Poor infrastructure and Manning! 1. 2 Nurses & 1 doctor at the emergency dept during 4 o clock 2. 1 pharmacist at the emergency medicine pharmacy 3. 1 canteen staff is allocated in the counter 4. Washroom was stinking, no tissues, no sanitizers and no hand dryers. washroom at the nearby Mall of Travancore is far far better than here. 6. No paper cups provided at the water kiosk, kept a steel glass, how can we consume from such places and don't want to get contaminated 5. Prompt and efficient support by the nurse Abhijith, he was very attentive and helpful 6. The 2 lady doctors were also helpful Went there with an emergency and admitted in the casualty. Emergency medicine is under manned, running with 2 Nurses and 2 doctor at 4 in the evening. How can we complain the staffs as they can't manage the patient flow. Being a reputed leading hospital, why can't the management look after this? We come to such hospitals expecting better service for each rupee we spend, rather than going to the government hospital. We got better treatment and service from the government fort hospital before and have written about the same in Google maps. The emergency pharmacy was also under manned as the 1 pharmacist was handling the busy pharmacy. People were queuing up infront of it to get the medicines on time. Cafeteria is manned by one lady at the bill desk, a huge crowd was there and I went out to get water and tea. Washroom was pathetic, stinking like KSRTC station comfort toilets.

One of the top Good hospital in Trivandrum city with good administration. Good care to the patients and accepts all Insurances and we'll maintained with new block. Facilities and equipments are most modern and cleanliness is also appreciable. Good cardiac wing and very near to International Airport terminal and near to Mall of Travancore infront of the National Highway just before Chackai junction coming from Kovalam road.

Recently my mother was admitted to this hospital under the neurology department, what I noticed doctors are excellent in service, responsive, and very kind behaviors to the patients and bystanders. But nursing and supporting staff are arrogant ,irresponsible and their amenities are pathetic. Hospital management should consider to give proper training to the nursingΒ staff on how to behave toward the patients. Here are some of the drastic pictures of theΒ room allocated to a Neuro patient and looks like public comfort stations are much better than this.We are thankful to your doctors for their excellent care in the meantime

Most staffs and nurses are irresponsible and kind of tube lights, you have to ask 10 times to get anything. Once they come to know if you have insurance, they will try to charge as much as they can. Rooms stink like anything, felt obnoxious throughout the stay. On discharge day they will treat you like criminals, as if we are trying to flee without paying the bill. Final verdict :: Will not recommended to anyone. Quality and Nurse behaviour, not at all justifiable for the premium we pay, better to go for a more reputed hospital.

Last night I got a call that my uncle and aunt met an accident at the kazhakootam bypass road and was taken to Ananthapuri hospital. On reaching the hospital, the auto drivers who took them to hospital said it was a major accident. I went to the trauma care and saw them. To my relief both were conscious with fractures and minor injuries. They were stable and taken for CT.Dr.Ram,Dr.Vidya & Dr. Ronald were very supportive. I noticed trauma care was well maintained and the nursing staffs ,PRO's and securities handled everything in a systematic way. As we got the CT report, Dr Ram and Dr Vidya explained everything in detail to us. The receptionist Mr. Prasad was also very generous . I was really impressed by the way every staff and the management Dr.Marthandan pilla sir(famous neuro surgeon)treated us.I really don't have words to express my gratitude towards Dr. Marthanda Pilla sir and team for their support and care given to my relatives. Ananthapuri has a good trauma care and everything was handled in a very professional way. As a health care provider, even I could learn few things from Ananthapuri. Thanks a lot to everyone. M. S Faizal Khan Managing Director, NIMS Medicity, Neyyattnkara.

Ananthapuri Hospital- One of the good hospital in Trivandrum which gives good treatment. But these staffs doesn't knows how tough and hard situations the founders had gone through in bringing a name. I went with my mom who is sick for meeting a doctor and we were given appointment at 12 pm and we need to meet this doctor as he is an efficient and professional doctor. No one here cares for the timing what we came and got appointment, everytime they says wait for next patient and this continues for an hour.At last when we had created an issue they allowed us to enter. I kindly request management to appoint staffs who are able to manage and give right information to patients. Thank You

