Worst Hotel in Trivandrum This is one of the worst hotel I ever stayed in Trivandrum. Price is too much for the service they offer. Room is not at all good. Bathroom is not being cleaned for weeks I think. The Toilet chair top is in broken state. Though I complained to replace it, no action from the staff. No towel, no blanket, no other normal supplies given by hotel, though they taking a high room tariff. So better don't book a room in this hotel

It's a worse experience. Not worth the money. They do not provide proper drinking water. Room service is also very worst.

Very Bad experience. I hope this review help people to clear away from the hotel even by accident while travelling to TVM. The rooms are old and without any maintenance , bathroom fittings are broke and cockroaches rule the entire building. The staff doesn’t mind as they are selling of rooms to local people for alcohol parties and doesn’t care about travelling guests who booked the room. Despite all this they will ask for a hefty 900 Rs rent and will add additional 300-400 Rs for every extra hour, after the first 24 hours, which they will forcibly make you pay when you ask questions. We saw a old lady sitting on the front desk and thought that we will adjust about the cockroaches and other shortcomings but they were adamant for their one extra hour they say we took, such pity people!!

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. Booked a room for 3 online and when we arrived, the guy gives us room for 2 saying that the amount that I booked on, was the amount of 2 people. After arguing, we finally got an extra bed. Bed was dusty with stains on sheet. Saw atleast 2 lizards outside my room. Mosquitoes were there. Tv not working. Room service was literally the worst. No shower for warm water. This hotel may look good from the outside but was just as disgusting on the inside.

I went there because there agents are roaming on the roads. Staff is friendly and well behaved. Rooms are not up to the mark. Service is not good. Price is also little bit at higher side. Rooms should be renovated. Not recommended. Rlin rooms there are so many mosquitoes. Water tap is leaking.

I wish i could give it zero star, first of all the hotel is a scam.the receptionist gives false checkout.apart from that the room and services they provide is the worst. Room is filled with bad smell and insects.lift and air condition is for namesake . Wil never ever be coming back here tottaly regret it.

The bathroom is very small. I never see this sort of a small bathroom for a hotel room. It's just 1meter size I think. Electricity complaint too

I'll never recommend u to go to this hotel better spend the night at platform atleast you'll save your money. Hotel staff is so rude, we were three persons having a room, there was only one double bed and they said to arrange an extra bed for 3rd person even they charged for that.But after the booking their behaviour was totally changed.We went in the room and when we asked for the extra bed they provided us a mat and a pillow instead of bed and when I asked to the staff who came in the room to give us that mat and pillow about the bed for that I had been paid, his behaviour was so rude,he was talking so roughly and ready to fight. They doesn't even provide a water bottle if u ask for that u have to pay for that. Room was also not very good. Water was leaking from the tap in bathroom . I just want to say if you don't provide any service to the customer then you should not charge for that. In last, I would say I have been stayed in many hotels and this was my worst experience. I have shared my personal experience but still if wanna go to this hotel then it's your choice. Go for it!! 👍

To Much mosquitoes in Room in staff to much confusion and morning Receptionist didn't have any type of hospitality for few staff conversation confusion he like to fight he used again and again Hindi person this is happening in my life first time this type of hospitality I suggest to owner care this type of happening in your hotel you naver growup

The room which is given for us was very untidy.The door handle was broken.Bedsheet was very dirty.And the most disgusting thing is the bathroom.Bathroom was not clean and the pipes were leaking and covered with rust.

We can adjust in this place for one day. Rooms are not so neat and clean.

Not a good place, management is so weak, untidy rooms, also water they give for guests is so dirty.. Never prefer unless last choice

Staff behaviour was very bad . AC is not working.. no towel, soap etc.. no blanket and informed the staff.. very bad experience with high price

Am not sure about rooms i just visited here for a meeting.. You should keep eye on road side.. there is just a smaal light board to identify.. Need to enter through a side road.. And also one of the fan on conference hall was not working.. It's hard to keep more time out there Eventhough fans are there the air circulation is too low so it make feel little irritation for long time meeting

Not hygienic, Bathroom not cleaned properly even though booked one day prior, tv is not working, Bedsheet and pillow cover was not washed properly, No soap or soap rack in washroom. Will never book again

Stay at this hotel was satisfactory. Main positive is it's close to both Trivandrum Central Railway Station and KSRTC bus stand. Hotel staff were very friendly. Main drawbacks are the lack of flush in bathroom and they don't provide blanket, bath soaps. Overall a satisfactory stay with the minimum amenities.
