One of my all time favourite spot for some good local breads like pathiri, chappathi and porotta with their amazing and delicious options in fish, chicken and beef and also the beef biriyani. Their special chicken fry, beef roast, beef dry fry etc are some of the many items we usually have from there. Their milk tea is also good One of my friends took me there and then it became our usual food spot for our cravings. It is usually a busy place with all the rush and crowd as it is near to the Government Medical College, Calicut. During my office days, we used to come here for their beef biriyani, ghee rice and stew and other gravies. Mostly we finish of with their special layered lime tea. They also have chicken biriyani and fish biriyani. The fish biriyani is also good. The place may not be easy to spot while travelling or passing by Kovoor. But certainly a worthy place to visit for some amazing food options.

In the mood for some "naadan" beef biriyani?? Drop everything and head to Mammali's! Situated right next to New Tops,-Kovoor, this is currently our favourite BB spot in Kozhikode. The masala & rice is so tasty (vaayil kappalodum) and the beef is excellently cooked & flavoured. You can finish this with a glass of lime tea which is a little dessert-like (because of how sweet it is) but also helps all the food to settle down in peace. This is one of those places where words don't suffice, you need to touch, smell, feel and savour each mouthful of this beautiful biriyani We went back for a second time for Porotta, Pathal, Kora fry (Bream fish fry), Beef Fry (curry) and Chicken 65. The Porotta was average, but everything else was just perfect. Must try - Beef fry & Chicken 65! Also, they gave the most delicious Meen Molakkitathu gravy as a side (Fish Molakkitathu)! and we asked for it a second time.

Just an average biriyani. Not worth the hype.

Unassuming restaurant near Kovoor that serves tasty food. Biriyani is tasty but amount of meat in beef biriyani has come down over time. Chilli beef (dry beef) with porotta is a must try. Almost always bustling with people, may have to wait to get a table in peak hours. But once seated, food serving is relatively fast. Waiters maintain a friendly attitude.

I visited this place for breakfast, and breakfast is average. Had liver fry and noolappam ,porotta and cherupayar both are not that tasty, but I had their biriyani parcel , and it is really tasty so I suggest you visit this place at the time of lunch and have their biriyani.

One of the best biryani in Calicut. And the best lime tea I have ever had. Ik for many lime tea is not a big thing. But the ones from here are a must try. And it's not expensive either. It can get too crowded sometimes.

Food was very good when compared to the other top restaurants in calicut. Parking is bit constrain here! Still we can go for it because of their service and the delicious menu!!

Went there to buy parcel of so called chicken chukka. I waited like ages to take order is the first thing. Second they didn't give me what i asked for. Thirdly the food didn't taste good as well. It tasted of raw spices and was way too spicy too. I dont know if i would be trying from here again.

The best food serving restaurant in the town.Majority of their dishes are famous.Nonveg items are more popular.Among them porotta and chicken chukka is my personal favorite.But beef biriyani is a trendy dish here.Service also is good.But always the seating are full here.That is because of their food . Always happy to go there and eat . Food lovers must need to visit here.

We were 3 people, ordered chicken biryani. They offered fried chicken with biryani since biryani masala was over. The food was great and their service was super fast and friendly!

Extremely Disappointed: Terrible Food, Hygiene, and Overall Experience The quality was absolutely abysmal.The dishes lacked taste, were poorly prepared, and lacked any semblance of quality ingredients. It seemed like the food was sitting out for hours, as it was often lukewarm or even cold. It was an overall underwhelming and unsatisfying dining experience. Furthermore, the hygiene standards at this hotel were shockingly poor. I noticed several instances of uncleanliness in the dining area, with dirty tables, sticky floors, and stained utensils. The buffet stations were particularly unappetizing, with food spills and an overall lack of cleanliness. It was evident that the staff did not prioritize proper sanitation and hygiene practices. This blatant disregard for cleanliness was deeply concerning and unacceptable.

Good place for a chicken biriyani and lime tea. Lime tea is extra good. Very famous locally. Its not a big hotel but a small one offering good and delicious food .

A small restaurant near Medical College that serves delicious food at reasonable price. Tried their Chicken and Beef Biriyanis. Beef Biriyani they serve is one of the best Biriyanis in the town and the Chicken Biriyani is also good. Heard that their Breakfast is good and worth a try.

One of my favourite restaurants near Calicut Medical College . The experience at Mammalis is very welcoming , the food is delicious and service outstanding . Definitely worth visiting multiple times !!!
