    The managers of chirag has treated very badly, he was treating like we are coming to stay on his cost. The other staff are very good. But manager is very rood when I try to film him he through my phone and act like street guy. Very very poor treatment. I am posting video too you can understand. How bad this hotel treats...

    Went for Onam sadya(lunch) and it was the worst experience for the whole crowd. It was a overall scam charging around 500rs per sadya and they ruined the whole lunch and the whole group who paid for lunch regretted for having lunch here. Very poor quality food and top worst service. They didn't serve most of the food and we have to keep asking for any serving. Ruined not just our onam but also the whole group who started to complain and yell at the management after food. Expected some standards from these places based on cost but just fell for their fraud events. Never going to visit this place again.

    Dear ladies, Dont ever choose this hotel, if you are on your period. You may have to pay extra cash and also they will embarrass you as well. The way they are convincing us to make the payment is ridiculous. Seems they never wash the linen sheets. As per the reception lady, If you pay 500 for each drop of blood, the blood stain will disappear 🫠 So, this hotel is not for ladies, or whoever travels with their family. People are building Vanitha Mathil and all to uphold gender equality and gender discrimination and some people are still living in caves. Check out process is also very special- they want us to wait in the lobby until they check the room and confirm that all their furniture is still there or have we stolen their beds and cupboards !!!!!! Very much insulting and the behaviour is utmost unbearable. NB: people who made this kind of rules to note, these are very natural things and it can happen anytime, its not something we can avoid. That doesn’t mean you can slaughter one’s reputation and ruin their day ahead. Not every time the customer can be right, and not every time you are right too, but this situation you could have handled in a much better way.

    I conducted my sons 2nd birthday at the restaurant It was a good service and ambiance was good The staffs were good and co operative We conducted the birthday party for around 30people The food was good for the rate they provide Only issue was for the very less car parking area since it was in the middle of the main city For a small party and get together it's quite nice place to choose 😍

    Non co-operative staff and very rude behaviour to costomers. I booked this property for two days through goibibo since in many review and Q&A it is stated that they allows 24hr checkin. But when i reached here at 7am, they denied checkin because of online booking even i am willing to pay for early checkin and the person in reception said for online booking they will allow checkin only after 12 PM. Very disappointing is at the time they had vacant room and they are ready to give if i cancell online booking and pay their normal amount which is 2500/- per day. I don't know why this people accepting online order if they can't co-operate with a costomer at all. Don't believe in the reviews in goibibo and google map, if you are looking for early checkin or 24hr checkin.

    This hotel is very safe for women travellers ( solo or group) will be my first remark. It's best option for families too. As it's in the main road , right opposite to old Secreteriet building, there is direct access to auto, bus service . The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Rooms were also good. Over all it was an excellent stay

    Great experience.The staffs are very helpful. We reached at 12.30 night. Specially the reception boy helped a lot in confirmation of our booking. The room was good and very comfortable. It was neat and clean. The room service was fantastic.

    need to improve on complementary amenities which availed at room, won't considered the no of guest but all as single occupancy. Room never had bedside charges supporting lap/mobile, so ask and confirm prior to check in . All other hotels provided with invoices on check out for online booking, but they denied. Location of property is plus point. Food was good. Reception to service team , all cooperated well. 1 room service guy was chewing filthy smelling pan or something, which felt awkward at there.

    It was an osm experience staying here. Rooms were neat. Staff were so helpful. Especially dani who was helping me even at 2am night for AC issue. It was two to three times issue was there at same time. But he was polite and humble to help me. He was ready to help at any time. At Receptionist both night and day shift were also helpful. Only thing is breakfast. Please do work on the menu and quality of it.

    The experience was awesome. Well maintained property. one of the finest in trivandrum. The buffet breakfast was fantastic as well. The hotel staff was very supportive and welcoming.

    Excellent hotel. Great service. The room was very spacious, clean and had the amenities we needed. The location is great, very near to Central Train station, bus station and airport. I would recommend to my friends , family and acquaintance.

