience was nice except i have to call staff then wait for food to get cold then staff will attend personally this is only except that it was great experience to dine in.

Decent restaurant. The food is reasonably priced and you get a lot in terms of quantity. Service was a little slow and the place was a little off beat when I visited. The food also is average in terms of taste.

Very nice ambience. Good food and good customer service. The good news is that they are serving putti icecream for just 100/- and it's worth it. Also Al Fahams are juicy and really tasty. Their beef fry items are also too good.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to inform you of a concerning issue that I experienced at your restaurant. I recently visited your establishment for dinner and was overall pleased with the food. However, I was disappointed by two issues that I encountered. Firstly, there was an extremely strong smell in the downstairs area of the restaurant. Secondly, there were a lot of fleas present in the upper floor. These two issues combined created an unpleasant experience for me, and I believe it is important for the management team to be aware of them. I recommend that you conduct a thorough inspection of the premises and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I hope that these issues are addressed swiftly, as I would love to be able to return to your restaurant in the future.

First of all their ambience needs an upliftment. The water seems to be draining through the walls and spread all over the floor. We had a mixed fried rice which was awful the beef seems to be raw and tasted bland. Except some beef and shredded chicken mixed fried rice didn't had any other ingredients.

We really love this restaurant. Missed it lot when it was closed before, for a year. Dessert items are mouthwatering and too good. Great quantity and affordable prices.

Food was not that much good and it's not worth for the price we are paying. Service was neat and polite. Atmosphere also nice. But the food was not that great and disappointing. Not recommending Hydrabadi biriyani the Masala flavours - (pudhina) were too strong. You can try their other dishes

4 stars for the food and no stars for the service. We asked the counter if we would get the shaway within half an hour. They said only 20 minutes were needed and suddenly one guy with a beard came and told us that only 15 minutes wait time is needed so we waited and waited... After half an hour he told us the food was ready but it wasn't.... We had to return to our office so we told them to refund the cash which they refuse . The guy with the beard again came to us and said food is ready only 2 more porotta left to make.... Then he just vanished. No one at the counter also. We had to wait for another 20 minutes to get the food. Utterly disappointed with their service. The food was good though. Please improve your customer service
