    Worst experience. Provided a TV for panel repair and they replaced with a duplicate panel. The duplicate panel was damaged in a week and its been 2 months since they are promising to return the TV. No response yet. Very bad service.

    Worst customer service. Took 21/2 months to correct the TV after initial commitment to give it back in a week to 10 days. Needed daily follow up for a month to get it back. Even then it was not fully functional when i got it back. The technician that came to correct after that had a lot of attitude. Felt like he wasd doing me a favour. In summary this could rank as the worst customer experience in the last two decades for me. Not planning to buy any Samsung products in the future. Was planning to give 0 stars, but minimum for google rating is one star and hence the rating of 1.

    Very poor customer service. With the staff attitude, I even felt not to buy or even use Samsung products. Didn't expect such experience fro.a reputed brand. If the brand managers see thise reviews they should act for abetter shopper experience and consumer satisfaction.

    Worst and pathetic service I have ever seen. Came right time to pick tv, after that no contacts.no one picking phone. After 2 wks told like it's cannot be fixed and need money for checking issue. I already gave the complete information about the issue and parts that have complaint. Pathetic service

    Very bad experience. They ask you if you want a GST bill or not. Then charge extra if it's a GST bill. A panel change cost Rs31000 on a TV costing 90k. It's utterly expensive.

    Worst service of Samsung,never ever expect such a poor service from this kind of brand.the one who is sitting Trivandrum, is simply telling some excuses, irresponsible person.technician came(after many calls) and told that machine will pick from company and the concern person will contact.no one contacted and(my need so I called to them!) when I called them they simply telling driver is on leave , vehicle is in workshop etc.such a big brand not even a proper vehicle or driver to pick product means what is the meaning of purchasing samsung products?

    One of the best service center in tvm. The staffs are professional and will give the best result. got display changed for my Samsung m51 with in short amnt of time. All though every service was nice and comfortable buy there was one disappoint they had given to me asked them to clean the headset jack they said its cleaned and when i try to connect it was not getting connected again given for cleaning n returned saying its cleaned which was of no use then i somehow managed to clean the port there was so much dirt in there . i took some pics n snd it to concerned and got connected with the manger, which was really an awfull experience he pointed out tat they wont usually clean the speaker and headset jack as it may damage the terminals n i asked then y did u took phn frm me for cleaning it several times y couldn't u tell this earlier he simply left the call n was not picking up when i called him again. very arrogant behavior i dont knw who had given him the manager position. I called him for giving an answer to my problem tat i faced by matrix samsung service center instead he was questioning me. An idiotic and arrogant behavior was showcased by the so called manager . even the customer executives and other personnel were so efficient and proffessional than this manager

    I doubt if they are a authorized service Centre for Samsung. They never respond to calls or give any proper update, you have to chase them for days for any update. They not even give invoice, or payment receipt. pls beware.

    I called to fixmy fridje. It took about five days for the technician to come. 500 rupees was charged only to come and look. The work was completed the next morning. The rate is a bit high but the work is good

    Good service I gave my Samsung 40 inch TV which had a display problem. They inspected and the problem was in the panel .they repalced the panel and delivered it on time they have a good set of technician who found out the complaint, They replaced the panel and delivered it. These guys have good knowledge About the tv complaints.i wanted to say this because before bringing the tv to your service centre l took to one of the centre were they didn't even found out the problem and couldn't rectify the repair.i personally thank the technician who repaired my TV.i would personally recommend Samsung service centre For there good service.

    As power supply board is not available for replacement, technician only resoldered some dry solder joints and found the TV was working. They gave me back. It worked for 4 hours without any problem. When heated up after working for 4 hours in my house, same problem appeared again. Next morning after cooling off, again worked for around 4 hours. Then again same problem. It could be due to dry joints or some components misbehavior. I would like to know what I have to do. Please advise. The TV model is Samsung ua40d6600 wrmxl, purchased in 14th February 2012.
