The restaurant is perfectly OK. Food was tasty. Single star rating is given for the staff service and hygiene. We are giving money for your valuable service. The cashier is not properly conversing with the customers. The management may educate the staff that the customers should not be ill treated and consider them as a backbone of your business.

Restaurant is good for vegetarian folk's, they have wide variety of dishes available. Can't say extraordinary or excellent. Its normal or average. But place is clean(when I visited ). Service was also good. Seating area is not big to cater larger crowd. This restaurant is located in a prime locality of capital city. Very close to both bus terminal and railway station. Also long route bus operators also very close by. The highlight is there parking. Understanding city's limitations on parking facilities, they y took initiative to cater customer parking nerds, they could arrange automated parking facility in a small area which. This is really helpful.

Excellent hotel with great quality vegetarian restaurant. Varieties of food, taste, quality, hygiene, care, courtesy, are all the one of the best. Very limited car parking that too on the road side is the only limitation. Their South Indian thaali or full meals is the one every vegetarian food loving souls should really try. Very near to and in walkable distance from central railway station and bus stand too. Great food, nice location!

The first floor ambience is a good one compared to the ground floor. What a difference.. The food is great and meets your cravings of having a typical Tamilnadu veg breakfast. Priced economical compared to the TN joints and so does the portion also. Great dining experience.. Would highly recommend one to have a meal here..πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

My review is for their vegetarian restaurant. I had breakfast there. Ground floor (non-AC) was quite crowded and I was directed to their AC section upstairs. Many tables were available there. AC section was very clean including the wash area. Service was good and food was delicious. It was expensive compared to other vegetarian restaurants nearby, but the price was worth it considering the ambience, service, hygiene and quality of the food. Overall a nice place to start your day.

Top veg fine dining restaurant in Thiruvananthapuram. It's near the Thiruvananthapuram Central railway station. The ground floor is non-AC and 1st floor is AC dining hall. Food is incredibly tasty. Prices are slightly on the higher side but absolutely worth it, considering the hygiene and taste. The staff are courteous. Very nice experience indeed! Highly recommended.

Their reception staff behaviour is poor. They don’t allow late check out for even 2 hrs even if you check in by 12 midnight instead of 12 noon. They flatly refused on phone on the request.I had been staying in this hotel regularly every month some years back. But that time the behaviour used to be good. They are also not accepting direct bookings on phone

I gave them a 1 star only for one reason. I was just passing by and someone recommended this restaurant to me for vegetarian food. However upon sitting and asking the server a basic question like what is included in this particular dish the server says he does not know and only the person who prepares the dish knows it. I understand that you're only serving food but for me you're the person whom I will ask any questions regarding the food I would be ordering. The attitude of the person was like this is what it is and if you don't like it you can go and that's exactly what we did. 0 star for customer service

stayed here for 3 nights. affordable, convenient and has an amazing restaurant on site on ground floor. I recommend for families and single travelers . The housekeeping and cleaner bedding sheets would be something I would suggest that travelers demand from the hotel staff front office to attend to frequently given the humid weather conditions in India

Nothing to mention about food. It's simply the best. Rs. 28 for a vada can give you the idea of rest of menu items, but the curry servings and dishes are endless and awesome. Cleanliness is maintained. Service is quick and very attentive. Now the one and only negative is the parking difficulty. Rest, all is the best!!!

This is about the veg restaurant on the ground floor. First time I had food from here in 2000. 22 years back. When I was working in this city. Now I am in Kochi. Whenever I am here again I will try to have food from here. Great veg food. Quality and quantity both are good. I really like their service. Keep going team. Recommending.

We had vadas, coffee and lime juice(I didn't like the juice as I've tasted much better lime juice) and it was okay but the rates are very high. I was really disappointed with the price. So if you're looking for a reasonable rate restaurant THIS should never be in the list.

