I will highly recommend this homestay. The owner is very nice and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's a kitchen too. The road leading to this homestay is very narrow. So be careful there. Car parking is also available. Overall it was a nice experience and I would like to thank the owner. Will be my default choice for future visits to the city.

The place is average and not too good. But the hospitality u receive is worth more than a room. The people here are kind enough and would guide thru anything for you. I'm a first time visitor to Kerala and I don't know any place here. The owner was kind enough to guide me to the homestay for each and every query regarding the places. The place is cheaper than many other places. Also it's of very decent. The bus stop and some good hotels are nearby. We can even order thru zomato and Uber eats. They provide fast delivery. Overall a very good experience for me.

This is old property but maintained nicely. A banana plantation in the backyard will you you a feel of staying in a village despite you are in the heart of th e Tiruvanntapuram/ Trivandrum city. The property owners are very friendly and hospitality is good. You can use the kitchen and can prepare your own delicious food. However, I didn't because I don't know cooking and travelling as a solo traveller. It is a good budget stay too.

Owner was very kind person and he is super friendly. This place needs some improvement. Room is very small and too hot. This place is very much like home, so it will be good for people who visit from near by cities for any personal work but not very good option for tourists.

It was really great place and the owner Mr. Manaf is a very helpful and kind person who treats you like a family member. Completely safe for women in our experience. I stayed with my family for hospital need and the owner has helped us in the emergency situation for travel and food.
