Went
for
dinner
buffet.
Review
limited
to
my
buffet
experience.
Pros:
1.
Ambience
is
top
notch.
The
pool
and
the
lavish
space
around
it
looks
posh.
2.
Staffs
are
super
friendly.
So
thankful
they
managed
my
6
month
old
son
for
an
hour.
3.
Dinner
at
850
bucks
in
a
4
star
property
is
damn
value
for
money.
Cons:
It's
just
the
food.
They
serve
beef
as
starter
and
2
other
non-veg
for
main
course.
Out
of
the
two,
one
is
fish
curry
that
goes
with
Kappa
and
rice
(may
be
a
dinner
stuff
in
villages,
not
in
town),
and
the
second
is
chicken
curry
(with
some
fancy
name
tied
to
it,
the
name
is
a
misnomer).
When
you
keep
fried
rice
and
noodles,
shouldn't
there
be
at
least
1
Chinese
dish.
At
least
a
chilly
chicken.
Welcome
drink
-
It's
a
mint
lime.
Sadly,
they
serve
in
a
tea
glass,
max
150
ml.
And
it's
not
enough.
Soup
-
Veg
soup
is
rasam
(
rasam
cannot
be
a
soup
)
and
non-veg
soup
is
a
never
hear
of,
hard
to
pronounce
misnomer.
Simply
put,
it's
a
stew
as
I
could
get
pieces
of
potato
and
the
stalk
having
stew
flavours.
Desserts
-
They
said
there
will
be
7
desserts.
While
they
did
have
7,
some
of
them
are
laddu,
Mysore
Pak,
a
mousse
and
2
insipid
cakes.
The
actual
dessert
was
just
vanilla
ice-cream
and
fruit
cuts.
My
suggestion
to
management:
1.
Writing
this
extensively
because
I
was
giving
treat
to
my
relatives,
and
I
will
never
have
the
confidence
to
treat
anyone
here.
2.
Few
good
dishes
are
better
than
too
many
average
dishes.
There
is
an
unwanted
focus
on
increasing
the
number
of
dishes,
with
most
of
them
being
below
average.
What
you
should
do
is
reduce
the
number
of
dishes,
but
give
only
good
ones.
3.
First
impression
really
matters.
A
refreshing
welcome
drink
and
a
top
notch
soup
would
give
a
great
start
to
the
dining
experience.
4.
Anyone
spending
850
bucks
wouldn't
mind
spending
another
100
bucks.
Charge
extra,
but
give
quality
food.
