Overall great experience, would totally recommend going with family or a group of friends. Rooms were clean, well furnished and spacious. Location was ideal, the views from the games room and dining halls were lovely. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, service at all times was very prompt. Food at the restaurant here deserves a special shoutout. Very impressive in terms of the quality and the range offered, flavours were consistently well balanced and many dishes had an elegant homely touch. The buffet here has to be tried, found myself going for 4th and 5th helpings, so much to choose from and with dishes from various international cuisines. Even if you are someone who's tried many dishes, they seem to have something new to surprise you. During the day, we were shown around the nearby tourist attraction spots and view points in the resort cars. Our driver Ajeesh was very courteous, patient and had great knowledge of the places and routes. It was a busy day but since we had a good guide in him, we managed to hit the Top Station, Choc factory, lake and it's Echo point by afternoon, all while avoiding the busy tourist crowds.

We had a peaceful and a perfect weekend. The place was so pleasant, quiet and charming. Also, we had a complimentary breakfast and every dish was so authentic and delicious. We enjoyed the evening with games and bonfire. All in all everything went well.

So good! Bring a swimming suit, the sunset view from the swimming pool is a transcendental experience. Buffet is good, breakfast nice and varied, and they offer plenty of activities throughout the day. Small oil stains here and there (there's a spa!), but they're understandably hard to remove and everything was perfectly clean. Location is a bit of a pain to reach, the slope to get there is STEEP so your car might be a bit challenged. Worth having the hotel there though, the atmosphere is immaculate. Next time we'll definitely extend our trip just to stay here for longer!

Good resort with decent dining facilities. Staff is very helpful and polite. Key feature for me was the infinity pool. Spa was closed for maintenance when we went so was a bit unlucky there. We had a balcony in our cottage but the view was obstructed with trees and vegetation. So those looking for room views might be disappointed. The resort itself is at an elevation so the views from the resort garden or the pool is great.

Our stay here was great. The staff was very courteous and polite and really helpful. The food was good and the rooms were specious. They do have a balcony in the rooms however the view from the balcony is not that great as it is covered with tree branches and nothing really is visible from there. Pool is there although a bit too small. And not really properly maintained.

Lovely location with a great view. We had booked the Jacuzzi Villa Cottage and it was totally worth it. Big room with a separate jacuzzi room with access from the balcony. The sunset view from the jacuzzi is absolutely gorgeous. Only downside is the number of stairs to get to the cottages from the reception, especially with kids and older adults. Great food, decently priced. All in all I totally recommend the Resort for a luxury stay in the mountains.

We had a peaceful stay in the cottage, the property was so clean and calm. The room was so spacious with all the amenities. The scenic beauty of the nature is well maintained and it gives a serene atmosphere. I appreciate the entire team for the effort and dedication. The staffs are friendly and courteous. The hospitality was incredible. Another incredible factor is it is a pet friendly resort which is appreciatable.👍

Good location and a good property with spacious room and balcony. The drive to the resort from the entrance is quite steep and adventurous. Very courteous staff their hospitality was way too good. We stayed in cottage and it was very neatly maintained with all the facilities. Good buffet spread for both breakfast and dinner. Dinning staff Mannu was very well behaved and polite with our needs and took good care of us in our dining experience, we really appreciate him. There are 2 things that needs attention... Swimming pool is placed under the trees, so all the dried leaves will fall directly into the pool making it dirty to use. If you could think of covering the roof of the pool it would really be an added point. The shower near the pool is quite dangerous and slippery. As a safety concern you guys can definitely plan the shower area in a better place.

We stayed in the room. The rooms were spacious. View from balcony was awesome. Food is good. Most importantly when you enter the resort for the 1st time..hold your breaths, it's going to be a thrilling experience when your vehicle passes the super stiff slope. Stay prepared for that.Nothing to complain about the resort. The view from the resort is really very good.

The Resort exceeds our expectations, everything was neat and clean had great games and activities. The only down side was the location to reach, self drivers need a little experience to do so, followed Google maps and we reached the location. It’s up hill for the last Km.

It was our 1st family vacation, and we couldn't ask for more. It was a memorable stay for us. The property , rooms, food, events hosted all are very noteworthy. The staff is very well trained and polite. They are doing a superb job to keep up with the brands name.Best hospitality service in entire Munnar. Would definitely like to visit this place again with friends and family.

Elephant passage would be a great choice for a weekend getaway or for a longer holiday. It is a bit hard to find because of the lack of directions but the quality of service definitely balances this out. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the food was also good. I would suggest the management to add more direction boards along the way and also to improve the wifi connectivity. Apart from this we had a great experience!
