It is a unique experience. Magic and music shows by the distinctly abled children who have been trained and taken care of by committed teachers of magic planet. Circus and magic shows, drama shows and it goes on. But six hours is long and it is difficult to manage children. Who get restive. Add to that the problem of language. If you do not know Malayalam, then the first part is a punishment. Reducing it to around three and half hours putting lot of the first part and some lengthy videos into a beautiful brochure would do lot of good. A great humanitarian initiative. Should be supported by all.

A must place to visit! We spent our wedding day with the kids and everyone at Magic Planet! If you want to get a perspective of Life, you have to spent sometime at Magic Planet with the kids. Such talented and innocent souls! God bless them and all the staff there!

Out of words to describe my feelings after visiting magic planet. Thanks to everyone, staffs, parents and especially Muthukad Uncle for Magic planet. Definitely going back 😊 We went to magic planet on 18 Dec 2021. Due to Covid, they are open only from 4pm to 9pm, expect Mondays. Pre booking required. First there was an inducation, then an itinerary was distributed. There were 10 programs, on the day we went. It was coordinated well by the staffs. Programs were - Different arts centre performances, Comedy magic show, Circus show, Street magic show, Dramagic show, Mpower show and Illusion magic show. The shows had 5 mins break in between for tea and toilet breaks. There is a coffee shop with snaks. Toilets are managed neatly. What surprised me is that, they are not enforcing any ticket fee. You will be surprised by the energy of the super friends here. You can spend a day with them, sponsor meals on your birthdays or donate via bank transfer. These super friends are now employees of magic planet with monthly salary. It is possible to buy handcrafted items from their mothers' as well. Magic planet's dream is to build a Universal magic studio for all Super friends out their. (The building construction already started at Kinfra Park!). Also, its their dream to send a child to Paralympics 2024, and return with a medal. Update March 2022 I sponsored meals on my birthday. Its Rs. 8500 for veg meals and Rs.15,000 for chicken biriyani. Food that you sponsor will be shared with the children, their parents and staffs. You can also join along with them during lunch. If you reach early, you can spend some time with them as well. Went 2 times, couldn't meet Muthukaud uncle both times. Hope to see him next time.

One and only Magic themed park in the world. Dance, magic, band and music performances by differently abled. Magic shows were awesome, seen before only in videos/movies. Effectively 3:30 pm to 9 pm. A cafeteria and washrooms are available. Mothers of differently abled make handicraft utility items like hand soap, toilet cleaner, bed sheets, candles, umbrella, etc. Available for purchase at reasonable price. No mandatory fees/charges to experience this park. Only donation is accepted. Must visit place, definitely among top 10 places to visit in the country. Prior enquiry call/email to visit this place is recommended.

The place and experience is good, however had some major issues with their conduct. 1. The place was closed on Monday. So we went on Tuesday, this day also they decided not to function! Due to which my whole plan was upset. They abruptly decide when to have morning show and when to have evening show. Not sure what's the case here. 2. All the shows, the talk are in Malayalam. Being a tourist place expect them to also speak in English! Surprisingly no one knew English. 3. Although there was a language barrier, the people were nice, but couldn't understand a word. 4. There are many shows, the real magic show is probably two or three. Rest are all shows and showcase from the differently ables children that they train. 5. Better be here in the morning and the main shows are in the start. If you miss them, don't think you can attend them again.

Great experience. Had a great time watching the superstars of magic planet perform. A wonderful ambiance created in a gem of a place. Great effort taken by the authority to maintain and teach the children there.

A must visit place in Trivandrum..! The show timing is from 4-9pm and it is totally engaging. Got to see so many beautiful specially abled kids performing. They have many talented magicians as well. We got a surprise chance to meet the “Magic Uncle” Muthukad Sir. This place runs for a good cause, so I personally request everyone to visit and support. All the staff were so friendly and they have a decent snack varieties also. So it is the best option to spend your day off evening. If you are having a bad day, visit this place your mind will change. Great initiative and super organised. Well done team.

