I believe I am speaking for myself and everyone who has trained under Rohit (lovingly known as Rocky but who likes to call himself deadfame :p) when i say this, he is the best trainer anyone can ask for. He will be your best friend, biggest supporter and greatest motivation in your fitness journey. He will make you fall in love with the whole process! Take the word from someone who hated going to the gym and considered it a chore. Since the day he became my PT, going to the gym became the best thing I do in a day and that is what got me up from bed every morning. I used to look forward to it so much because he made it that much fun! and the transformation mentally and physically is an experience which cannot be put into words.

Undoubtedly the BEST place to train in trivandrum, if you're serious about fitness and want to make the body fat cry and get into shape. Was a member of predator army ..and I really loved the combo of strength and mobility workout including animal flow. Highly satisified and couldn't be better if you ask me personally.