Very poor experience with Paediatrician Dr. Gayathri and NICU Staff (name unknown). I had delivered my baby girl 3 months back in the same hospital hence my baby has assigned directly to this doctor. After my discharge, we came for baby’s 45th day review, paid consultation fee for OP consultation but the doctor did not met us. Total negligence. We were waiting outside her consultation room but she wasn’t there. When the nurse called and asked her she asked us to come and meet her in NICU which is 4 floors away. We took our newborn in the lift which is always full and the waiting time in each floor is more and went inside NICU. That time she is saying she is busy now and asked us to go back to ground floor again and wait. I have never seen a doctor this much irresponsible. I asked her do i need to take my newborn again down then what is the purpose of us to come here. Then she asked us to wait outside NICU . While we were waiting the above mentioned NICU staff came out so i asked her when can we meet the doctor. And the reply she gave is total nuisance. She said β€œThe doctor is looking NICU case, is your case more important than that β€œ Seriously, is this the way a hospital staff respond to customers? Every case should be equally important and urgent for any hospital. I don’t know how they are separating each case which are important and non-important. Then she went inside & would have given fake complaint about this to that doctor and so she did not come out to meet us at all (just mentioned the vaccination to be taken to another staff and asked us to go to ground floor) As a new mom i had lot of doubts to get clarified from my paediatrician but none of it got answered. We paid for her consultation and she hasn’t consulted us for our newborn. Very bad experience. A very big shoutout to the hospital management to rectify your doctor and staff behaviour to patients. There are many staffs who do very good patient relationship, even i experienced good time for my delivery but a few like these would totally spoil your hospital name. I had never came back to your hospital after this incident and i don’t think i ever will. Management, don’t lose your patient trust for some staff’s egoistic character. Patient’s trust is your business key.

Ananthapuri Hospital is India's leading tertiary care hospitals situated near Chaka, Lead by Dr. Marthanda Pillai, they have prominent panel of eminent doctors. The healthcare support is best in class and however the cost of expense is on a higher side. Dr. Bahuleyan of Cardiology department, I assume has the most OP in this hospital. Ample parking space available and state of art facilities available. β™Ώβœ…πŸ“³

The worst experience you will ever have in your life . They have some good doctors other than that pathetic management staffs. They never value the customer or patient related time and consideration. Giving appointments for patient and nobody knows the when the patient will get medical check up and further actions. Better you should visit some other hospitals in the city or Gov hospitals.

It is after considerable thought that I am leaving these comments here. This needs to be seriously looked into and reviewed by the relevant authorities in the hospital. It is the reputation of the hospital which is at stake with such kind of rude and obvious business approach from certain unprofessional staff. On Oct 9th with severe gastric issues (uncontrollable abdominal pain and diarrhoea) I took my wife to the casualty section. It was Dr Mubarak who patiently and professionally attended her. The blood results showed CRP level as abnormally high which resulted in severe infection. After a few hours we got discharged and with the prescribed medicines left the hospital. However, the medicine didn’t help her and we had to return back to the casualty again in the night with the symptoms and no change to her condition. The lady doctor on duty, who attended us was totally unprofessional. Though I handed over the full test results to her she did not show any interest in reading the reports. Instead she reciprocated with a stupendous question whether we want admission in the hospital or not. I responded stating that such a decision is to be made by the doctor and not by us. She said the pain is quite normal and left the place. No medicine or attention was provided to the suffering patient except a kind hearted nurse who asked her to lye down seeing her devastating situation. We were asked to open the file which we did. We were asked for Covid Antigen test for the bystander, which we did. Then the lady doctor comes back again stating we have to perform RTPCR since only isolation room was available with full occupancy in other rooms. The business approach was very much evident in these statements and her moves. We left the place since we were sure that no much attention / treatment will be imparted. We took her to Cosmopolitan hospital with whom our experience was excellent.