    It was great stay. For official visit it's location is very good. Expected Room size was little more. However, behavior of the employees are very good. Breakfast item must increase in number. Thank you and overall good stay in Chirag hotel

    Comfy and clean rooms. Staffs were helpful and polite. The only reason for 4 stars is that outside food is not allowed and the restaurant food is expensive and lacking fast food options.

    I had recently stayed with my family . Rooms is small. Bed is also small for a family with a child. Bathroom was not that good. The basic things like toothkit was given only for a single person. The food that we had was the worst. We paid 1k for such a worst food. Morning complimentary breakfast was also not upto the level of a 3 start hotel. Staff where ok.

    The rooms were clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was simple with just 2 items - but they were tasty and good. Highly recommeded to stay with family. For tamil people , the next building is a tamilnadu style restaurent which is too good.

    Please do not book rooms in this hotel. What is said at the time of booking will be changed at the time of check in. Very small rooms.. High rate. Staff behavior is very bad. Not hygienic. Receptionist don't even know how to treat customers..behave like giving us their rooms for free..complimentary break fast is very bad..cake like stone.. There is only one thing more than other hotels here... that is room rent.. At least 1 star should be given, so 1 star is given.

    Bad experience because i have given car keys to security for park the vehicle but he hit the car and not informed me. After sometime i took the car and went out then only i found car was hit. Then I call the manager of the hotel but the response was too poor and he supported his security person and advice me to check car everytime around for any damages. So my advice not to stay in this hotel.

    One of the worst hotel ever seen in mylife. Me professionaly a doctor i used to vist so many place and used to stay hotel. But your under rated female receptionist have no manners for talking to customers. Plz take more educated and more moral and good behavouring female staf atleast at the front office. They dont ready to give the room with valuble id proff ( aadhar) at with already paid the money. How can this would possible. I should complain to the consumer court for valueing my money i had paid their. So i have this type of experience of not giving room their. Plz responsible hotel mangement even check to behave more valuble educated female staf on front office. Thankyou

    Good rooms and nice location. However customer service needs improvement. Complimentary breakfast can improve and flexibility of check in and out can be better. Overall a decent budget hotel.

    Small room, small wash basin inside toilet. Beware of Mosquitoes... Breakfast was over by 9 45 am. The location is very good in the city. Ok for a nights stay, overall cleanliness is ok.

    Recently I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and it’s not even worth a 3 star hotel, as soon as I walked it I could feel the judgement looks I been getting from the staff, also felt like walking into a third world country, they was constant power outages, ac didn’t work, I couldn’t have clients for my business meeting. One of the worst experiences in my life, the judgement u receive from the security to the manager , it is very pathetic

    I’ve been travelling for my job for about 6 years now, this is one of the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Here are the reasons for why I say so: The hotel staff is very unprofessional and rude. Mainly the receptionist who was on duty at night. I reached late at night I was extremely tired. The receptionist insisted I pay 50 % of hotel fee in advance or full which was not mentioned while I book the hotel. On top of that, he argued with me and kept insisting I pay in advance. After coming to an agreement for one day in advance it took him more than 20 mins to check me in. The bathroom sink kept clogging up. While I get that the hotel is old, they should at least check the drainage before a new person checks in. I gave only 1 piece of my clothing for laundry they returned it after 1 day but when I checked it was still unwashed. When I confronted the staff they did not deny that it wasn’t washed.since it was going to be my last day I didn’t return it to be wash. However they have added the billing for it which I confronted the receptionist about. This is the same receptionist that I mentioned before. Apparently once it is reported to the receptionist is set and stone. And the invoice cannot be changed at all even if they didn’t provide that service. When I mentioned that I won’t pay for that, I was rudely told by the receptionist that he will pay out of his own pocket and even when I was trying to explain he kept on mumbling under his breath. I am not sure what their company policy is but I have seen the receptionist are generally not made to pay for staff mistake in most companies. So if you’re planning to book this hotel, please DO NOT!
