Hotel Manager is having very rude behaviour and unprofessional attitude. Room looks dark. Bathroom is not very clean. Pot seat not comfortable. Hand shower is broken.no hot water. Even No proper sitting comfort in the lobby area. Only location is good. Apart from this nothing is recommended for stay here.

A clean but antique looking place to stay. Free breakfast included & food was not bad. Room rate could have been cheaper but wasn't too over-priced. Also the area is not very crowded. A good non-veg restaurant is nearby. Rooms are clean & tea/coffee is complimentary. TVs are too small but can get good tv channels. Not a problem though.

I stayed at this hotel for a night .The experience was horrible 1. Check in at 2pm, the bath room was not cleaned,i was able see used toiletries. ( Soaps and shampoos) 2.During the check in I asked for an iron box at reception and I have given the 4 reminder calls for the same. Finally they provided at 4.15 ( after 2hrs). which was not in a working condition. 3.At the breakfast counter the wash basin was blocked . The Staff came and cleaned the wash basin with his hands, the unbearable thing was the same person served food. I will never suggest this hotel to any one.

The surrounding grounds are gorgeous, and the house really does live up to its heritage title. This place is great for its price and offers different oil massages too! The staff were very helpful and welcoming and in the winter.months our room was pleasantly cool. The only issues were thinness of the doors/walls (we could hear everything the in hall and front desk area such as talking and the phone ringing), and the other pair we were travelling with found a bug in their shower. Our shower was clean so it might have been a fluke.

Good reception. Neat and clean surroundings. Heritage rooms are very tall and spacious with a Royal and at the same time homely feel. While standard rooms are a bit smaller but looks good as well. Furniture and interiors look antique. Rooms are well airconditioned. Bed is decent not too soft. Toilet is decent but not outstanding.

Nice and quite place... very good ambiance and staffs are very cooperative. Also they are providing a nice breakfast... The only remark which i felt was- The rooms needs little more cleanliness because when i checked in the smell inside the room was not good may be because of the water/mop used for cleaning the room was not changed for long time... Overall the room and stay was really Enjoyable....

I stayed in the Royal heritage hotel during my visit to Trivandrum two weeks back. The experience is too good. Simply exceeds the expectations. Very calm , pleasant environment and the hospitality offered by the hotel management is excellent. Complimentary break fast was very nice and hot too. Really felt I was not away from my home. The management kept the hotel neat and clean . Rooms attached with independent geysers so that 24 Hours hot water available for bathing. I made my booking through Clear trip and there was no confusion any where. Big thanks to management and staff who are putting their maximum efforts in customer satisfaction.

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay in this once a kings small palace for his wife. The owner and the staff were friendly and helpful. South Indian breakfast was served each morning. Partiba, on day shift duty, was particularly helpful in guiding us to all the tourist attractions.Basic but clean..

Fantastic and mind blowing traditional ambiance. Both mind & soul got relaxed after the full body massage. i came here just for a body massage as reffered by one of my friend and i has left the resort after booking a 14 days Ayurveda rejuvination package. Experienced consultation with good treatment made help me to reach the peak of satisfaction. All the very best team... Keep going well.....👍👍👌👌

While doing the chekins we told the manager that the rooms are not same as dispalyed in the images in agoda website. He told we dont give those rooms people staying one night as their internal policy which differs from the booking site. The bed provided in the room is quite a piece of junk as it makes lots of noise even you just touch it. Expected a better experience but dissapointed with the amenities provided.