Doctors are very good, Efficient and Friendly. Especially Dr. Balachandran[Department of Urology], Dr. Raina T Pillai[Department of General Medicine], Dr. Arun Kumar[Department of Medical Gastroenterology], Mrs. Rekha Raveendran(Dietician). When there is an emergency for a IP Patient as well as OP Patient, doctors will be Available in Phone or Directly. Doctors will make us Understand the Problem regarding Patient through a Good Communication. Good, Efficient and Friendly set of Nurses like a Family. Especially in C2. They Treat Patients with Utmost Care. Good Behavior and Services. Good Lab Facilities with Almost all Types of Check ups. Receptionist and Pharmacist are very good and Friendly. Hospital and Rooms were Clean and well maintained. Rooms are good and they Provide Different types of Rooms with Different Prices like β‚Ή800 & β‚Ή900 for Non AC rooms and β‚Ή1800 & β‚Ή2000 for AC rooms. Very Good Food Court with Attractive Menu. Food will be Send to Rooms while we make a Call over Phone.(It will be Costly as Compared). Cost is Reasonable when we Dine in. Cost wise, It is OK. Good Hospital Facilities. Hospital Services are available 24*7. Very Good and Efficient Casualty with Doctors available. Overall, Nice Hospital with Care.. Cons: Parking is a Major Issue that I have Faced. Need to Drive 500 metres towards and make an U-Turn and Drive 400 metres to Reach Parking Area. And also Parking Area is too Small as it can Accommodate only 40-60 cars at a time. And there is a Parking Fees of β‚Ή30 for Car that is not good. I think there will be a New Building and Parking Area which is under construction and will Open Soon Opposite to Current Building and then this issue will be Resolved. Not Provided as much Nursing Staffs to each Floor and Current Staff are very Busy and Running to Treat Patients. Provide some more Staffs to each Floor. Pharmacy is too Small, when it will be Large then the Rush at Pharmacy will be Solved and makes Smooth Purchases of Medicines. Sometimes will have to wait too much time.

Good Doctors but poor customers service by reception staffs and all other service staffs We are coming to this hospital only because reputed and good doctors like Ms.Raina Pillai,Mr.Divakaran and Ms.Mridula Devi etc but the behaviour of other department staffs are forcing us to opt out this hospital and choose other hospitals which have better hospitality.I am not shocked by the staffs behaviour because I can see , patients expressing the same experience in your website feed back section. One truth is that, a hospital is not calculated with only doctors service. The front office staffs and customer service staff had a very big role. In the case of GG hospital these staff need to be given a proper training in hospitality , customer service, showing empathy to patients, answering queries etc.Seems there doesn’t have a proper streamline of things. While I am typing this feedback , hard smell of spray paint is inside OP block ,atleast they should have the brain to do these types of painting work by scheduling it in a time which will not cause inconvenience to patients.i can see patients being sick (including me) and shouting at staffs.if we ask queries people will give you different answers and if when we see the face of hospitality staff in this hospital we will not ask anything because they don’t know what is the importance of being pleasant and facing patients in their work. Please try to solve this otherwise you will be like , what it was before 2 yrs.(without patients)

Pathetic patient experience. The concept of scheduling is not understood by this institution. They insist on in house lab tests. If you need to meet a doc post lunch be prepared to wait 8+ hrs based on a chaotic and antiquated token system (no reference to time whatsoever). No respect or value for patients time. Pharmacy is a rip off - buy medicines outside! Restrooms do not even have a soap to wash, toilet flushes do not work..

Facilities, doctors and treatment are good, but the following to be considered for improvement. 1) Patients are forced to spent long time to meet the doctors, as they are not prompt for their OP clinic. 2) There are rats inside ward, including executive rooms, and spoiled the biscuits, paste etc, kept inside cupboard. 3) There is no mobile network coverage inside the hospital which makes severe inconvenience to the patients, bystanders and drivers and also isolated from their home and others.

Such a terrible experience from this hospital, we went to check pregnancy test they are charging a lot ..more over after we reaching room, they are calling us and informing that the payment we did was less. And asking us to come back to do more payment. Don't trust the hospital they are just money minded.. If you have zero in star rating I would definitely click there

I highly recommend this clinic for anyone who wants to get a neuro surgery. Dr. Marthanda Pillai is extremely knowledgeable and he doesn’t spare any effort to offer information and answer questions. He was talking to me before the surgery and explaining everything he is about to do and what I might experience. The staff are really welcoming and helpful, they make you feel relaxed. 5 out 5 rating is not enough to describe how happy I was with the experience.

It is a never-ending wait to see the doctor. Reached at 8am and waited till 12 noon to get a 2 minute scan. And then again a long wait to see the doctor with the results. A whole day gone. And it's so hot and sweaty sitting at the waiting area. Just one wall fan turned towards the back. Though there are AC vents, the AC is never switched on. But don't worry...there's no reduction in their hospital charges. I also noticed a staff at the pharmacy who had no respect towards the elderly and was very arrogant to them. I think the elderly should be given preference when they come to buy their medicines, instead of making them wait for their number.

