Worst staffs you’ve got “Hotel Ganesh” specially that reception guy who attends call, I made a booking and call hotel just for basic enquiry.. by mistake I asked how’s your room is it clean and proper.. staff goes very rudely like.. “””how much did you pay. In this money you want cleaned room????””” “”If you want cleaned room pay more money or find other hotel”” And hanged up the phone. Seriously!!!!! Is this your hospitality “Hotel Ganesh” you deserve stars in Minus.. your licence should be cancelled. Ridiculous. A person travelling from other state and your staffs creates such image about you.

The hotel receptionist was very rude and didn't provide even basic amenities. The room was one of the worst I had ever stayed in with full of dirt and dust everywhere. Felt like falling ill in the room. I was unlucky that I checked into that hotel late in the evening and the rooms in hotels were almost full that day. I checked out after staying for a night and checked in a better hotel the next day. They need to have considerable improvements in their attitude and cleanliness before I feel like recommending them for any human or animal.

Very Bad Experience… I like to give Zero star.. Unfortunately there is no option for zero star. They claim many things in the booking. But there is nothing there. They claim complimentary breakfast, room service, toiletries, drinking water, room controlled AC etc. None of the above facilities are provided. even soap also not provided. I tried to check in at 10pm.. staff sleep before 10pm.. Iam not recommending this cheating hotel to anyone…

Behavior of the staff was good. Bathroom door and window were defective, they were not closing properly, room cleanliness was not so good, AC was not working, TV was somewhat working, bed sheets provided were not in a good condition, it was stained and old, In spite of all these pinpricks, stay was pleasant as the location was calm and quiet.

Very Pathetic room and service. There is no watter bottle and bathing amenities in room. AC is not working properly and room tiles are broken. Telephone 📞 also broken. If I had to chance to give Zero star, I'll choose that option..

0 Rating Option is not there. I booked in online with an offer and went around 10:30 am to check in the reception person asked me RS 400 Extra i asked but y he told for early check in. And i told i will wait and check in at 11 am he told no online is at 1 pm and also the amount i paid in online is less so u need to pay 400 i told its my personal offer from that particular app. Finally i cancelled the booking and came out. Worst hotel don't go and waste ur money reception person is fully corrupt and money minded. Idiots 😡.

Terrible experience with the receptionist. No one was there to co-operate or to guide or to give service. Room was not the same which shown in the photos. Bathroom was very Dirty. Very Bad experience.

Rooms are full of cockroches and sheets look too dirty... If you are looking for one night stay for that price, not a bad choice... But not good for long stays... Amount is as told in oyo app and they didnt demand extracharge

Wrost experience I asked for early check in but they have charged additional 500 rupees and no lift .Request all of you to be careful while booking this type of hotels.Hotel staff is very roude doesn't know how to talk with customer.OYO promised me for early check in but hotel guy not accepted.He said if want to say pay additional otherwise no room at morning 5AM.I was with my mother so paid amount.I never seen people like this in my life.

Behaviour of person sitting at the reception is pathetic he don't know how to talk with customer he uses slang language...at the time of booking it is shown that breakfast is included but they denied to provide the same...also they don't provide drinking water..bathroom is very dirty..phone is broken..very bad experience

Worst experience ever had.. Receptionist did not allow us to get into the room we've booker through oyo. Crudely behavior from his side.. And the advance money I paid was not refunded.. It's not a safe place to stay with family..

Honestly I only saw the rooms in pictures because I booked it via Oyo and reached there unfortunately there was a power cut so couldn't stay. However it was a great experience as the staff honestly mentioned that there is no power and no possibility of power to resume soon. And suggested us to talk to OYO to cancel the booking and transfer it to some other place which the OYO call centre happily did, thankful to OYO. This location is not clear because very less hoarding on the hotel.

I booked ths hotel through Agoda.. But,I paid 2000rs extra to get the stay there.. I paid 5000rs on Agoda when booking itself.. But they demanded extra 2000rs to confirm my stay when i reach there.. Agoda also didn't respond.. They told tht its not their concern.. Since I don't have any option, I paid tht money.. Very worst from Agoda Customer Care.. They disabled my "Contact Customer Care" option ,since they couldn't do anything in that issue.. Please don't book any hotels using Agoda.. Please don't book ths hotel also.. No Service, No Amenities.. No Drinking Water.. Not even Plates to eat.. Very Worst Service.. Too Costly for tht kind of Room.. Stinky AC.. Smelly Bed & Pillows.. No Telephone to Reception.. No Lift..

Very poor service, rooms are in above 1st floor.There is no Lift & no service to take luggage up. They are bluntly refusing booked through OYO online.As a senior Citizens suffered a lot. Henceforth no OYO rooms booking.

Pathetic experience no clean bed sheets, no water bottle or bathroom amenities. The bathroom is not clean or hygiene it looks like public toilet and the staffs over there are worst.

I stayed here earlier also but now the hotel is totally a waste of money. No maintanence, room service and they say due to covid. Better never select this hotel. Even zero rating is more for this hotel....

rooms are dirty ac was not working when we ask them they dont give a reply fan does not work properly they are not bothered about the guest when i asked them they are not responsible oyo should be a responsible for these irresponsible behaviour they should take care of the rooms cleanliness especially oyo captains

Hotel is good, but it is always suggested to speak with hotel management before going to the hotel as our booking was with the hotel and he walked in and came to know the booking was not confirmed, but the hotel manager gave us the option to pay the difference amount and avail the reservation. The hotel is very near to TVC central and Sri Padmanabh Swamy temple. They don't provide food and water also on pay basis.

Worst experience from HOTEL GANESH TRIVANDRUM.very poor customer service and neatness.Untidy bathrooms, TV was not functioning,unclean water😠The way they behave to customers is like hell,no manners ,no respect..if this is the case ,it will shut down soon..
