I’ve
been
travelling
for
my
job
for
about
6
years
now,
this
is
one
of
the
worst
hotel
I’ve
stayed
at.
Here
are
the
reasons
for
why
I
say
so:
The
hotel
staff
is
very
unprofessional
and
rude.
Mainly
the
receptionist
who
was
on
duty
at
night.
I
reached
late
at
night
I
was
extremely
tired.
The
receptionist
insisted
I
pay
50
%
of
hotel
fee
in
advance
or
full
which
was
not
mentioned
while
I
book
the
hotel.
On
top
of
that,
he
argued
with
me
and
kept
insisting
I
pay
in
advance.
After
coming
to
an
agreement
for
one
day
in
advance
it
took
him
more
than
20
mins
to
check
me
in.
The
bathroom
sink
kept
clogging
up.
While
I
get
that
the
hotel
is
old,
they
should
at
least
check
the
drainage
before
a
new
person
checks
in.
I
gave
only
1
piece
of
my
clothing
for
laundry
they
returned
it
after
1
day
but
when
I
checked
it
was
still
unwashed.
When
I
confronted
the
staff
they
did
not
deny
that
it
wasn’t
washed.since
it
was
going
to
be
my
last
day
I
didn’t
return
it
to
be
wash.
However
they
have
added
the
billing
for
it
which
I
confronted
the
receptionist
about.
This
is
the
same
receptionist
that
I
mentioned
before.
Apparently
once
it
is
reported
to
the
receptionist
is
set
and
stone.
And
the
invoice
cannot
be
changed
at
all
even
if
they
didn’t
provide
that
service.
When
I
mentioned
that
I
won’t
pay
for
that,
I
was
rudely
told
by
the
receptionist
that
he
will
pay
out
of
his
own
pocket
and
even
when
I
was
trying
to
explain
he
kept
on
mumbling
under
his
breath.
I
am
not
sure
what
their
company
policy
is
but
I
have
seen
the
receptionist
are
generally
not
made
to
pay
for
staff
mistake
in
most
companies.
So
if
you’re
planning
to
book
this
hotel,
please
DO
NOT!