My wife consulted a senior doctor (Dr.Saradha) in OBG dept to remove fibroid. They suggested open surgery and was done. After few months, we visited there for IUI or IVF. But they referred to another hospital saying they cannot treat. Now, we came to know that, they removed the right Ovary carelessly....and the uterus architecture is abnormal, now bearing a child may not be possible because of wrong surgery. Worst hospital

One of the worst hospitals, please do not take your dear ones there, if you want them alive. Poor management, inefficient nursing staffs, no coordination between the doctors and nurses to patients. Nursing staff at general ward female in third floor are pathetic, negligent and inexperienced. My mother in law lost her life due to the inefficient management system and medical negligence from the nurses and doctors. They did blood transfusion without our consent, which we came to know upon looking the hospital bill- this is just one incident among the many experiments they did with a person life. They give no value to a person's life, it is just a matter of business and profit making for them. Please, I urge you not to take your loved ones there.

Good Pediatric PICU care. My 06months old baby was having fever and throat infection and we consulted in GG hospital. After some time of admission , the situation got worst as my baby was struggling for breathing. Immediately my baby was taken to PICU , lead by Dr.Betsy and was admitted for around 04 days. He was cured and now he is fine. Thanks for all Love in the world :) I really appreciate Dr.Betsy of GG Hospital PICU for analyzing the situation and for her quick judgment of shifting the baby to PICU. Dr.Betsy briefed us well regarding the details of disease, procedures of PICU and the procedures to be followed. She is much wise and support full, which was a Me and my family appreciate Dr.Betsy and her team who took care of my child and give us support at our hard times. Thanks for the Love and care. I had today brought my sister MRD472194 for Consultation with Dr Anil Kumar Neurology and cross consultation with Dr Bahuleyan. I should say our experience through the process of consultation right from registration to OP consultation, radiology investigation ( MRI and ECO)was really very nice. The staff right from security who very passionately helped transfer the patient to the wheel chair, the Patient assist staff who took her post registration to OP, Operations staff, Radiology staff, billing team, nursing team etc was very pleasent, passionately committed. Dr Anil and Dr Bahuleyan no words to thank the way they explained to the patient and gave confidence. Billing was very reasonable. The cleanliness and hygiene and protocols followed was excellent. Overall a very good hospital committed to patient care and safety in Trivandrum.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hospital was disappointing. Initially, my father's balancing issues were dismissed as minor, and he was given medication that proved ineffective. It was only after seeking a second opinion at another hospital that we discovered he had suffered a stroke three days prior. The misdiagnosis led to a delay in appropriate treatment, and we expected better attention to detail in a healthcare setting.

I have had complex spinal issues for the last ten years, resulting in a significant number of operations to ensure this was corrected or, at least, eased as much as possible. After a number of failed operations closer to home I was recommended by a friend to Ananthapuri Hospital. The expert doctors there has performed a number of further procedures and corrective operations on me and I am now in a much better physical condition than I was when I first went there in Ananthapuri Hospital in 2020 June 7th(at which time I presented loose screws, failed fusion etc.). . Based on my experiences, the doctors there has always been quick to pinpoint the issue; offer a number of potential paths to take/solutions; and always spends time discussing these with me and answering the multitude of questions I usually have.

Good doctors. Casualty / Emergency department is one of the better ones in Trivandrum. Doctor and staffs patiently attend you even at midnight. However in-patient facilities and service is not up to the standard expected.

The hospital is situated at chacka junction, on the way to airport and adjacent to international Airport. It is renovated recently and have all the facilities. The entrance and lobby has a large space. Doctors are good and price is decent. Rush is not large as compared to similar hospitals. Canteen is at ground floor adjacent to reception.

Treatment in this hospital was the worst experience one could ask for. The doctors and nurses did not listen to any concerns we put forward. The patient kept telling the doctors but they dismissed her concerns. The nurses would always leave the patient in their room and not check in on them even though they were suffering for quite a long time. They dismissed the patient's condition and left them alone without any help, despite the patient screaming and calling for help. The doctor who was appointed for the patient spoke really rudely and commented on the patient's attire and looks and showed no concern whatsoever. The patient's condition was worse compared to when we had them admitted.

