Staying here was great. The place is a bit far from the city but it was connected to the highway so it doesn't take much time. But the sheets were kind of unclean on the first day. They were cleaned on the second day other than that, everything is good. Also the pool was cleaned during our time of checkout.

Never visit this place.. it's not a resort to start with, Though the ambiance of silence in the city center it is a good thing and it has two security layers one by Kinfra Park security and the next by Avoki Resort. There is a swimming pool (Only good part) The staff are indifferent to the guests. The fans speed regulator weren't working. Though they fixed it quickly after request. When they make you pay on any resort as a courtesy must be provided with toiletries , provided only when we asked for them, The food is expensive, and bland, the staff are rude especially to my brother they question everything if we ask for extra plate to share food with the family, they don't have Aditya Maryada or hospitality. They survive only because there is legendary "magic planet" by our own beloved Mudukkkad near by. Should have seen the review before booking. As I saw in another review about this resort the same i am giving you in my own words, Go there only and only if this is your 'last resort" This is no resort. I will never ever visit this or recommend it to any of my relatives or dear ones.

The last two days I spent at this resort. I enjoyed my stay very much. The only complaint I have is that the bed comfort was not satisfactory. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The Magic Planet is within walking distance. The location is very quiet and peaceful.

We had one office dinner here. The location is inside the kinfra park which makes it a bit tough for people to find it. Food was good but it lacked the variety of dishes that we experienced in other hotels. Space is pretty good with a pool by your side. But I won't suggest it for a group of more than 30 people as it is a limited space. The service part was very good as they even arranged a few games for us.

Not for those who wanted to have quality food with at least minimum quantity. I have visited here for a Team dinner with 50pax on 5th Aug. Wanted quote the marketing person (Rajesh) who has committed everything and made us do the advance payment and left. The advance payment is a trap. Pros 1. Nothing as such I can write with experience I had by coordinating a 50 pax Dinner and it got spoiled by their irresponsibility. Cons 1. The restaurant was not clean. 2. No proper service. 3. Served 20 people food for 50 pax. 4. The restaurant was full of dust. 5. No one to coordinate or solve the problem. 6. Quantity of the food was very less. Not at all recommended to this dirty resort even if they are ready to give it for free. You can enquire about this incident on 5th Aug 2022. Never go, if you had to go never pay in Advance. Don’t trust the Marketing Person.

Very nice experience and staff is very co-operative and mr_shamir is take care swimming pool is well maintained like 4 feet and small one is like 2-2.5 feet restaurant closes at 9:30pm overall nice stay 😀 😀

The location is okay for a retreat from busy city life, but not for business travelers. There is lot of scope to improve the taste of morning breakfasts here, particularly sambar. Though it had swimming pool, not explored that. Rooms were excellent. Cleaning of bathrooms could be improved. Child play area is not there.

Overall a nice experience we had. It is inside the kinfra film park from the main road you have to walk around for 2-3kms. It was a very quiet place, you will feel you are out of the city. Food was also good

This was my business stay. I really enjoyed my stay. Food could be done little bit better other than that all Good.

I will stay here one day before, i feel very good and safe for this property . Not only that the staff is also good and the New food & beverage manager explains the food menu not only that, he explained the ingredients and how to make them, such Mai they make me good vibes......... I will be proud of the avoki team.......

Good food. Good servicing. Refreshing ambiance. We pre ordered the food and by the time we arrived, food was ready. Best servicing by Mr. Binoy who was very humble and attentive towards our needs Good experience.

When I called for room booking, I got the confirmation only by words over the phone, no mails no follow up calls. When I went for a check in , It was just like a walk in guest, they didn't have any idea about my booking. Good rooms but amenities like shaving kit, brush and tooth paste are missing. Also, after room service for the food, we have to instruct them to clean, they won't clean by themselves. In short 'hospitality' is missing.

Very nice experience. We visit the restaurant here and the service and food are excellent. Special mention to Mr. Binoy, the service staff who attended us , who had a nice behaviour and he was very attentive towards us. Will visit again for sure 😊

Planned vacation to trivandrum, resort is in kinfra park which is a bit away from the city. Definitely a peaceful place.The room and services are pretty good. Staffs are cordial and helpful especially binoy, he helped with recommending places to visit and helped in food services. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful ambience well behaved staff awesome place with delicious food served at your desk. Various facilities to entertain you and keep you engaged. Even kids also enjoy alot at this place with various activities available.

There was a fashion show happening on the days we booked the hotel ànd they very conveniently forgot to let us know, though we booked directly and not online. The hotel was jam packed with models relatives etc and looked like a govt guest house.The show went on till 1 am or so, with mike announcements etc our babies couldn't sleep. And we were stuck inside the rooms as people were practicing ramp walk every where, the lifts lobbies were crowded. The place was a huge mess.Attaching pics for reference. Not going back, would not recommend to my enemies even!

I booked Avoki after seeing the Google ratings only. The location of the property and property ambience is great. The property also has got a nice pool facility. Apart from these the service and the entire stay was not a pleasant experience for me. The staffs seems highly unprofessional for me. Some of the basic amenities which the book partner(goibibo) offered were not there at the property. Main disappoint is regarding the restaurant facility. The food there at Avoki was not upto the mark. For me, the taste was really really bad. Highly disappointed.

