Veterinary medicine and care products... A whole different ball game than it used to be! I've been here for about three visits and still find it impossible to apprehend the amount of animal Care products available for our pets, that too at a reasonable price. Almost all pet medications as well as care products are available... rather, much more than you can even anticipate. The owner is a great woman and helps out with substitute medication if the prescribed one is unavailable. Also, a knowledge and efficient person to run such an establishment I'm awesome. So will you be!

We had visited the pharmacy available there at about 7.30 pm to buy some medicines for our beagle puppy. We were really surprised when we entered the pharmacy, which is air conditioned, with full of materials necessary for pets and all medicines. The behavior of the staff was very friendly and very courteous . They are ao very helpfull. We are happy to recommend this place to any body.

It is bit of tight packed. We get medicine's for pet vaccination here. It is near a government vetinary hospital so we could easily go and buy medicine for vaccination which is not available at the hospital

Very bad customer service. I had a very sad experience. I purchased a small bell for my cat last week and they charged 30 rs for it. My cat lost it so I came to the shop today and they asked 40 for the same bell. 33% hike in price in 6 days. I have made a complaint to the legal metrology department and corporation of Trivandrum.

Very bad customer service. Arrogant lady. Don't ever go to that shop to buy anything.The quality of the products wre very bad also.
