Doctor was good.. experienced..but staffs are not aware of anything..they are blank of wts happening..by seeing the prescription for nebulization for my kid one nurse say it's 3 doses another say it three days..all are busy in their own world...and not clean at all...pediatric ward was really a concern..

This is a medical fraud hosppittal. My wife was treated here for about five months from the time she found out she was pregnant. Dr. Jameela said that the mother and baby have many varoius problem and asked to be tested in a lab outside the hospital. The bill came to over ten thousand in the lab. In the fifth month,dr jameela again wrote for a test outside the hospital. After we became suspicious, the treatment shifted to medical collage. Test there showed that the mother and baby were ok. We also realized that they were cheating us. Do not go her even if you have a fever.😑

Going to talk about CSI Mission hospital kazhakkuttom. I am sharing here the bad experience of going to see Dr. Naveen as booked the previous day to see urologist. The time was 8 and 9 in the morning. The doctor came at 8.50 in the morning. There were at least 10 patients including me. Because of the doctor's vision, he quickly went to see all the patients in just 15 minuites. He didn't even stay in the room for 2 minuites even after I made many requests. I went to see the doctor when the pain was worse. He said that everything was normal without even looking at it. It felt like one of the worst things in my life.

Because of Dr.Anoop hospital got some name..very bad customer service and poor nursing care give. Even if we complaint no responces from the management side...Might because of the union and all.

I consult Pediatric section.. Good staffs. Gave good attention and care for baby. But infrastructure is very bad. We admitted on 2nd floor, paediatric ward is also here. In this floor feeling very hot inside the rooms. Baby can't sleep bcoz of this. Hospital management should take proper action to solve this problem. Atleast build a top roof or cealing to solve this issue 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I am sharing my experience in CSI mission hospital.Very bad customer service .They are shouting towards us while asking any doubt .Even if we complaint no responces from the management side.Worst hospital, poor management and Irresponsible staffs. Most of the staffs are arrogant .Worst Experience in This Hospital, Only knows to Make Money🤯

Easy access, 24/7 emergency, less expensive compared to other hospitals.. A hospital where people can't make a phone call!!! It's been a few years since they are not accepting the phone calls from the public!! Not clean enough... Try to get rid of mosquitoes when you are here, especially in emergency department. like most of the hospitals Junior doctors will be there in emergency department. I visited here multiple times and didn't get the opportunity to meet the senior doctor who's name is written below the prescription. Recently I went here due to fever and dr prescribed paracetamol injection and the nurse asked me to use the bed there in the fever clinic. The bed sheet appeared like using from the morning by a lot of patients, so I requested to change that bed sheet. She told, okay "I can change tgis if you want". The she took it off without a replacement. I had to use that bed without a sheet on it. The picture of that bed will give you more insight about their cleanliness.

I really like the hospital and hospital staff. Recently I was admitted the hospital for some days. Each and every staffs are very responsible and they are always do their duties perfect. The doctors and nurses are very friendly. The wards are very clean and neat. According to other private hospitals treatment rates are affordable for everyone. There is one negative that I noticed parking issue. Otherwise I always recommended csi mission hospital for others

Worst Staff's ever...I went there with severe throat infection and breathing problems but they gave me medicine for ulcer... I was continuously informing them that I have some issue in my throat but they didn't even care to check for once...The doctor seemed really irresponsible and inexperienced

UPI payment is acceptable only for casualty cases. 🤷 Nowadays, as we do have the option of UPI payments everywhere, it's high time to start accepting all kind of payments, irrespective of OP/IP/casualty, especially in hospitals.

The doctor consulted and prescribed medicine while she was talking to someone over the phone. She didn't even ask the patient about her symptoms and didn't even care about her. Very unprofessional when this comes from an old lady doctor. Not recommended.

Never answers to phone calls. Had called up on several occasions to know the availability of a particular doctor and plan accordingly. Parking facility another big issue. Much of this could be easily avoided if phone calls are attended promptly thus saving our valuable time.