The place is soo accessible, we love it a lot. But the ameneties is too poor, no soap, the very tiny shampoo and lotion is exprd already 2021 and still there, the tissue in the toilet also seems 2-3yrs ago but still there. Too much insect anywhere even at the corridor, then if u open the balcony all the insects will come inside the room. The price is not worthy at all. The management must reduce the price and be fair for everything.let the staff check all the rooms if its clean, ready for the next customer, Very poor for me.

Expected a lot when I booked the room for my brother to stay for his honeymoon. But it was not that extraordinary. Below average service. Not even a bottle of water was kept in the room. Toilet flush was not working. But it was serviced upon request. They could have checked it before.overall 6/10. Location is calm and great view.

Excellent stay...Well trained and friendly staffs. Receptionist, service staffs including Caravan driver and security personnel are very best and helpful. Tasty and quality dishes. I appreciate the management team for all for their good efforts.

The avenue is nice.. the total ambience is also ok. I wouldn't say extremely great.. but it's a family get away for weekend. The biryani really tasty.. donno about other dishes.. but it's a good deal overall

Wonderful location inside kinfra park in a serene place. Calm and quite.Long L shaped pool with stage beside makes function colourful. Best location for wedding photography. Rooms very spacious. Beds are so tidy and neat. Room service excellent. Overall a best place to chill out on weekends

Very good service and food. Beautiful and peaceful location. 2 mins walking distance from Magic planet. Took both deluxe and suites for my family members. Rooms were spacious with balcony. Rooms have fridge, electric kettle etc. The property has clean swimming pool and well maintained garden.

Four star resort and hotel inside Kinfra Park. Suitable for families and small business/ social meets. Also suitable for parties etc. Swimming pool, board room, coffee shop and restaurant available. Food is good and tasty. Service is good with friendly staff and management. Small parking area. Good ambiance.

Overall it's good for business as they mentioned, clean and hygienic, proper maintenance by the keepers. Food is remarkable and then I only think i regret that there is no head cap available for using the pool. Apart from that all good , wonderful experience

Poor quality of bed. Delay in food service. Simple example tea served at 6:30 pm which was requested at 5 pm. No lights on the staircase. Need to inform the staff to switch on the lights at 7 pm. Food taste not good To some extend beef served at lunch is ok but night served beef is not ok. other dish like chicken fish worst. Ghee rice not cooked. It's not a resort, a lodge.

We got the room at only 6pm, and the service was really bad, they wouldn’t help us with our luggage and overall there attitude was like they are doing us some favor, we paid for your service which we did not get. Did not give us any toiletries even after asking many times. Never had such a bad experience before. Please change your attitude towards customers.

Peaceful location. Never expected a hotel like this within a park. Rooms were clean. There was not much crowd in the hotel. Food is very very expensive. 160 rs for three banana fry is out of this world.

It's a great resort.we had our kids bday party over there and the food was excellent.Service can be made better.The rooms was good.

We group of family 10 members took 3 rooms at Avoki Resort for two days,wowwwww..... No words to say,Really amazing experience with this resort,we really enjoyed,rooms are really wonderful, especially room service and hosekeeping, A Big Salute for housekeeping staff, Also Restaurant service, food and pool, my kids and family they really enjoyed. Specialy thanks to Chef Joy... He is a amazing person, he is the Key of the resort, superb and fabouls👌 foods provided to us

Overall, great experience . Situated in heart of the city. F&B Manager Satish & other staffs were really helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was clean, and perfect to celebrate a weekend outing

The behavior of the manager is very unsatisfactory, once your booking and payment is done, instantly the attitude towards us change, don't recommend this hotel there is lot of other good options near by. Manager is the worst. Go for lake place or Kartika park very good staff and best hospitality.

I could give less than 1 star if I could... I had chosen this place as I had work in Kinfra tech park. Please dont be fooled by the photos shown on the net. The place is pathetic. The rooms were smelling of cigarrette smoke as they allow smoking and dont even have clear marked smoking and non smoking rooms. The wifi login details change everyday but they wont bother to inform you that...You have to every time call reception and get wifi enabled. The WiFi speed and signal strength is abysmal so carry your own hotspot in you want to take business calls. The breakfast starts late and does not have buffet menu...so if you are in a hurry you still have to wait for your a la carte order. Choose this place only if this is your last "Resort"

It's an ok place, away from the city and quiet.. it's also opposite magic planet.. But I wouldn't call it a scenic place.. especially cause it's in a Kinfra park.. although it might be a great place for people who work there..but it's a great resort..

Very nice resort, calm and quiet place, friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and nice. Operation manager Sathish and his team deserve special appreciation. He did an awesome job and always reachable for any request.

Overall it was a good experience. We group of friends and family took 8 rooms.Rooms were neat and clean. We could able to arrange a gathering in common area. Food was good. Really impressed with services and support provided by "Sathish" - F&B

Waste service and location. Pool access is part of package.but they won't allow us to enter. Because they will allow other outside parties for pool side marriage events. We cancelled their worst booking and got good other rooms in kazhakkottam

Visited the restaurant, food was good and service was excellent. Hospitality of the manager, Mr. Satheesh, needs a special mention. Try out their Kerala dishes and starters. The property is very hygienic and well maintained.

Avoki is in the prime location of Thiruvananthapuram and only two minutes walking distance from the renowned Magic Planett. Very neat and clear environment. The staff are very welcoming and rooms and spacious and always above the expectations. Worth to stay 😊
