Went to the bar downstairs. It's called Refill. Very intuitive ,😁. Though I don't drink, i went to have some food with a friend. We had fish fingers, and grilled chicken for starters and followed by chicken fried rice and chilli chicken semi gravy and aloo porotta. The food was great. I loved it The rest room was neat when I went there for the first time , but after a while I found it unclean, they need to have someone there constantly to clean it All in all, it was 👍

A reasonably good bar in Kazhakkootam. dishes are tasty and the premises also look premium. Chairs are not that comfortable for long discussions, but overall a nice place to sit and relax.

I have visited this place with my friends on a weekday. We went to the Refill executive bar and really liked the place. The ambience was really good. The completed setup inside and outside the bar looked well thought and executed. The service of the serving were average I would say, because I felt that their hospitality level was bit on the lower end. Food was above the border expensive and quality, quantity and taste wise food can be rated at 4 out of 5. Ample parking and friendly security personal to help you in the parking premises left an overall good impression about the good management of the hotel.

Pothichoru (പൊതിച്ചോറ് )in plantain leaf is excellent 👌 Buffet dinner we had was good with lot of varieties at a reasonable cost. Location of the hotel is good.Ample parking space. Good service. Neat and clean surroundings. Food is home delivered.

Didn't stay in this hotel but was there for a business dinner. Buffet spread was not so big, but the food options were very tasty. The Cadarmom tea was very nice. Desserts are not my thing as they are too sweet. I would like to be back again for the food.

This place is next to heaven. I stayed in this hotel for almost 4 days and trust me the experience was the best. The food here is next to amazing with variety of options. There is a gym on the 9th floor which is also a very good condition. The rooms here are very good. Must recommend place to stay. 1 star less for the behaviour of the staff at the reception as she was getting angry by the questions asked by me while I was checking out from the hotel.

The Karthika Park Hotel in Kazhakootam is a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for accessing nearby attractions, and the hotel amenities are good.

Few staff stares at guests during buffet. Very weird attitude. They charge 800 plus for buffet. Dessert section was pathetic and tasteless. Especially cakes and pudding

The most underrated hotel and restaurant. Full 5 stars to their ambience , professional service , cleanliness , great restaurant dinner buffet ( around 1k only ) .. beware of security guards , encountered one weird guy when we went on bike .. but restaurant t manager immediately acknowledged our feeeback and took corrective measures.. hence not reducing any stars

A bar hotel in Kazhakootam. Prime Location (right at the center of kazhakootam), Amble car parking space and good food. You would love the overall upmarket look and feel. The Bar is often crowded and staff courtesy requires improvement.

Great place to go chill at evening... Local bar is pathetic.. i mean, no music, happy vibes, cleanliness, it's a just a bad looking 3rd world country place to be ... Executive bar is good, dim light ambiance with ac inside, cost is high ( bcos executive) , staff behaviour is nice , but delivery will be slow at peak times. At executive place, we can sit outside, smoke cigs and have food and liquor. Parking is fine. There is music, but not good, sound is low, cannot vibe and dance.. speaker quality is pathetic 😭 . Needs improvement. Not worth the cash we give for beer / liquor or food. A place like kazhakootam deserves much better

Good food, clean environment. Attitude of most staff but one (female) who takes the order is good. Guess the one odd lady has some serious issues. Same experience from my two visits

In-room dining is great but the funniest bit is the Breakfast Buffet . It's not only boring but the staff is just insanely not aware of how to run this service. The buffet firstly is very boring . Secondly, No waiter understands CRISP PLAN DOSA as your order and even after 3 attempts in 3 days I still couldn't get my order for the eggs . Rooms are brilliant , balcony is amazing . Just the brekkie needs improvement and staff needs training .

Breakfast was delicious.Like a homestyle food + international. Enjoyed the whole experience and definitely recommend this place for a place to eat on the cape. Gambas restaurant was the one of the best highlight. Must try the lunch Buffet.

Had a Engagement function at there today at the banquet hall . Had sadthya as the food served for a gathering of 200 ppl . The service was good , parking valet was good . But the food was really bad . If selecting for the sadhya function avoid the place . Else is fine

Breakfast was great. Rooms were neat and clean. On my first day AC had a foul smell which they fixed. My rest of the stay was good.

I had visited twice for dining.I didn't stay there.The food and the service was very good and that made me to visit again.Quality and taste of the food items are very good.Ambience of the restaurant is excellent for a family or a group of friends to spend the evening.The service staff are courteous and pleasant.

Very nice hotel on the main highway in Trivandrum Visited it's restaurant on the first floor Very beautiful from inside, decorated and spacious with buffet meals, all veg n non options with variety of starters, sweets n cakes etc. Taste wise good, though lil bit Kerala style.

Good food but needs some professional staff. They have got some nice tasty food. Also the staff like security needs to be more patient and professional. They are the first impression to the customers

We went for a buffet extremely poor menu with bland taste. Not ready to serve better even though we paid extra from corporate office of Guidehouse technopark. They were cheating us by providing bad food and service don't ever book this hotel for lunch or dinner get together..

The place was every bit of swanky it can ever get..really great experience....and the amenities are as great as it can be..food is not their best suit...but the service was world class....especially David(C), has done a really great job in serving us food...almost felt like we had a personal butler experience...keep it up..although the restaurant food experience needs to be better.

Very good hospitality. They will go to any extent to make the guests feel comfortable. Spacious delux rooms and excellent pool on the top floor. All together a wonderful stay.

Excellent service provided to us as NRI customers. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious with nice balcony views. Extras provided in rooms are really useful like the sewing kits etc. The food served in their restaurant was delicious and to a high quality. Biryani was probably one of the best I've had with generous portion including the amount of meat. Staff and security were professional and helpful.