One of the best vegetarian restaurants in the city. You have a good variety of South Indian food. The dosai varieties are all very tasty. We get some Chinese vegetarian food as well and it tastes really good. They have a multi level car park lift that resolved the parking problem that was there before. If you want to have a great South Indian dinner then this is the go to restaurant in Thiruvananthapuram.

Came for dine in at 9.30pm. Food was very much below average. Schezuan fried rice which we ordered was stale. And the price was on the higher side as well. Not at all worth ur money. As the restauarant closes at 10pm, we had to hurry finishing off the food. Multilevel car parking is an advantage though.

The restaurant looks neat and the service is ok too. Though food lacks authenticity, it is good. This is one of the restaurants that maintains quality. But prices are bit on the higher side.

I came to the restaurant for food. The service was really bad.The cashier spoke in a harsh manner with no manners. When I contacted reception people they were not ready to the number of the owner or even the general manager. Really arrogant service from the staff. Review says one of the best hotels in trivandrum. They don't even ACCEPT ONLINE PAYMENT

The restaurant offers excellent pure vegetarian dishes, though it leans towards the expensive side. The quality of the food, however, justifies the cost for those seeking a premium dining experience.

Wonderful restaurant. Very clean (not just by Indian standards, but by American standards). Great food, good service. Greatest food experience I had in Trivandrum.

This was earlier one of the best restaurant in Thiruvananthapuram, but surprisingly, the quality has been downgraded to a great extent. Even the staffs are with so much attitude they recommend food that is easy for them to sell. Food is also extremely spicy and quality is not at all as per the Arya Nivas Standard.

Very nice vegetarian Rrestaurant right next to the Trivandrum Central Railway station. The prices are bit on the higher side, but is worth the amount paid. The staff are also very cordial. They have an advanced 6 storey car parking system right next to the restaurant, which can accommodate around 40 cars!

(Review is for the restaurant) Nice food, quick service and great prime location, walkable from Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway station. Amazing to see a very futuristic parking solution installed here, thus solving a big problem this place had.

The best vegetarian restaurant in the city. Has ample parking, thanks to a multi level parking system installed recently. The waiters are very courteous, who take care to make you feel at home while ensuring that food is delivered piping hot. Pongal for breakfast, with the accompaniment of crispy vadas is excellent. Their combo breakfast with a little of everything is a vegetarian's delight, it however takes more than one to polish off the offering. The restaurant follows good standards of cleanliness and hygiene!

The worst customer service standards was experienced. Today I had guest with me so went to the property for having lunch. The management has come up with an ingenious idea of putting up a Multi level car parking so went to park my car where I was told that it is under maintenance so big cars cannot be parked. I asked for options and was told I can park anywhere as that is not his problem. Somehow managed to find a parking in front of the hotel went in to the non AC restaurant as my guest wished so. When i went to get coupons for lunch I was told that Google pay is not available, only cards are accepted. The way the cashier presented this was in a very arrogant manner as if we are disturbing him. I asked for the manager in charge he said to go and speak to the hotel counter. Even they refused to give the manager number. If any one looks for a fairly descent customer service PLEASE DO NOT VISIT this property as their customer service standards as very very poor. These are the guys who conveys that customer is a nuisance to them.

Very poor service. Booked the room for one day. No coffee or tea packets in the room. Was informed that the kettle was for drinking hot water. The room had no information re reception room service etc. Had to trot off to the front desk to find this information. The Tv was not working properly or if we're, no information on how to work the two remotes. Room rent is high and hence you would expect few of the basic conveniences. Will not visit unless on duress.

One of the best premium veg restaurants in thampanoor area. Been available for the past 10-15 years to my knowledge and consistently maintained the quality of food and the service. Little on the higher side in terms of pricing but worth the experience and taste. Recommended restaurant πŸ‘

No parking available. We have to park on the road, traffic police will fine us. No room service. Even to take a cup of tea, you have to come down. Rooms are clean & tidy. But washroom is very much cramped. Cleanliness is well maintained. Walkable from Bus stand & Rly station. For the type of room & amenities slightly over priced.