Hospital service is good but after discharge we have to wait 5-6 hours for the Discharge summary and billing endlessly which is painful and they just want us to wait, wait and wait. Also they have tendency to keep the patient admitted post surgery for one or two additional days just for nothing even when it is no problem to discharge the patient and send him/her home. Inadequate number of staff in pharmacy. One has to wait hours for medicine.

My father experienced severe dizziness and vomiting, prompting our decision to visit Ananthapuri Hospitals. During our visit, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. He was admitted to the general ward as per our preference, and we were pleased to find the ward exceptionally clean. The ward nurses and staff, along with the dedicated doctors, were particularly friendly and supportive, assisting with scans, meals, and more. Over the course of one and a half weeks, my father's health significantly improved, and we are grateful to all the caring individuals at Ananthapuri Hospitals.

A Remarkable Display of Inefficiency in Hospital Management Dear Hospital Administration, I must extend my heartfelt congratulations on your remarkable achievement in creating a stunning display of mismanagement and disregard for common sense in delivering medical services. It's genuinely impressive how, despite having ample office space, an abundance of staff, and available resources, you've ingeniously cultivated a queue for patient registration that averages a delightful 20 minutes or more! One might have assumed that such a lavish surplus of facilities and personnel might expedite rather than hinder the patient registration process. Your ability to overlook the simple logic of scaling up operations to match the overwhelming number of patients is indeed a testament to your commitment to maintaining an awe-inspiring level of inefficiency. It's fascinating how you've managed to transform what should be a streamlined, customer-focused service into a test of patience and endurance for the already ailing individuals seeking your medical assistance. Bravo on this exceptional exhibition of mismanagement; it truly exemplifies how not to run a healthcare facility. Your dedication to proving the dire importance of common sense in medical service will surely go down in the annals of inefficiency as a beacon of what not to do. Sincerely Unimpressed, Customer

    - All in one, I highly recommend this hospital, doctors are brilliant in my experience. Hospital have team of well expert surgeon, doctors and nurses. Always helpful and kind. I got good support from doctors, staff nurses at the time of my baby surgery they have taken extra care along with treatment. Dr. Kamala S and Dr. Jaykumar R Menon, not only they are taking great care of my baby but also they are lovely to speak with at every appointment it's very rare to find doctors that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. May God shower his blessings for this hospital

All of the reception staff I spoke with were very friendly, signed me in and pointed me in the right direction. I was seen on time by a very helpful nurse who was very attentive and took good care of my hand. All in all, an extremely efficient and painless (barring the cut hand) trip. Would highly recommend :)

My wife got admitted in the hospital and was treated there for more than 10 days. Doctors are very good, courteous, kind and friendly. Even all the nurses are found to be well trained and maintain highly quality service. But unfortunately all the staff at lower level are found to be very poor in their behavior and they act as if they are like doctors. The management of the hospital should take ample care to control the misbehavior of the lower level staff otherwise, it will affect the customer service. Once incident I am quoting here. After the discharge, the patient needed wheelchair and she has to leave the place without getting wheelchair assistance. The nurses were trying to arrange it, but wheelchair was not available. This is very deplorable as we find that the service is very poor even after paying a hefty amount to the hospital

My son was admitted in GG hospital and I must say that the treatment provided by Dr. Rekha Hari and Dr. Betsy made him recover at the fastest pace. The Doctors and the whole staff are friendly and courteous and explains everything related to the patient to the family in a simple language which we can understand easily. The treatment given there was fully transparent. They give full details of medicine given to the patient and also the changes made in treatment. The only one thing which made me uncomfortable is the waiting period at the pharmacy. I once again thanks Dr. Rekha Hari, Dr. Betsy and the whole staff who took full care of my son.

Ananthapuri Hospital has highly professional doctors and reasonably priced services compared to other hospitals in Trivandrum. However, if the doctors point out any risk factors, always consult a second opinion from another qualified doctor before deciding on procedures. The dominant business aspect in private medical service is a curse of our state Kerala. Hospital Lobby is very spacious and clean with comfortable seating, but the interior of the hospital has inadequate lighting and poor hygiene. Premium IP rooms need interior as well as furnishing upgrades as per the latest hospital standards. Most of the front-end service staff don't know their job and are poorly trained, lacking supervision. It is a good facility degraded by combined mismanagement of inexperienced hospital operations department and HR / Administration department.