A great experience that touches your mind and heart. It has elements of circus, magic, social welfare, theater, cottage industry, orchestra, dances, classical music all woven into the whole experience. We went with small children. They were engaged in the fun atmosphere. I would say our whole family was well entertained. I wouldn't recommend the "Tempest" show for younger kids as they will struggle with reality vs show elements.

Shows are excellent and very well done. The cause they serve is very great. The shows by the kids from the arts school was very impressive. Worth visiting.

Had such a fun time with family and cousins here. The place has ample amount of parking space, amazing service staffs and beautiful scenery. Very nature based and the canteen here is also very clean maintained and good tea and coffee. The specially abled kids there showcased their best talents and they were very welcoming. Definitely will visit again. (Note: there is no specific fee to enter the place, they just suggest us to pay ₹500 per person and every rupee goes to charity and well being of the place❤️)

It has magic shows and all those children perform magic tricks and showcase their talent. You need to be there at 4pm to move with the whole team from one show to other. We started at 4 pm and ended at 9 There is no specific fees, everyone is invited to make a donation instead. There are many specially abled students performing magic and they are paid salaries. There is circus also.

There is a stall where you can buy items made by their mothers. There is no entry fee or ticket. You can donate any amount as per your wish. Must place to visit in Trivandrum A fun place to go, especially for kids who are 3 years old or older. An entertainer who is worth our money and time. Very well taken care of; the work to keep the place looking beautiful is really good. A unique and popular tourist spot in Trivandrum that we recommend for anyone visiting the area. The shows have magic and circus acts. All the performers are really good and keep us interested the whole time. Apart from having fun, the place is where the Different Art Centre is located. The Different Art Centre helps kids with special needs. Their performances will amaze and captivate us. Specials kids activities like Dance, Magic show, painting, Filim songs and lot more. Anyone will love the place because of the beauty and activities.

MAGIC PLANET... I went in with a lot of apprehensions, all ready to be disappointed and kept reminding myself I was doing it for my kids... I had thought of the Rs.1600 I paid for the four of us would be a sheer waste of good money... ...and to top it they announced that the first one hour we would be entertained by the differently abled... I was quite disappointed for we weren't pre-notified... I always thought I was doing enough for society in my own way being a Life Skills Expert and Trainer... *BUT THE GREAT HUMAN BEING GOPINATH MUTHUKAAD & HIS TEAM MADE ALL THESE ANXIETY BURSTS DISAPPEAR INTO THIN AIR* 'We Enjoyed' would be a total understatement... They just *WOWed* us all the 5 hours with nonstop entertainment ... We laughed, we cried, we screamed... We just let loose and let them take over 300 minutes of our lives ... I have a new found respect from deep within for Gopinath Muthukaadu.... He is on a life journey that I have yearned for in life too... Magic Planet is a place you shouldn't miss out on... A place where no politicians, no celebrities, no dignitaries, no popular businessmen stand to shine in limelight... for everyone who walks into Magic Planet has a lesson or more to take home in humility, humbleness, generosity, dedication, life and most of all that we are not so able as we think we are... Great place for kids to spend the day

Perfect place for a day out with family, well planned shows and for a great cause too. Veriety of shows and different stages and some of the performers are international award winners as well. A great initiative by one of the great magicians in India Gopinath Muthukad.

Special shows by differently abled children. Really happy to see the energy and happiness of the kids. It's a half day program which starts by 4pm and goes all the way till 9pm. There is no entry tickets sold for money however the idea is to provide donations for the organisation as per one's choice.

This is a place to visit, not just for the daily shows but for the services being provided to bring about a change in the minds of those with intellectual disability. There is a marked improvement in the mental health of the children here after being involved in magic and the performances here. God bless the supporters of this project and more people should visit this place to help in its growth.

Magic planet...a must visit place for all ages..A new Concept of Magical Journey initiated by Keralas Famous Magician Gopinath Muthukadu. This magical theme Park will take you to different sites where you can watch street magic,circus castle,empower, mentalist,illusion,William Shekspheres' The Tempest' with a schedule which starts from 3pm -9 pm. The most heartwarming show was the performance by Disabled people,where they have mesmerized the viewers by showcasing their talents. There is no entry fee. You can donate as much as you can,which will help those kids.