Staff are so rude. I called them to book an appointment to see a gynaecologist. I could hear the first staff took my call saying to other staff "Deal this call, she's asking about one doctor here, I don't know, respond to her"... Then another staff took the call and asked about OP number without even wanting know whether I'm a regular pregnant patient here or someone just need to consult a gynecologist. We all common people know that a gynecologist is not only for "pregnant" people. Anyway, I told them that "I don't know anything about an OP number, I can say my name, Isn't it ok?"... Then she asked "Are you for the first time" in a very very rude way. And I could hear them but they seems like not keeping patience and not trying to listen me. If they couldn't hear me properly bcz of my voice issue they could told me that. Instead of that the staff was acting very rudely and kept saying "say ur age... Say ur name... Why are you wasting our time... Why are you silent" and when I ask "hey can't you hear me?", the staff was like "You say ur age"... That means my voice was clear but she wasn't trying to listen. She might be kept the phone in a distance or going something else while on call... Anyway she was really rude and finally I cut the call and decided to not book appointment. There are so many hospitals with good staff with some manners and respect to people. If anyone reading this feel like I'm the one who caused problems, just read the other reviews. You will know how the staff in CSI Mission Hospital, Kazhakoottam behave to people. Such a worse experience. Pity on you CSI hospital management!

This is the nearest hospital from my home so I took my grandma here few weeks back when she got sick. Doctors in the casualty said that she has some brain issues and left leg and left arm is not responding,eyes are not responding. We got scared and moved her to another hospital right away . She just had a viral fever and nothing else. we ran all the tests including MRI and she is perfectly fine now. Doctors in the casualty are not at all experienced and they couldn’t identify a simple fever even though we ran all the tests .Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone .

This hospital is pathetic and a disaster. perfect example of mismanagement. Pros Good part is that they have some good doctors there. And the Rate is comparitively less when compared to other hospitals Cons Apart from the above points, every thing is a mess. Perfect example of mismanagement, Behaviour of the staff is very rude. Infrastructure is a disaster. Govt hospitals work better than this. Even if you fell down and die , staff wont care. Accute shortage of staff. You will have to wait in a long queue for hours every where , pharmacy , lab, doctor consulatation etc. they dont even provide good / adequate chairs/ fans for the patients in waiting area. Worst part is that they dont have any higher authority where a complaint can be raised. Nurses behave as if you are their born enemies. Medical college staff behaviour is far far better. In short , if you have some money to shell out , pls dont go there

I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews about this hospital, i feel sorry for those who faced bad experience.. well for me it was quite opposite as i was facing food poisoning when I reached the hospital registration area i told them that im not feeling well , so quickly they took me to casualty nd got me checked.. and the medicine's were also in a reasonable rate compared to other hospital's near by.

Worst place for eye test -license Initially they gave me a bill of 200 rupees without token number and request to wait at the OP.once i was there the chaos starts,the nurse and staff are like pre recorded telling machine with a single response,it will take time everything is as per the token number!.They don't have a token system in the first place, unless you keep bugging them they won't even ready to collect your bill in the first place.from the looks of it they have some sort of privileged customers,cause I have seen people who just registered went pass the others,who are in queue for more than 2 hours ! Read the other reviews and make an educated decision 🙄

A BUDGET HOSPITAL FOR THE MIDDLE CLASS. VISITED IN 2022 JANUARY FOR A SURGERY OF PALM ON A MOTOR ACCIDENT OF RELATIVE. FRONT OFFICE MANAGEMENT NEED MORE ATTENTION AS STAFFS ARE LESS TRAINED TO GIVE APT GUIDELINES. DOCTORS AND NURSES FOUND TO BE KIND AND GOOD IN THEIR PROFESSION. ON NIGHT CASUALITY VISIT, PHYSICIAN AS WELL AS INTERNS ARE VERY ACTIVE .... CLEAN GENERAL WARDS AND CLEAN BATHROOM WAS A PLUS POINT NOTED.

A very good hospital for every treatment easy to come there because the big over bridge is there Very good doctors

The hospital is a mess,the lady doctor in casualty is so rude,I wonder if medicine course teaches ethics.The only good thing was the gent doctor in casualty,he behaved so well and that was a relief for patients stuck over there.

It's ok, Doctors and things are good but as a hospital infrastructure needs to be improve. Conjusted parking area. Unhigenic surroundings.

Visited this hospital during Corono time for general medicine consultation. Doctors and nurses are patient friendy. Main problem is the hospital's hygiene, they should improve the infrastructure. Casuality bed's sheet never seemed to be clean. In consultation room used to crowded with doctors and patients even during Corona period.

Extremely worst experience, bad infrastructure and canteen.Consultation and further treatment is so bad..everyone is in rush..No proper care. Actually I went for my kids consultation..Nebulastion was not done properly..I went on morning.They took a whole day for all procedures even without admitting..Then I shouted against the staffs and shifted to Kims Hospital..I had nice experience over there..And the atmosphere was also calm and doctors were really caring towards all patients.

Good doctors, including for children. But dilapidated condition and the space near the pharmacy is a mess. Go for the doctors.