Mixed Experience at Ananthapuri Hospitals: Friendly Staff, but Room Quality and Bedsheets Need Improvement During our recent stay at Ananthapuri Hospitals when my daughter was getting operated upon, the staff members were friendly, attentive, and efficient, which was commendable. However, I was disappointed by the poor room quality and the condition of the bedsheets. The rooms lacked the expected standard, and it was difficult to feel comfortable. Additionally, the bedsheets were stained and torn, which affected hygiene and patient comfort. It is crucial for the hospital to invest in upgrading their facilities, including improving the room quality and providing clean and intact bedsheets. By doing so, they can enhance the overall patient experience and create a more memorable stay. In conclusion, while Ananthapuri Hospitals had friendly staff, the subpar room quality and the state of the bedsheets need improvement. Investing in these areas would significantly enhance the overall experience for patients.

Making an OPD consultation is a nightmare. Worse that government hospital. Attendant ushering in patients are very rude and unresponsive. They do not have and consideration or empathy for patients waiting. To aid this arrogance there is no token display outside the doctors cabin. Institutions do not stand on concrete, glass and steel, it stands on the behavior of the staffs.

I have a good experience in the Ananthapuri hospital and research institute Thiruvananthapuram . In this hospital I had done my 4 th semister internship of master of social work in medical setting. I am a social work Student but I have no any experience in medical setting before. But ,also all of the staff and doctor have given a good support from there side and provided good training to me. This hospital have also good infrastructure structure facilities, good medical equipment , clinical department, critical units , and supportive Services. In this hospital the advantage is we have best doctors, best staff, they also provide best treatment to the patients. During my internship time I have also taken some feedback from most of the patients. In that time I was happy it is because most of the patients taken treatment from this hospital are very satisfied with this hospital. Overall it was a good experience for as an internship trainne who had worked in one month in this hospital. I could improve my knowledge, skill in medical setting . Thanku soo much anthapuri hospital for such an wonderful experience.

They are money minded people. No value for human life's. I have got my surgery there . They made it worst . And till now I am suffering . Please never go there . They will admit you the next day itself and perform surgery . Which usually a doctor takes time understanding patient's condition and to have a idea about how the operation should be performed . But here they need no time to prepare for a surgery even if it's of a face . They will do it next day itself so that patient won't go anywhere. Your face or body is not there concern if surgery goes wrong . Please my dear people avoid this hospital . Better go to any other private hospital in TVM .

Cautionary Note: Be wary of potential paid reviews of this hospital here in maps otherwise I wonder how even a 4 star. If you're planning an outpatient visit, prepare for a lengthy experience and be ready to endure bias, favoritism, and occasional rudeness. It's regrettable to note that unprofessional behavior seems to prevail among most of the staff and even some doctors, which can significantly elevate your stress levels. Once from 6:30am to 3:30 pm I have to wait to see a general medicine doctor just because of privileged visits in between and favoritism of nurses towards some. The lone silver lining in this facility is the canteen, where the service and food quality excel in comparison to the hospital's healthcare services. In recent times, the hospital's attitude towards patients has evidently deteriorated. It appears that being a foreigner, a politician, or a staff member's relative might secure better treatment. For parents, I strongly advise against bringing your children here, as the areas are worryingly contaminated and unhygienic.

The hospital has become sooo massive u literally need a MAP on ur phone to get to the room you want. Hopefully the hospital will develop an internal map of basic amenities and how to get there without security compromise.... Like the map should only work once ur inside the hospital and need to have it authorised by your mobile number so we can keep a track of people using ur MAP. REALLY FELT LIKE I COULD USE A MAY WHEN I VISITED MY GRAND MOTHER WHO WAS ADMITTED THERE ON 4TH FLOOR.

We came here for a medical emergency and were given the utmost care. The doctor, Dr. Shifas Babu was very approachable and kept us informed throughout the procedure. His friendliness towards us was very notable and appreciate his efforts to ensure we were calm during our time here. They were also keen on understanding my opinion before making a decision. The staff at CCU were really helpful to ensure the patient was in safe hands. The transition from ccu to room was smooth and hassle free. Overall a great experience considering the medical emergency.