Definitely must see everyone at least once in life, Superb. I visit Magic Planet with my family as on 03 Jan 21, doing proper sanitise before each show starts. Sanitizer is provided to all persons before boarding to view each program. Due to the Covid protocol, only 120 people are currently given tickets, so book in advance. In my opinion it is now possible to see everything without much rush. The staff are all very cooperative and well respected. I want to go there again.

A wonderful place to visit in Trivandrum. A great wonderland set up by the effort of Sri Gopinath Muthukad bringing many talented artists providing platform to these budding artists to exhibit and encourage their talents. The timings from 9 am to 5 pm. Located in Kinfra Park Kazhakkoottam , near Sainik school. It is a museum of magic. The theme museum conducts shows which include lot of learning situations for children. No need to carry food. Ticket includes the lunch also. Food served is good and hygienic. The staff and services are good. The surroundings and exhibits are all maintained neat and tidy. Staff are well behaved. There is great coordination and timing in all the shows. The shows are of good quality. Many artists did street artists have been given a venue to exhibit their art ss well as a good livelihood here. Ticket rate is rs 490.00per head for whole day. From 19.00 am to 5.00 pm. No tickets for children below 4 years.

Quite an experience. Magic planet is doing wonders for the differently abled, by tapping into their potential to enjoy music, dance and perform magic. Its has brought about a good improvement in the abilities of the students there. The show we attended had performances from the students there as well as professionals. Amazing place to spend 5-6 hours of our lives. Differently abled children performing magic, singing, dancing and playing instruments. A good circus show followed by light and sound show done by professionals. And finally a fantastic "Fantasia" - we need to see it real to experience it...believe it....top class magic show! The working time has been revised due to the covid restrictions from 4pm to 9pm. The place follows all covid protocols including sanitizer at each entry point and social distancing at all venues including food court. The staff is extremely courteous and accompanies guests from beginning till the end. The shows are excellent, especially those by specially abled children. Note: Even if you are taking the ticket online, you will have to stop at the KINFRA main gate and walk towards the information desk to get a sealed hard copy. Could have kept this process at the entry point of Magic Planet .

A must visit place. Wonderful shows. Staff is very very cooperative and humble. All shows are awesome and my favorite was the magic show by differently abled children and the theatre. This theme park is doing great job for enhancing the talent of differently abled children and providing them such a friendly and pleasant environment.... so i urge everyone to visit the place at least once.

A wonderful place to visit during your trip at Thiruvananthapuram. Children will like the show very much. Gopinath Muthukad had given a way and opportunity to differently abled children in this theme park. You will find why these children are called differenly abled, because you will be surprised to see their abilities. I had found a Godman here in the true sense of the word. Loved to see him in person here and to talk to him. I and my family loved the Tempest show and the illusion show very much because both of them were wonderful and surprising. The various performances by the specially-abled children at the Different Art Centre (DAC) in Magic Planet were mesmerizing. Gopinath Muthukad sir’s vision to make these children self-independent in society through various arts is highly admirable. One must definitely visit this place to encourage these budding artists.

What a delightful experience we had. A not to miss spot in trivandrum. The 7 hr show or a series of shows keeps you glued throughout. The integration of magicians, circus performers and specially abled but unbelievably talented inmates of the place makes it a unique experience. The way its specially abled inmates have been trained by the magic planet trainers to perform magic tricks, display their paintings, render their songs and musical instruments is simply incredible. So you dont feel sorry for the inmates but marvel at their confidence and perfection achieved by them in their respective skills. You need to prebook one day in advance plus check in advance about their show timings. Some days its 930 to 430 pm and other days its 330pm to 1030 pm. Their timings given on the google are thus not correct. Since its a 7 hr show, so they provide limited menu for your lunch/dinner, as you cannot leave the show in between.