Very good hotel. Recently renovated. Central AC is quite effective for Trivandrum summer. Bathroom is nicely done with a Good shower and a western toilet. They don't provide buckets unless you ask for it. Fresh towels and soap were provided. 2 Bottles of drinking water was provided. LCD TV was there but the cable TV programs were bad. Only some free channels can be viewed. No rooms service available due to staff shortage post Covid reopening. Location is excellent. 2 minute Walking from station. Restaurants were good. Tasty food were provided.

Best place for Vegetarian food in Trivandrum. It was pocket friendly but now the prices have up a bit now. Although it's still affordable and enough value for money

Rooms are good but no service to rooms, when asked about this, person sitting in cash told me that I can vacate the room if not interested. Not ready to hear any feedback or suggestions. Only advantage is bus stand and railway station is on walkable distance

The food here is vegetarian but the preparations are to die for. Best quality food available in the city. The only issue for dining in, is that there is no parking available considering the location, next to the railway station.

My favorite vegetarian restaurant in Trivandrum city. This statement has been true for decades. That’s enough said but I can’t spare the details. This is one of those rare places with an extensive menu but maintain a high standard of flavors and textures in every dish. It’s almost impossible to go wrong with your order no matter what you choose. Staff are very down to earth, courteous and always have a welcoming smile.

No words....! I don't know how they maintain it. I eat out a lot. Last month alone I had Lunch from here at least 10 times. The factor that amuses me is that, not even a single time, their quality went down. Everytime it was more than what I expected. They have the Hydraulic car lift system for parking and can hold more than 35 cars at a time. Most of the times I have visited, the dining areas were almost full. Only once I had to wait for a few mins. The only thing that bothers me here is the token system for lunch. Most of the times I forget about it, go sits at a place, and then have to go back to get the token.

Good food. One of the very few vegetarian restaurants in Trivandrum providing decent grub. But parking and seating is a task during peak hours due to the crowd.

Best place for South Indian vegetarian food in Trivandrum in terms of quality, service and hygiene . Non AC restaurant located in ground floor is usually crowded but the price is cheaper than AC restaurant at first and second floor. For better ambiance and AC dining experience, the First floor AC dining hall is better choice which you won’t regret. Staff are courteous and very professional.

I have been a regular visitor to the vegetarian restaurant in this Hotel for more than 25 years. They have a reasonable South Indian and North Indian vegetarian spread, which is served in very hygienic conditions and are reasonably priced. The ambience in the AC Restaurant is good, but it's quite crowded during lunch and dinner time.

Forgot to take a pic before eating because i could smell the amazing flavor. Nothing different than your average pure veg restaurant but if you want a nice indoor ambience for your breakfast and lunch then this is the place for you. Their iced tea is amazing, especially if you try it after a hot summer day.

I booked an AC deluxe executive room via MakeMyTrip. AC was not working at all for most of the 1 day stay Despite multiple complaints they couldn't fix it. I also asked to be moved to a non AC room at least with a fan. This also they could not help. The fan on ac was also not working.customer service is poor. Only advantage of this place is the closeness to all attractions. If you stay here you are better off booking a non AC room. I don't recommend this for AC rooms.

Fantastic place to have authentic South Indian breakfast. Amazing. Can't ask for a better one. Pocket friendly place and delicious South Indian cuisine. This place offered us best breakfast during our Kerala trip. Went their twice. Highly recommended. Tip: try to be there before 10:30 types. Else Meal menu (Lunch) will start and you'll milk out the breakfast specific items.

Just opened Restaurant-only 15 days before my visit date. Though they did not have a good spread ...whatever was available was Excellent and Service and Ambience very nice. Close to TVM Railway station. They are planning to expand the Menu. Will recommend for Vegetarians.

The non AC room which I booked for myself and my parents was a real torture. There's no ventilation in the room and we couldn't sleep at all because of mosquitoes. The hotel administration aren't proactive in helping guests. Just a below average hotel with a great restaurant.
