I wish there could be an option to provide zero rating. For an office onam function,I took the services of saree draping and hair blow dry,ended up with sore scalp as they burnt my scalp while using straightener (which i had specifically said not to use). Saree draping took good of over an hour's time and now I was left with a crumbled saree which looked like a 3 year old draped on me for fun instead of professional paid service. They kept complaining that it was issue with my saree material . I had to leave from there without getting the saree draped and hunt for a new place when I was already running 2 Hours late for office function, luckily I was able to find a decent salon where they took literally 5 minutes to finish the draping. Please don't rely on the team for availing such services,as they will give u a confirmation that they have professional team who can provide services but neither they are professionals nor they will show any remorse or regrets for not being able to do their jobs right . A big no for anyone and everyone will be my suggestion. Suggestion for the owner - Please hire and train people before putting them to clients . P.S - This picture of my scalp is over one week of availing the services from them

Went there for a haircut quite apprehensive of a new place. Loved the service, the ambience and the behaviour of the staff. Had a great haircut, I was completely satisfied and happy as well. They have about 4 or 5 chairs inside their salon and when I was there, only one more chair was occupied. Their lounge is quite good, with comfortable sofas to sit in and bide time while your partner or family member is getting a hair cut of any other beauty treatment. We loved the place and will visit again. The haircut was quite inexpensive ( ₹200/-)compared to other similar places. Having a Cafe alongside is a great idea as well. My wife had her eyebrows threaded and she was pretty satisfied with the experience.

One of the worst experience I've ever had at a salon....this place deserves a -10 rating Went in for a waxing appointment and it's safe to say I'll never be returning to this place. After waxing my hand they left a used waxed strip near my head as I was lying down and the used wax got tangled up in my hair The situation was handled so poorly I literally left in tears. Around 3-4 people had to come and oil my hair and remove the wax of my hair by tugging and it gave me such a bad headache. The worst part was they had the audacity to make me pay for their incompetent service and i just wanted to leave that place at the earliest so I paid and left. I now feel I should have made a huge scene and make them realise how bad they make their clients feel. The main issue of this parlour is that have not trained their staff properly and they're pathetic at handling such situations and are not empathetic towards their clients. Anyone who wants a calm or relaxing experience at the salon should definitely avoid this place .

OMG, what a place, what an ambience. And to be specific such a customer oriented space in the heart of trivandrum is unbelievable. They have a retro cafe near to parlour and listen couples and cupids, just visit this place at least once; you would never search for yet another space. 😍😍😍😍

A beautiful a cosy place to chill out with good people.. The services offered here are exceptional and worth it. Would highly recommend this place especially if you are feeling down any particular evening.

This is another worst experience with this salon. First one was when i did hair coloring and it didn't stay as long as it was promised by them and also as long as the one I had it done in prior in a professional salon. I let it go as I thought it might be due to many other factors. My second experience is even worser. I had gone with my cousin for service. We both were looking forward to a good self care time however they spoiled it for both of us in different ways. Both of us opted for waxing and clean up. My clean up went fine, however they messed up on waxing. The upper lip waxing was done with normal wax instead of brazillian wax. Looks like the person who did my service is a senior and wasn't conscious of using the right wax. I was shocked to see my skin tear on upper lip with burning sensation and gave me a mark for the entire week for everyone who met me to ask me about it. Moreover I was worried how i would look for an immediate function i was hosting. I'm sharing this review after couple of weeks post the incident and i still have a black mark on my upper lip. For my cousin as well, they messed up the waxing part where the waxed strips stuck on her hair and took quite an action to remove it. Funny part is, generally when these issues rise, the manager should apologise whole heartedly and will try to rectify the mistakes with some genuine words or actions. It seemed to me as a customer that they are not understanding the depth of the issue and they take these situations light and move on. They even sounded as if we bringing it up is a big issue. The employees are playful and so is the management. Would not recommend the salon to anyone neither will I be visiting this salon from now on.

My first experience was few months back. Had been there for a haircut and they did a great job. Having high expectations, I went there again recently, this time for cut and color (fashion color streaks). The colors I chose and the colors that showed post-wash were miles apart and the final look was a total disaster!(purple was orange!!! and red was pink!!!) I was embarrassed and awkward about my look for many many days thereafter. The colors dont even stay.. a few washes and the color is almost gone (within 3-4 weeks in my case). The bleach applied was strong too. I dont know what kind of sub-standard product is being used that can go so horribly wrong and mess up the hair texture too. I wont return to this salon again! and wont even recommend them to anyone going forward! Thoroughly disappointed!!

They have extremely pleasant staff who communicate effectively. They check with you and make sure to guide you through what they are going to do. I got a haircut, which was also very well done. The salon's interior is clean and spacious. The fact that there's a cafe next to the salon is also very convenient. The restaurant's ambiance is very relaxing and warm. The food was quite good. I am extremely pleased with the price. The prices are very reasonable, whether it's for a haircut or food. I'd like to express my gratitude to the team behind this incredible place.

Good service. I went there for pedicure ,head massage and a haircut. The pedicure was too good.So was the head massage and the hair cut. I would also like to appreciate the attitude of each staff members, they were never annoying during the service by saying "you look tan" or "you need a facial"( which I hear from almost every saloon I visit). Overall very happy with the service. One of the best saloon near Kowdiar area.

Booked an appointment.Arrived 5 mins ahead .Was asked to wait for 10 mins,but even after waiting for nearly half an hour,neither did my turn come up nor did they even acknowledge their fault. Finally walked out of the place without getting haircut.Never again.

Good salon. Kept well and neat with ample parking and a cafe attached. But communication from the hair dresser is not clear and crisp. And that could be a problem for some.

Food was great. The ambience was good. Felt the food was slightly over priced. The billing system of the cafe was unique. The cafe sends the download link for the bill as a SMS. 😊

Really loved the time spend there....food nd ambience was excellent..... My choice was veggie rice nd grilled hamur..... Perfectly cooked rice with right amount of veggies nd spices, sauted in butter was incredible... 👌👌 The grilled Hamur marinated in spicy masala with pudina chutney nd mayonnaise was an amazing combo ....👌👌 Keep up the good job....

4 star review ( liked it ) can be given as liked it for the ambience, services, maintaining a kind of welcoming , healthy relationship, got a nice treatment from the staff side . There's a cafe along with that .. Price wise it's a bit costly but you would be also getting the apt services 😀. Hangout places also there , For appointment booking which makes it super easy for me to book an online appointment without creating an account. My previous salon was using booking software that used to make me register, download an app, and remember passwords every time I booked, which was highly annoying. I don’t have to wait any longer due to the appointment system and can also add tips at the time of online booking so I don’t need to carry cash. you can also avail offers as by gaining reward points for which only your contact number needed. . Point to be noted - There wasn't any kinds of brand promotions like use this product, can i do this,can i do that , this should be done etc etc ... but some suggestions were there to use some services but that too not forcing kind of .. Apart from some new reeled shenanigans there was a kind of cleanliness present .
