While shopping in the city recently, I happened to walk past A.G Designer Jewellers. Taking a peek in their windows, I was highly impressed by their exquisite selection of diamond engagement rings, tennis bracelets and loose stones. However, my real interest was in a bespoke pavé diamond ring, one that was unique and exquisite. As I walked into the shop, I received a friendly welcome from Adam. He actively listened and answered some of my basic jewellery design questions. He also provided me with concise information on how his high-end jewellery pieces are so expertly produced. His presentation was not only very engaging, but he demonstrated extensive expertise,and a true passion and commitment for delivering excellence in superior-quality diamonds and workmanship. After he sketched out ideas for my pavé diamond ring, I was so pleased that I submitted my order the very next day. Three weeks later, I received an email and text message notifying me that my ring was ready for collection. Although Adam was unable to personally deliver the ring, he'd requested that his associate, Arabella, present it to me. She was amazing! From the presentation of my breathtaking new ring to the detailed explanation of the warranty details, Arabella went above and beyond traditional standards of high-end personalized customer service! I can unequivocally say that my experience with A.G Designer Jewellers exceeded even my highest expectations. It was nothing short of perfection; not only in creativity, expertly-chosen diamonds and superb customer service, but the ultimate in quality materials and master craftmanship, all at an incredibly affordable price!!

What more can be said about these guys. They’re simply the best in the business. The team genuinely care and want to create something truly unique for you or your significant other. Nothing was too hard, even though I changed my mind on the detailing, prior to production many-a-time.. This was always met with a positive attitude and turned around swiftly. AG have been a class above, in every experience I’ve had to date. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Buying an engagement ring can be intimidating. Buying through Paul removes all of that. He stepped me though all the different jewellery terminology and made the whole process simple. He helped me buy a ring that my wife loves my wife loves. AG has provided excellent aftercare, cleaning the ring many times and resizing a couple times. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’ve referred many friends to Paul and they have all been stoked with the outcome.

The service Alexandra provided for our engagement ring was excellent, very friendly, thoughtful and patient! I also really appreciated how respectful Alexandra was of keeping the financial details between my partner and herself, so that I didn't need to know the details. From what I understand, A.G's prices were very good for the high quality diamonds and designs they offer. The office is a lovely private space so you don't feel rushed or in public view, and there are so many beautiful pieces to look at. The process was seamless - we booked in for an appointment, looked through all the options, we received the design renders a few days later and then it's made and done! The ring is a beautiful masterpiece. I can’t recommend A.G highly enough to all of my friends! We’ll definitely be using A.G for our wedding rings.

I recently had a bespoke engagement ring made by AG Designer Jeweller after meeting with Paul, who walked me through a variety of different options within my budget. He specifically took the time to listen and answer any questions whilst explaining the basic fundamentals of diamonds/gemstones and giving design advice based on his years of experience. The service was extremely personable and professional and the end product was exceptional - my fiancé absolutely loves her ring. The aftercare service is also fantastic having had the ring re-sized within 30 - 45 minutes after making a last minute appointment. We cannot recommend the team at AG highly enough and we will definitely be back in the future!

Over two years ago Adam helped me pick out a gemstone and create an amazing engagement ring for my now wife. From the outset Adam was great, he gave me great advice to bring my wife in after i had proposed because I had no idea when it came to what type of ring she wanted (even though she apparently dropped hints?). I told him what my budget was before i proposed and he gave me a good idea of different clarities/classes of diamonds and what i could get for my money. He didn't try the hard sell either. After i proposed I lined up a time to bring my wife in for a fitting and he gave us a whole host of diamonds to choose from. She was so happy! she got to choose her diamond and her perfect setting. She even gets to drop by for a complimentary 'clean' when she is passing by which i think is a nice touch. I had a look around at some other stores for a price comparison and I got alot more for my money then i would have else where. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a professional and honest service with great advice.... Happy wife Happy Life!

Using some pre-existing stones plus some new ones I had a truly wonderful experience collaborating with Adam in creating this stunner (albeit badly photographed). He took my loosely described brief and the stones I had and by adding in some new stones which combined with his creative genius, he made a truly beautiful piece of jewellery which I now wear (instead of it being stuck in the jewellery box) all the time. Adam was totally professional, so thoughtful and caring and I truly could not have been happier with the outcome.

Our dealings with Adam were absolutely fantastic!! I can not speak more highly of him, his service was down to earth professional and so personable which is really important to us!! I did all dealings over the phone due to living in remote QLD flew down to pick up the ring and it was even better than imagined he's just a great bloke to deal with.
