Visited this place recently, People have a lot of attitude here, they dont care about customers. We sat there for 20min for breakfast, they didnt care asking. We called some waiter, he didnt respond. After 30 min they took order! Chicken sandwich which had only pepper! They didnt give the bill! We again waited and finally went to counter to ask bill. Very disappointed with the behaviour. They sud respect and sud be humble even if they host huge customers.

Diverse menu options & efficient service. Visited several times & tried variety of dishes from zam zam, almost all of their dishes were delicious and visually appealing. The only letdown was their 'Chicken Butterfly Sizzler'. I wouldn't recommend any sizzlers/steaks here.

Very nice experience. Amazing ambience. Truly loved it. One of the best in Trivandrum. I think it is the best restaurant near Kazhakoottam. This is based on my personal experience. As I'm working in Technopark, I tried out many restaurants nearby and out of them all I felt this is the best. The quality and taste is just amazing. We actually went there for a friend's treat and trust me that was an amazing experience. The ambience is super cool and the staffs are also good with their attitude and neatness. Whatever food we are from there are all good and tasty. It is actually very hard to find food with that quality and taste in Trivandrum (near Kazhakoottam) after Covid entered. This was truly a very nice experience for us. The chicken was so tasty and the plates were so neat and tidy. Also the vegetarian food including Gopi Manjuriyan was also so good. Also the accessibility is good. It is located at the side of the highway and yet very easily accessible. There is enough parking space. But I'm not sure about the rush time. I would suggest every one, whether they are family, friends, collegues or couples can have food from here.

My all time favorite. Best place to explore quality food with reasonable price. Always over crowded...😀. Dine in majlis. Try ball grape juice and kunafa. All dishes are good

Best & busy restaurant in kazhakuttam. Food taste, hotel ambience, service all are great. Had nice time and lunch with colleagues here.

Went here with a half stomach. This allowed me to fully understand the tastes not being clouded by hunger. I ordered a beef tenderloin steak with mashed potato in the side. Well it was disappointing. The steak was over cooked and they didn't ask me whether i wanted it well made or medium rare or anything. Might have gotten the way I wanted if I had mentioned. The mashed potato was alright though it was a bit too sweet and lacked any spice. I'm not telling all the food was disappointing but the one which I had was. If you're looking to get an authentic steak experience dont go for this. I also tasted some of the broasted chicken and it was not over cooked but it was bland. The garlic mayonnaise was good. The fries were properly salted but slightly over cooked. Overall it was an ok experience.

Good ambience and really enjoyed... Tried their mix grill platter and Al faham which was good and the korean chicken dish had the strong taste of ketchup.. Good place to try to grill items

Zam Zam one of the best restaurant in near Technopark. They have started lite version of dining means not allowed to have fud inside but have arrangements outside this was on 17 sept. So we ordered combo pack of 8 broasted chicken pcs and Mandi rice, Alfam . The broasted chicken was so good and alfam was nice. But the mandi rice was not upto mark ,so we call the staff and convey our concerns.Instead of arguing they understand their fault because the rice was overcooked and they have showed respect to customers . They did some adjustment in our bill , the staff attitude towards so good. They have a good car parking slot also.

Food is good as it keeps the standard of Zam Zam Restaurants. And the service is also good, the staffs are very kind and polite. As it is near to Infosys The place is always crowded. They have ample parking area as well but it wont cater the full capacity of the restaurant. The restaurant is famous for arabic dishes and they are maintaining the standard in all their restaurants. Atmosphere is neet and clean but its like a tipical hotel with nothing to say about the ambience. Its not a calm and quite place and its not good to have a quick bite. Even after getting a place to sit we need to wait minimum 20 to 30 minutes to get the food. It is the worst part of the restaurant. Wash area is not excellent but its good. Overall its a good place to have arabic dishes if you have plenty of time

Good food, customer friendly staffs. Vegetarian items are only limited. The restaurant is always crowded, so it will take some waiting time. One suggestion is that the seating arrangement should be improved. The chairs are very congestedly arranged

We have ordered thunderbolt mandi combo which was having half al-faham , half shavaya and Malabar chicken Malabar chicken was not so good it was like fish curry with chicken in it (will not recommend this) Usually other zam zam outlet mandi was good in taste but this time I had an average experience.

Good place to have a variety of food options. Ample parking at the premises, also have a separate parking via valet parking. Best for non vegetarian options; vegetarian options are less. Tried their Al faham varieties and they are really good. They have some continental breakfast options and surprisingly it turned out to be better than I expected, in fact good. There is also an option for half friend rice and half noodles if you have an average appetite. Overall a good restaurant with plenty of options. Mostly crowded so prepare for some waiting time. They have AC and non AC halls.

Great ambience. Late evenings are rush times. They states that they donot use food colors or aginomoto. Staffs at reception are very keen in serving us. Food is good. Those who prefer Arabic food, can also choose this restaurant. Both AC and non AC dining halls are available. A small open area is also available. A good place for family and friends getogether.

Just loved the food. Very spacious restaurant. We ordered for Chicken Biriyani n Alfaham. Both were extremely good in their quality as well as in the quantity. We also had fruit salad, that too tasted great. And we also parcelled Chicken broast. Same taste as palayam zam zam, more spacious, more chill. Parking was good. There is AC hall on first floor, kids play area attached to it. There is 10% more to enjoy AC though.

Tried out multiple courses in last one month from here starting from breakfast to dinner, Indian and continental. Had sunday brunch as well. Quality of the food seems exceptional and adequately priced. Happy to see restaurant promises no colour, no MSG meal.

Zam zam is a very trusted domain of restaurants in trivandrum. It's on left side of you are going towards town, easy to spot and enough parking space available. Ambience and food quality is good. Price is affordable, waiters are smiling, welcoming and quick. Mostly Arabic and Indian cuisine are available. Beverages and deserts have good options and are affordable. Recommended 👍

Excellent ambience, good location,,very tasty food. Zam zam never upsets. Very spacious in the centre of the city. We tried tempura prawns, caesar salads, Thai pad chicken rice, manthi rice with chicken, rohan josh gravy, parottas, chichen fried rice, American chop chew, puttu ice, crushers & milk shakes.

Went for the sunday brunch at zam zam bun cafe. Priced at 649 for adults and 325 for kids. The spread was reasonable with some of the dishes tasting good while some were disappointing. They had toast, muffin, cookies ,croissants , appam, dosa, puttu, variety of salads, cut fruits, juices. Main course included a rice item, pasta, noodles, pesto fried veggies, roasted chicken. Desserts section had some cakes and puddings. Bread butter pudding was a disaster. But their butter scotch pastry was good, so was their brownie. Mango parfait was finished and was not refilled. Other dishes tasted okay.. The beef kebab was a lip smacker. Other than that nothing remarkable about the taste..
