ATTENTION when buying here!! I ordered online and received an order confirmation stating that the item will be shipped early next week. When asked again, the order is simply canceled with the statement that the store is closing and another customer was quicker! Absolutely crazy! One star is still too many here!

We ordered a stroller with a baby seat and carrycot in October 2017. The stated delivery time was 14 days. The goods only arrived after 5 weeks and not even completely. Part of the order was subsequently delivered. In addition, the stroller carrycot was sent back immediately because it was damaged. Customer service just put us off and we haven't received an accommodating solution to date.

Be aware! They are scammers! We ordered a car childseat for our son. Website stated they had it in stock. Turned out we had to wait 4 months to get it. After I messaged them we didn't want to wait any longer and would like to get our money refunded, they didn't reply and 3 days later they send a shipping confirmation. So I emailed them we didn't want the seat anymore and asked them how we could return in. They didn't want to give us any return form so we couldn't return the package. They also just stopped answering our messages and ignored us for 2 weeks. Until they said '14 days period is over so you can't return it anymore'. Just criminal.

They promise fast delivery (couple of days) on their website but cannot deliver even after weeks of waiting. Don't expect them to answer your emails. Avoid.

I ordered a child carseat to Finland. Got DHL tracking number and the delivery time was 1 week to Finland. The customer service was fast and helpful when i ask about my order.

Very good store. I have ordered the car seat, and it was amazing! Very fast delivery to Russia Federation, about 15 days, very good German quality, good discounts, very good and friendship staff... Big thanks to all staff of this store they are realy proffesionals and thanks for the perfect car seat!

Goods ordered on November 12th, 2018, according to the shop, available for delivery within 3-7 working days. I haven't heard from the shop since ordering. 10 days later I tried to reach the shop several times by phone. If you're lucky, you'll end up in a holding pattern that you'll be able to get out of after a few minutes. So I tried to contact them via email. Result: The item is no longer available and the order has been canceled. Would they have contacted you at some point even without me asking? After reading the rest of the reviews, I'm at least glad I ordered on account. Addition: Even more than a week later, the item is still listed in the shop with a delivery time of 3-7 working days.

We ordered baby stroller on 16/10 to HK, the order shown being process for few days without any progress. We contacted the customer service and got a prompt reply. Finally got the article today

Placed the order for two child seats over month ago. They estimated the shipping time for 3-7 days and after several emails (and promises) they cannot fulfil the order. When requested to cancel the order and refund the moneys they did not answered to emails any more. I would not order anything from this shop.

Never again. Under no circumstances order online. Item should be ready to ship immediately. I paid for it in advance. Numerous emails written. There was no answer at all. Called several times, there is no direct contact person, you always arrive at a telephone switchboard. And is always put off saying “someone will get in touch”. Item has now been cancelled. Now I'm still waiting for my money, I hope I'll get it back
